一种塑料瓶盖机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料瓶盖机。
背景技术
生产矿泉水瓶和食用油塑料瓶等瓶盖的设备,主要由挤塑机和刮料送料机构以及模压机构所组成。塑料颗粒倒入挤塑机的料筒中,通过料筒加热热融后从出料口输出,再由刮料送料机构刮取一定量的热融胶料,并输送至模压机中模压成瓶盖。已有的刮料送料机构一般分为刮料盘和送盖盘两个转盘,刮料盘和送盖盘为分开安装,两个转盘分别需要一个电机带动旋转,该结构复杂,制造成本高,占用瓶盖机内部的空间大,因此需要制造更大体积的机壳;另外已有模压机中的脱模机构包括在上模芯的内部设置顶杆,顶杆的上端安装滚轮,在转盘上设置凸轮,滚轮与凸轮滚动接触,该结构存在的缺点是:一、上模芯中安装顶杆,占用上模芯的内部空间,从而会干涉到上模的冷却水路,使模具制造存在困难,影响冷却效果;二、采用凸轮直接顶出瓶盖,对瓶盖内部螺纹有损伤,并且仅仅通过凸轮脱模,有时仍存在瓶盖未完全脱出或没及时脱出等情况,影响下次模压,严重时甚至影响模具使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,降低制造成本,占用瓶盖机的内部空间少,保证瓶盖顺利脱模的塑料瓶盖机。
本发明一种塑料瓶盖机的技术方案是:包括机架,机架上设置料筒、刮料送盖机构和模压机构,所述的料筒制有出料口,所述的刮料送盖机构包括刮料盘,刮料盘中开有五个以上的安装孔和一个通气孔,通气孔与其中一个安装孔相通,在各安装孔中设置刮刀,所述刮刀包括安装座,安装座中开有横吹气孔和竖吹气孔,通气孔与横吹气孔相通,横吹气孔与竖吹气孔相通,竖吹气孔与安装座的底部相通,在安装座下制有弧形的刀头,刀头与料筒的出料口相配合,在刮料盘上设置进气座,进气座经紧固件与刮料盘相固定,进气座中开有进气孔,进气孔一头与气泵的气管相连接,进气孔下端与通气孔相通,在进气座外安装上座,上座外安装拨盘,拨盘上制有拨叉,拨盘的出口设置出盖滑道,所述的模压机构包括主轴和上固定板,主轴经动力带动旋转,主轴上设置上模板和下模板,在上模板中设置上模套,上模套中设置上模芯,下模板中设置下模套,下模套中设置下模芯和下气缸,下模芯的上端设置下模头,下气缸的活塞杆与下模芯相配合,所述的上模套下设置脱模套,脱模套中设置复位弹簧,在上模板位于上模套的一侧设置推杆,推杆的上端经销子连接滚轮,推杆的下端连接固定套,推杆经固定套与脱模套相连接,在上固定板下设置导向板,导向板的下端制有滑入斜导面和滑出斜导面,滚轮与滑入、滑出斜导面相接触。
本发明公开了一种塑料瓶盖机,工作时,先将塑料颗粒倒入料筒中,由料筒将塑料颗粒加热热融,并从出料口挤出,此时动力带动刮料送盖机构的旋转,由刮料送盖机构的刮刀刮取出料口挤出的胶料,并在刮料盘带动下旋转至与模压机构的其中一个下模头相对应,此时气泵的气压经进气孔、通气孔、横吹气孔、竖吹气孔最后将刀头中的胶料向下吹入下模头中,而动力则带动模压机构旋转,当下模头旋转至一定位置时,下气缸带动下模芯、下模头向上移动,使模具合模,此时模具对胶料进行模压成瓶盖,待冷却成型后,模具开模,当模具旋转至导向板位置时,由滚轮与滑入斜导面相接触,滚轮沿着滑入斜导面逐渐向下滑动,滚轮带动推杆向下移动,推杆经固定套带动脱模套向下移动,脱模套的下端与瓶盖的上口四周接触,脱模套向下将瓶盖向下推动,使瓶盖正好落到刮料送盖机构的上座上,而模压机构则继续旋转,当滚轮移动至滑出斜导面位置时,在复位弹簧回复力的作用下,脱模套、固定套、推杆和滚轮逐渐向上移动回复原位,而瓶盖落到上座上时,由拨盘上的拨叉带动瓶盖移动,当拨叉旋转至出盖滑道位置时,瓶盖沿着出盖滑道向外滑动并落入收集箱中。本方案塑料瓶盖机,一、该结构将刮料盘和拨盘同轴安装,结构更加简单,降低制造成本,且占用瓶盖机的空间小,并有利于后期的维护;二、利用推杆经固定套带动脱模套将瓶盖向下推出脱模,推杆不占用上模芯的内部空间,避免影响冷却水路,而脱模套与瓶盖的上口四周接触,保证瓶盖能完全脱模,脱模轻松。
本发明一种塑料瓶盖机,所述的滑入斜导面与滑出斜导面之间经圆弧面过渡。当滚轮经滑入斜导面移动至滑出斜导面时,有了圆弧面过渡,过渡圆滑,减少滚轮和导向板的磨损,避免产生噪音,保证其使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种塑料瓶盖机,如图1—图7所示,其特征在于:包括机架1,机架上设置料筒2、刮料送盖机构3和模压机构6,所述的料筒2制有出料口21,所述的刮料送盖机构3包括刮料盘31,刮料盘中开有五个以上的安装孔32和一个通气孔33,通气孔与其中一个安装孔相通,在各安装孔中设置刮刀34,所述刮刀包括安装座35,安装座中开有横吹气孔36和竖吹气孔37,通气孔33与横吹气孔相通,横吹气孔与竖吹气孔相通,竖吹气孔与安装座35的底部相通,在安装座下制有弧形的刀头38,刀头与料筒2的出料口21相配合,在刮料盘31上设置进气座39,进气座经紧固件与刮料盘相固定,进气座中开有进气孔40,进气孔一头与气泵的气管相连接,进气孔下端与通气孔33相通,在进气座39外安装上座41,上座外安装拨盘42,拨盘上制有拨叉43,拨盘的出口设置出盖滑道44,所述的模压机构6包括主轴61和上固定板62,主轴经动力带动旋转,主轴上设置上模板63和下模板64,在上模板中设置上模套65,上模套中设置上模芯66,下模板中设置下模套67,下模套中设置下模芯68和下气缸69,下模芯的上端设置下模头70,下气缸的活塞杆与下模芯相配合,所述的上模套65下设置脱模套71,脱模套中设置复位弹簧72,在上模板63位于上模套的一侧设置推杆73,推杆的上端经销子连接滚轮74,推杆的下端连接固定套75,推杆经固定套与脱模套71相连接,在上固定板62下设置导向板76,导向板的下端制有滑入斜导面77和滑出斜导面78,滚轮与滑入、滑出斜导面相接触。工作时,先将塑料颗粒倒入料筒2中,由料筒将塑料颗粒加热热融,并从出料口21挤出,此时动力带动刮料送盖机构3的旋转,由刮料送盖机构的刮刀34刮取出料口挤出的胶料,并在刮料盘31带动下旋转至与模压机构6的其中一个下模头70相对应,此时气泵的气压经进气孔40、通气孔33、横吹气孔36、竖吹气孔37最后将刀头38中的胶料向下吹入下模头70中,而动力则带动模压机构6旋转,当下模头旋转至一定位置时,下气缸69带动下模芯68、下模头70向上移动,使模具合模,此时模具对胶料进行模压成瓶盖,待冷却成型后,模具开模,当模具旋转至导向板76位置时,由滚轮74与滑入斜导面77相接触,滚轮沿着滑入斜导面逐渐向下滑动,滚轮带动推杆73向下移动,推杆经固定套75带动脱模套71向下移动,脱模套的下端与瓶盖的上口四周接触,脱模套向下将瓶盖向下推动,使瓶盖正好落到刮料送盖机构3的上座41上,而模压机构6则继续旋转,当滚轮74移动至滑出斜导面78位置时,在复位弹簧72回复力的作用下,脱模套71、固定套75、推杆73和滚轮74逐渐向上移动回复原位,而瓶盖落到上座41上时,由拨盘42上的拨叉43带动瓶盖移动,当拨叉旋转至出盖滑道44位置时,瓶盖沿着出盖滑道向外滑动并落入收集箱中。本方案塑料瓶盖机,一、该结构将刮料盘31和拨盘42同轴安装,结构更加简单,降低制造成本,且占用瓶盖机的空间小,并有利于后期的维护;二、利用推杆73经固定套75带动脱模套71将瓶盖向下推出脱模,推杆不占用上模芯66的内部空间,避免影响冷却水路,而脱模套与瓶盖的上口四周接触,保证瓶盖能完全脱模,脱模轻松。所述的滑入斜导面77与滑出斜导面78之间经圆弧面过渡79。当滚轮74经滑入斜导面77移动至滑出斜导面78时,有了圆弧面过渡79,过渡圆滑,减少滚轮和导向板76的磨损,避免产生噪音,保证其使用寿命。
