本发明公开了一种新型木塑仿实木地板,包含组分及各组分的重量份数为:木粉25‑35份;PVC树脂粉80‑100份;硬脂酸钙0.2‑0.5份;硬脂酸0.6‑0.9份;增韧增强剂1‑4份;增塑调节剂3‑6份;氯化聚乙烯4‑7份;钙质填充剂25‑35份;发泡剂0.5‑1.1份;加工助剂2‑6份;碳化钨粉末0.1‑0.5份。本发明的新型木塑仿实木地板具有以下优点:防水防潮,根本解决了木质产品对潮湿和多水环境中吸水受潮后容易腐烂、膨胀变形的问题,可以使用到传统木制品不能应用的环境中。防虫和防白蚁效果好,有效杜绝虫类骚扰,使用寿命长。

Description

新型木塑仿实木地板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木塑板,更确切地说,是一种新型木塑仿实木地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着国民经济发展和人民生活水平的逐步提高,人们对居住和工作场所的要求也不断提高,对装饰材料的质量、功能完善的要求也日趋提高,而且对美观及环保也提出更高的要求。在森林覆盖率下降、大力提倡环保的今天,急需一款用木塑材料替代实木地板。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种新型木塑仿实木地板及其制备方法。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
本发明公开了一种新型木塑仿实木地板,包含组分及各组分的重量份数为:
木粉 25-35份;
PVC树脂粉 80-100份;
硬脂酸钙 0.2-0.5份;
硬脂酸 0.6-0.9份;
增韧增强剂 1-4份;
增塑调节剂 3-6份;
氯化聚乙烯 4-7份;
钙质填充剂 25-35份;
发泡剂 0.5-1.1份;
加工助剂 2-6份;
碳化钨粉末 0.1-0.5份。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,
所述的增韧增强剂为聚乙烯蜡;
所述的增塑调节剂为丙烯酸酯共聚物;
所述的钙质填充剂为1200-1500目的轻质碳酸钙;
所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂;
所述的加工助剂为二辛脂和己二酸中的至少一种;
所述的碳化钨粉末为200-300目。
本发明还公开了一种如前述的新型木塑仿实木地板的制备方法,包含步骤:
1)、将各组分送入混料机,加热到100~140℃,再冷却至40~80℃放入料筒;
2)、将混好的原料加入挤出机,加热至120~200℃挤出,挤出机机筒温度130~200℃,模具温度130~220℃,主机转速8~30转/min,喂料转速8~30转/min,共挤机温度100-230℃,转速5~15转/min;
3)、挤出后经压延成型、牵引和切割。
本发明的新型木塑仿实木地板具有以下优点:
1、防水防潮,根本解决了木质产品对潮湿和多水环境中吸水受潮后容易腐烂、膨胀变形的问题,可以使用到传统木制品不能应用的环境中。防虫和防白蚁效果好,有效杜绝虫类骚扰,使用寿命长。
2、吸音效果好,节能性好,使室内节能高达30%以上。
3、高环保性、无污染、无公害、可循环利用。产品不含苯物质,甲醛含量为0.2,低于EO级标准,可循环利用大大节约了木材使用量。
4、高防火性。能有效阻燃,防火等级达到B1级,遇火自熄,不产生任何有毒气体。
5、可加工性好,可订、可刨、可锯、可钻、表面可上漆。可塑性强,能非常简单的实现个性化造型,充分体现个性风格。
6、安装简单,施工便捷,不需要繁杂的施工工艺,节省安装时间和费用。
7、不龟裂,不膨胀,不变形,无需维修与养护,便于清洁,节省后期维修和保养费用。
具体实施方式
按照下表进行备料:
四个实施例中分别采用:
将上述备好料的4个实施例分别进行以下加工。
1)、将各组分送入混料机,加热到100~140℃,再冷却至40~80℃放入料筒;
2)、将混好的原料加入挤出机,加热至120~200℃挤出,挤出机机筒温度130~200℃,模具温度130~220℃,主机转速8~30转/min,喂料转速8~30转/min,共挤机温度100-230℃,转速5~15转/min;
3)、挤出后经压延成型、牵引和切割。
下表为实施例4得到的新型木塑仿实木地板的性能测试结果:
由于增加了碳化钨粉末,有效提高了木塑材料的耐磨性。
为了提高本发明的木塑复合材的强度,在配料时可以加入石墨烯,加入量是PVC树脂粉重量的0.1%-0.5%,制得的板材硬度至少能提高10%,而弯曲弹性模量至少能提高5%。
此外,为了能够进一步提高材料的强度及耐腐蚀能力,可以添加将金属泡沫打成粉体的材料,金属泡沫可以是泡沫镍、泡沫铜、泡沫钛、泡沫铁镍等,优选泡沫钛。
将泡沫钛粉碎为30到50目的粉体,按照实施例1~实施例4,分别添加0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2的重量份进行添加,其余制备工艺同上。
由于泡沫钛粉碎后,粉体具有不规则的形状,能够很好地与基底与因此能够更好地固化到基体内。强度与不添加的相比,能够提高10~15%。而钛本身具有很好的耐腐蚀能力,从而能够进一步提高木塑复合材料的耐腐蚀性能。
为了提高本发明的木塑复合材的抗菌性能,在配料时可以加入纳米银,纳米银的粒径在25-50纳米之间,加入量为PVC树脂粉重量的1%-5%,加入纳米银后,制得的板材的抗菌性得到有效提高,经过ASTME2180标准的大肠杆菌抗菌测试,杀菌率达到90%以上。
本发明的一种新型木塑仿实木地板的生产技术产品具有如下优点:
1、防水防潮,根本解决了木质产品对潮湿和多水环境中吸水受潮后容易腐烂、膨胀变形的问题,可以使用到传统木制品不能应用的环境中。防虫和防白蚁效果好,有效杜绝虫类骚扰,使用寿命长。
2、吸音效果好,节能性好,使室内节能高达30%以上。
3、高环保性、无污染、无公害、可循环利用。产品不含苯物质,甲醛含量为0.2,低于EO级标准,可循环利用大大节约了木材使用量。
4、高防火性。能有效阻燃,防火等级达到B1级,遇火自熄,不产生任何有毒气体。
5、可加工性好,可订、可刨、可锯、可钻、表面可上漆。可塑性强,能非常简单的实现个性化造型,充分体现个性风格。
6、安装简单,施工便捷,不需要繁杂的施工工艺,节省安装时间和费用。
7、不龟裂,不膨胀,不变形,无需维修与养护,便于清洁,节省后期维修和保养费用。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (3)

1.一种新型木塑仿实木地板,包含组分及各组分的重量份数为:
木粉25-35份;
PVC树脂粉80-100份;
硬脂酸钙0.2-0.5份;
硬脂酸0.6-0.9份;
增韧增强剂1-4份;
增塑调节剂3-6份;
氯化聚乙烯4-7份;
钙质填充剂25-35份;
发泡剂0.5-1.1份;
加工助剂2-6份;
碳化钨粉末0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型木塑仿实木地板,其特征在于,
所述的增韧增强剂为聚乙烯蜡;
所述的增塑调节剂为丙烯酸酯共聚物;
所述的钙质填充剂为1200-1500目的轻质碳酸钙;
所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂;
所述的加工助剂为二辛脂和己二酸中的至少一种;
所述的碳化钨粉末为200-300目。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述的新型木塑仿实木地板的制备方法,包含步骤:
1)、将各组分送入混料机,加热到100~140℃,再冷却至40~80℃放入料筒;
2)、将混好的原料加入挤出机,加热至120~200℃挤出,挤出机机筒温度130~200℃,模具温度130~220℃,主机转速8~30转/min,喂料转速8~30转/min,共挤机温度100-230℃,转速5~15转/min;
3)、挤出后经压延成型、牵引和切割。
