Abstract
本发明属于机械加工设备,特别是一种升降式面板复合机。所要解决的问题:复合板生产普遍使用2+2层压机,层压机整套设备价格偏高。原有翻转式复合板设备板厚控制结构繁琐,设备整体翻转结构复杂,合模自动化程度低。解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案要点是:若干下模台固定,驱动装置驱动对应若干下模台的上模盖沿轨道滑动,上模盖联接升降导向装置,下模台与上模盖之间设置合模高度限制装置和上下模夹紧拉钩。适用于生产复合面板。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工设备,特别是一种升降式面板复合机。
背景技术
复合板普遍使用2+2层压机,整套设备价格偏高,原有翻转式复合机设备厚度限制机构繁琐,设备整体翻转结构复杂,合模自动化程度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提出一种升降式面板复合机,以解决背景技术存在的原有翻转式复合机设备厚度限制机构繁琐,设备整体翻转结构复杂,合模自动化程度低的问题。解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种升降式面板复合机,其特征在于若干下模台固定,驱动装置驱动对应若干下模台的上模盖沿轨道滑动,上模盖联接升降导向装置,下模台与上模盖之间设置合模高度限制装置和上下模夹紧拉钩。其中,上下模夹紧拉钩设置于上模盖,由液压缸驱动同步齿轮、齿条和杠杆机构向下翻转勾住下模台底部,实现两侧同步翻转锁紧或解锁。本发明与现有技术比较所具有的有益效果是:采用多个下模工作台,上模盖在驱动设备下可沿钢轨进行水平移动,还可沿升降导向机构上下移动,上下模夹紧拉钩位于上模盖,液压缸驱动同步齿轮、齿条、杠杆机构向下翻转勾住下模台底部,实现两侧同步翻转锁紧或解锁,生产过程自动化控制。这样多个工作台预上料方便,减少生产等待时间,合模速度快,合模预紧可靠,自动化程度高。

具体实施方式
参考图1、图2、图3、图4,一种升降式面板复合机,其特征在于若干下模台3固定,驱动装置1驱动对应若干下模台3的上模盖5沿轨道6滑动,上模盖联接升降导向装置7,下模台3与上模盖5之间设置合模高度限制装置4和上下模夹紧拉钩2;上下模夹紧拉钩2设置于上模盖5,由液压缸10驱动同步齿轮9、齿条8和杠杆机构11向下翻转勾住下模台3底部,实现两侧同步翻转锁紧或解锁。工作时,上模盖5在驱动装置1作用下沿轨道6水平移动让出下模台3,将复合板各结构部件按产品标准放置在下模台3上,然后上模盖5移动到下模台3上方特定位置,调节合模高度限制装置4及上下模夹紧拉钩2的配套垫块片,使其与复合板的高度相符,然后上模盖液压缸驱动上模盖5沿上模升降导向7下压到设定板厚,上下模夹紧拉钩2由上下模夹紧拉钩2液压缸10驱动同步齿轮9、齿条10、杠杆机构11驱动下向下翻转勾住下模台3底部,防止复合板变形,最后开始注入填充料。完成复合板填充后,上下模夹紧拉钩2向上翻转松开,上模盖5升起,移动到下一个下模台3重复以上工作。
Claims (2)
1.一种升降式面板复合机,其特征在于若干下模台(3)固定,驱动装置(1)驱动对应若干下模台(3)的上模盖(5)沿轨道(6)滑动,上模盖联接升降导向装置(7),下模台(3)与上模盖(5)之间设置合模高度限制装置(4)和上下模夹紧拉钩(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种升降式面板复合机,其特征在于上下模夹紧拉钩(2)设置于上模盖(5),由液压缸(10)驱动同步齿轮(9)、齿条(8)和杠杆机构(11)向下翻转勾住下模台(3)底部,实现两侧同步翻转锁紧或解锁。
