背景技术
随着科技的不断进步,人们生活水平的不断提高,汽车逐渐走向了千家万户。在汽车销售试驾以及汽车行驶到一些比较脏的恶劣环境中(如工地、砂石厂等),人们为了防止汽车座椅被弄脏会在汽车座椅外侧套设一层塑料膜保护套,这样能够在短时间内有效保护汽车座椅。而目前汽车座椅塑料膜保护套都是采用人工裁剪、人工缝制松紧带的模式进行生产,自动化程度低,生产效率低,满足不了企业的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种生产效率高的汽车座椅塑料膜保护套一体化生产装置。

1.汽车座椅塑料膜保护套一体化生产装置,其特征在于:包括:机架(1)和设置在机架(1)前端的塑料膜放卷装置(2),在所述塑料膜放卷装置(2)后端的机架(1)上设置有自动量料装置,所述自动量料装置的结构包括:分别通过转轴(3)转动设置在机架(1)上的主动轮(4)和从动轮(5),所述主动轮(4)与驱动装置(41)相连接,所述主动轮(4)和从动轮(5)之间通过输送钢带(6)相连接,在所述输送钢带(6)上等间距均匀设置有若干顶升气缸组(7),所述每个顶升气缸组(7)包含两个顶升气缸(71),在所述顶升气缸(71)的活塞杆(72)上设置有钢针(73),在所述取料装置上端的机架(1)上设置有自动取料吹吸装置,所述自动取料吹吸装置的结构包括:取料箱体(8),在所述取料箱体(8)内设置有吹风机(9)和吸风机(10),在所述取料箱体(8)的下端设置有与吹风机(9)相连接的吹料口(11)和与吸风机(10)相连接的吸料口(12),在所述机架(1)的上端两侧分别设置有滑轨(13),所述取料箱体(8)通过滑块(14)滑动设置在滑轨(13)内,在所述机架(1)的前端设置有伺服减速电机(15),在所述伺服减速电机(15)的电机轴(16)上设置有主动链轮(17),在所述机架(1)的另一端上通过转轴(18)转动设置有从动链轮(19),所述主动链轮(17)和从动链轮(19)之间通过链条(20)相连接,所述滑块(14)通过连接块(21)与链条(20)的上端相连接,在所述自动取料吹吸装置与塑料膜放卷装置(2)之间的机架(1)上设置有切料气缸(22),在所述切料气缸(22)的活塞杆(23)上设置有切刀(24),在所述自动量料装置后端的机架(1)上设置有塑料膜成型模具(25),在所述塑料膜成型模具(25)内设置有模腔(26),在所述模腔(26)下端的塑料膜成型模具(25)上设置有下环形松紧带挤压粘接腔(27),在所述下环形松紧带挤压粘接腔(27)下端的塑料膜成型模具(25)内设置有环形电加热管(28),在所述下环形松紧带挤压粘接腔(27)外侧的塑料膜成型模具(25)内设置有与模腔(26)相互连通的环形塑料膜伸展腔(29),在所述塑料膜成型模具(25)上端的机架(1)上设置有上下气缸(30),在所述上下气缸(3)的活塞杆(31)上设置有与模腔(26)相互配合的模板(32),在所述模板(2)的下端一侧均匀设置有若干打孔钻头(33),在所述模腔(26)下端的塑料膜成型模具(25)上设置与打孔钻头(33)相互配合的打孔钻头避让孔(34),在所述模板(32)的下端还设置有与下环形松紧带挤压粘接腔(27)相互配合的上环形松紧带挤压粘接腔(35),在所述模板(32)的下端内部设置有与上环形松紧带挤压粘接腔(35)相互连通的环形吸风通道(36),在所述模板(32)的上端内部均匀设置有若干与环形吸风通道(36)相互连通的吸风孔(37),在所述模板(32)的上端设置有强力吸风机(38),所述吸风孔(37)通过吸风管(39)与强力吸风机(38)相连接。
