本发明属于汽车机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车油箱,包括箱壳、减振层、排污器、出油管、进油管、油盖、密码锁和防盗器,所述箱壳内壁上设有减振层,所述箱壳的底部内壁上安装有排污器,所述箱壳上部设置有出油管,所述箱壳侧部连接进油管一端,所述进油管另一端安装有油盖,所述油盖上安装有密码锁,所述进油管靠近箱体侧的内部安装有防盗器。本发明提供一种防盗性能强和安全性能高的汽车油箱。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车油箱。
背景技术
油箱是汽车中必不可少的重要设备,是汽车的动力来源,而其中油箱的防盗性能和安全性能是检测汽车油箱性能好坏的重要指标,汽车油箱的设计必须保证汽车燃油不被盗和汽车行驶时安全性。
目前,现有技术的汽车油箱主要包括油箱本体,油箱本体上设有一号进油筒和二号进油筒,一号进油筒的周向底端与二号进油筒的周向顶端均设有凸台,凸台上设有法兰电磁阀,一号进油筒的上端设有油箱盖,油箱本体下端边侧设有排污口,排污口内设有排污管,排污管内设有波纹伸缩管,伸缩管的一端设有堵头,排污管的一端设有外螺纹与盖形螺母连接,油箱本体内的底端设有斜板。但是这种结构的汽车油箱使用时容易被偷盗者弄坏锁芯而偷油,而且油箱在使用过程中经常由于油的清洁度不够,使用一段时间后都要清污除垢,脏油在油箱下部的排污孔流出落到地面上,容易带来安全隐患,还有当汽车产生颠簸时,油箱的振动大、使得油在油箱内的晃动幅度大而产生静电,静电的产生与积累容易产生安全事故。
现在需要对汽车油箱进行改善,能够减少汽车颠簸造成的安全隐患、提高防止盗窃的性能,进一步加强油箱性能的汽车油箱。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种防盗性能强和安全性能高的汽车油箱。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:一种汽车油箱,包括箱壳、减振层、排污器、出油管、进油管、油盖、密码锁和防盗器,所述箱壳内壁上设有减振层,所述箱壳的底部内壁上安装有排污器,所述箱壳上部设置有出油管,所述箱壳侧部连接进油管一端,所述进油管另一端安装有油盖,所述油盖上安装有密码锁,所述进油管靠近箱体侧的内部安装有防盗器,所述防盗器包括红外传感器、上伸缩板和下伸缩板,所述红外传感器位于靠近过滤网侧的进油管内壁上,所述上伸缩板和下伸缩板对称设置在进油管上下两侧的内壁上。
进一步,所述减振层由耐热橡胶制成且内部设置有弹簧。
进一步,所述箱壳外壁上设置有绝缘防火层,所述绝缘防火层由石棉材料制成。
进一步,所述箱壳侧部上设置有自动排气阀。
进一步,所述排污器包括排污筒和筛网,所述排污筒的左右两侧分别开有进口和出口,所述排污筒内部安装有筛网,所述筛网和进口之间的排污器底侧设置有排污口。
进一步,所述排污口内壁上设置有电磁铁层。
进一步,所述进油管靠近油盖侧的内部安装有过滤网,所述过滤网底部左右两侧设置有垫块。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过油箱盖上的密码锁、进油管内部的过滤网以及防盗器这三重防护来确保油箱的防盗性能,其中密码锁既可以方便用户输入密码开启油箱又可以防盗,过滤网既可以过滤油质又可以拦截盗窃工具的进入,防盗器的红外传感器检测到盗窃工具时,上伸缩板和下伸缩板同时对称伸长且接触来拦截盗窃工具;排污筒通过其内部的过滤网对脏油进行过滤并通过电磁铁层将杂质吸附到排污口处,定时清理排污口且不会使脏油滴落在地面而造成安全隐患;橡胶以及弹簧制成的减振层可以在油箱振动大时减弱油在油箱内的晃动幅度,进而少产生静电或不产生静电,避免安全事故。

如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种汽车油箱,包括箱壳1、减振层2、排污器3、出油管4、进油管5、油盖6、密码锁7和防盗器8,箱壳1内壁上设有减振层2,箱壳1的底部内壁上安装有排污器3,箱壳1上部设置有出油管4,箱壳1侧部连接进油管5一端,进油管5另一端安装有油盖6,油盖6上安装有密码锁7,进油管5靠近箱体侧的内部安装有防盗器8,防盗器8包括红外传感器9、上伸缩板10和下伸缩板11,红外传感器9位于靠近过滤网21侧的进油管5内壁上,上伸缩板10和下伸缩板11对称设置在进油管5上下两侧的内壁上。
减振层2由耐热橡胶制成且内部设置有弹簧12;箱壳1外壁上设置有绝缘防火层13,绝缘防火层13由石棉材料制成;箱壳1侧部上设置有自动排气阀14。
排污器3包括排污筒15和筛网16,排污筒15的左右两侧分别开有进口17和出口18,排污筒15内部安装有筛网16,筛网16和进口17之间的排污器3底侧设置有排污口19。
排污口19内壁上设置有电磁铁层20;进油管5靠近油盖6侧的内部安装有过滤网21,过滤网21底部左右两侧设置有垫块22,当遇到盗窃工具时垫块22可以加强过滤网21的力度。
汽车加油工作时,用户通过输入密码打开密码锁7,过滤网21对加入的油进行过滤杂质,同时红外传感器9没有检测到盗窃工具使得上伸缩板10和下伸缩板11处于缩小状态方便油流入。汽车不加油且未行驶时,通过油箱盖上的密码锁7、进油管5内部的过滤网21以及防盗器8这三重防护来确保油箱的防盗性能,其中密码锁7既可以方便用户输入密码开启油箱又可以防盗,过滤网21既可以过滤油质又可以拦截盗窃工具的进入,防盗器8的红外传感器9检测到盗窃工具时,上伸缩板10和下伸缩板11同时对称伸长且接触来拦截盗窃工具。汽车行驶时,排污筒15使得脏油从进口17流入且通过其内部的过滤网21对脏油进行过滤后经出口18排出,过滤时通过电磁铁层20将杂质吸附到排污口19处,定时清理排污口19且不会使脏油滴落在地面而造成安全隐患;橡胶以及弹簧12制成的减振层2可以在油箱振动大时减弱油在油箱内的晃动幅度,进而少产生静电或不产生静电,避免安全事故。当油箱内气压较高时,自动排气阀14打开减压,提高汽车安全性能。

1.一种汽车油箱,其特征在于:包括箱壳、减振层、排污器、出油管、进油管、油盖、密码锁和防盗器,所述箱壳内壁上设有减振层,所述箱壳的底部内壁上安装有排污器,所述箱壳上部设置有出油管,所述箱壳侧部连接进油管一端,所述进油管另一端安装有油盖,所述油盖上安装有密码锁,所述进油管靠近箱体侧的内部安装有防盗器,所述防盗器包括红外传感器、上伸缩板和下伸缩板,所述红外传感器位于靠近过滤网侧的进油管内壁上,所述上伸缩板和下伸缩板对称设置在进油管上下两侧的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述减振层由耐热橡胶制成且内部设置有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述箱壳外壁上设置有绝缘防火层,所述绝缘防火层由石棉材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述箱壳侧部上设置有自动排气阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述排污器包括排污筒和筛网,所述排污筒的左右两侧分别开有进口和出口,所述排污筒内部安装有筛网,所述筛网和进口之间的排污器底侧设置有排污口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车油箱,其特征在于:所述排污口内壁上设置有电磁铁层。
