Abstract
本发明公开了一种高频高速挠性覆铜板及其制备方法。该挠性覆铜板由聚合物绝缘基膜、聚合物胶粘层和金属箔共三层组成,具有良好的介电性能。其中,所制备的挠性覆铜板的介电常数为2.4‑3.0,介电损耗为0.001‑0.005。制备方法是首先对聚合物绝缘基膜进行表面处理,然后将聚合物胶粘剂均匀涂覆表面处理后的聚合物绝缘基膜上,接着与金属箔用热辊连续压合,最后高温固化得到高频高速挠性覆铜板。我们所制备的挠性覆铜板具有高频高速的特点,介电常数和介电损耗极低,可以广泛应用在雷达,航空航天设备、导航设备、飞机仪表、智能手机等领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及挠性覆铜板技术领域的一种高频高速挠性覆铜板及其制备方法,更具体指一种柔性好并具有较低的介电常数和介电损耗的挠性覆铜板,适合应用于高频高速的电子产品。
背景技术
随着高频通信大大发展,使得移动电话、汽车电话,无线通信向高频化发展,使用频率从MHz向GHz频段转移,信息传送进入高频领域。电子信息产品高频化、高速化对挠性覆铜板的高频特性提出了更高的要求。高频挠性覆铜板的基本特性必须达到以下两个要求:(1)介电常数(Dk)必须小而且很稳定。通常是越小越好,信号的传送速率与材料介电常数的平方根成反比,高介电常数容易造成信号传输延迟。(2)介电损耗(Df)必须小。介电损耗(Df)主要影响到信号传送的品质,介电损耗越小使得信号损耗也越小。
目前所应用的挠性覆铜板,介电常数和介电损耗最低的是采用聚四氟乙烯作为基膜的产品,比如美国罗杰斯公司生产的挠性覆铜板。聚四氟乙烯具有优良的电气性能、耐化学腐蚀、耐热、使用温度范围广、吸水性低等优点,而且在高频率范围内DK/Df的变化小,非常适用于作为高速数字化和高频的基板材料。但是聚四氟乙烯特殊的分子结构,表面能极低,无极性,活性最小,是最典型的难粘聚合物膜。已有直接粘接的胶粘剂,但效果都不理想。只有通过特殊的表面处理,才会获得满意的粘接强度。目前对聚四氟乙烯的表面处理已有很多方法,比如高温熔融法、辐射接枝法、等离子体法、电解还原法等,但均存在一定局限或缺点。高温熔融法的不足之处在于高温烧结时PTFE会放出有毒物质,而且PTFE膜形状不易保持;采用辐射接枝法,PTF本身受到破坏,拉伸强度下降30%,伸长率也降低;等离子体处理法装置投资成本高,而且其真空系统因腐蚀失效的问题也没有根本解决;而电解还原法的电解还原速度还不能适用于工业生产。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的,是提供一种高频高速挠性覆铜板及其制备方法,该挠性覆铜板具有柔性高并且介电常数和介电损耗低等优点,特别适用于高频高速的电子领域。为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
首先自制一个带有搅拌器和冷却装置以及温度传感器的反应釜。反应釜上连有冷凝器和导气管。在导气管上接有无水氯化钙干燥塔,并与氮气钢瓶连接。称取100质量份的精萘和600-800质量份的四氢呋喃,待用。在反应釜中通入氮气,稳定后加入准备好的四氢呋喃,然后打开搅拌器开始搅拌,同时加入100质量份的的精萘,通过搅拌使萘完全溶解。接着打开冷却装置,将10-20质量份的金属钠制成小块后逐渐加入,待金属钠全部加完后,控制温度在5-15℃下反应1-3h。反应完成之后停止搅拌,缓慢恢复至常温,出料。将上述的聚四氟乙烯表面处理液均匀喷涂在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面,表面处理时间约5-20s,接着将薄膜牵引,通过装有机溶剂的洗涤槽浸泡1-2min,再用清水进行漂洗,之后进行干燥。然后,将胶粘剂均匀涂覆在经过表面处理的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上,接着快速干燥去除溶剂,再将聚四氟乙烯薄膜与压延铜箔用热辊在60-100℃左右连续压合,最后置于60-100℃的烘箱中固化2-5h,制备得到高频高速挠性覆铜板。
所述的聚四氟乙烯膜,厚度为10-60μm,胶粘层厚度为10-30μm,压延铜箔厚度为10-60μm。
所述的精萘和四氢呋喃以及金属钠的质量比范围为1:6-10:0.1-0.2,优选值为1:7-8:0.13-0.15。
所述的有机溶剂可以是丙酮、乙醇、甲醇、氯仿、二甲基甲酰胺中的一种。首选丙酮。
所述的的胶粘剂可以是环氧树脂胶粘剂,丙烯酸酯胶粘剂,有机硅胶粘剂和聚氨酯胶粘剂中的一种,首选环氧树脂胶粘剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点为:成本较低,方法简便而有效,不需要特殊设备;经过表面处理后的聚四氟乙烯,表面引入了OH、CO、COOH等极性基团,使表面能增大、接触角变小、浸润性提高,从而提高了其粘附性。所制备的高频高速挠性覆铜板具有较低的介电常数和介电损耗,介电常数为2.4-3.0,介电损耗为0.001-0.005,可以在要求高频高速的电子领域得到较好的应用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
称取100kg的精萘和600kg的四氢呋喃,待用。在自制的反应釜中通入氮气,稳定后加入准备好的四氢呋喃,然后打开搅拌器开始搅拌,同时加入100kg的的精萘,通过搅拌使萘完全溶解。接着打开冷却装置,将10kg的金属钠制成小块后逐渐加入,待金属钠全部加完后,控制温度在10℃下反应2h。反应完成之后停止搅拌,缓慢恢复至常温,出料。将上述的聚四氟乙烯表面处理液均匀喷涂在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面,表面处理时间约10s,接着将薄膜牵引,通过装有丙酮的洗涤槽浸泡1min,再用清水进行漂洗,之后进行干燥。然后,将环氧树脂胶粘剂均匀涂覆在经过表面处理的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上,接着快速干燥去除溶剂,再将聚四氟乙烯薄膜与压延铜箔用热辊在60℃左右连续压合,最后置于80℃的烘箱中固化4h,制备得到高频高速挠性覆铜板。
实施例2
称取100kg的精萘和800kg的四氢呋喃,待用。在自制的反应釜中通入氮气,稳定后加入准备好的四氢呋喃,然后打开搅拌器开始搅拌,同时加入100kg的的精萘,通过搅拌使萘完全溶解。接着打开冷却装置,将15kg的金属钠制成小块后逐渐加入,待金属钠全部加完后,控制温度在15℃下反应1h。反应完成之后停止搅拌,缓慢恢复至常温,出料。将上述的聚四氟乙烯表面处理液均匀喷涂在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面,表面处理时间约15s,接着将薄膜牵引,通过装有乙醇的洗涤槽浸泡2min,再用清水进行漂洗,之后进行干燥。然后,将丙烯酸酯胶粘剂均匀涂覆在经过表面处理的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上,接着快速干燥去除溶剂,再将聚四氟乙烯薄膜与压延铜箔用热辊在70℃左右连续压合,最后置于85℃的烘箱中固化3h,制备得到高频高速挠性覆铜板。
实施例3
称取100kg的精萘和650kg的四氢呋喃,待用。在反应釜中通入氮气,稳定后加入准备好的四氢呋喃,然后打开搅拌器开始搅拌,同时加入100kg的精萘,通过搅拌使萘完全溶解。接着打开冷却装置,将13kg的金属钠制成小块后逐渐加入,待金属钠全部加完后,控制温度在10℃下反应2h。反应完成之后停止搅拌,缓慢恢复至常温,出料。将上述的聚四氟乙烯表面处理液均匀喷涂在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面,表面处理时间约10s,接着将薄膜牵引,通过装有甲醇的洗涤槽浸泡2min,再用清水进行漂洗,之后进行干燥。然后,将有机硅胶粘剂均匀涂覆在经过表面处理的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上,接着快速干燥去除溶剂,再将聚四氟乙烯薄膜与压延铜箔用热辊在80℃左右连续压合,最后置于100℃的烘箱中固化3h,制备得到高频高速挠性覆铜板。

Claims (5)
1.一种高频高速挠性覆铜板,其特征在于,由聚合物绝缘基膜、聚合物胶粘层和金属箔共三层组成,聚合物绝缘基膜是通过表面处理的聚四氟乙烯,厚度为10-60μm,聚合物胶粘层是环氧树脂为基体的胶粘剂,厚度为10-30μm,金属箔是压延铜箔,厚度为10-60μm。
2.一种高频高速挠性覆铜板的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备方法如下:
(1)聚四氟乙烯表面处理液的配置,在反应釜中通入氮气,稳定后加入四氢呋喃后,然后打开搅拌器开始搅拌,同时加入精萘,通过搅拌使精萘完全溶解,接着打开冷却装置,将金属钠制成小块后逐渐加入,待金属钠全部加完后,控制温度在5-15℃下反应1-3h,反应完全之后停止搅拌,缓慢恢复至常温,出料待用;
(2)聚四氟乙烯的表面处理,将上述的表面处理液均匀喷涂在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的表面,表面处理时间5-20s,接着将薄膜牵引通过有机溶剂的洗涤槽浸泡1-2min,再用清水进行漂洗,之后进行干燥,待用;
(3)制备高频高速挠性覆铜板,将胶粘剂均匀涂覆在经过表面处理的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上,然后快速干燥去除溶剂,接着将聚四氟乙烯薄膜与压延铜箔用热辊在60-100℃连续压合,最后置于60-100℃的烘箱中固化2-5h,即可得到高频高速挠性覆铜板。
3.权利要求2所述的高频高速挠性覆铜板的制备方法,其特征在于,精萘和四氢呋喃以及金属钠的质量比范围为1:6-10:0.1-0.2,优选值为1:7-8:0.13-0.15。
4.权利要求2所述的高频高速挠性覆铜板的制备方法,其特征在于,洗涤槽中的有机溶剂为丙酮、乙醇、甲醇、氯仿、二甲基甲酰胺中的一种。
5.权利要求2所述的高频高速挠性覆铜板的制备方法,其特征在于,所使用的胶粘剂为环氧树脂胶粘剂、丙烯酸酯胶粘剂、有机硅胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂中的任意一种。
