Description

Seedling raising method for cruciferous crops
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cruciferous crop seedling culture, and particularly relates to a cruciferous crop seedling culture method.
Background
The seedling culture has the advantages of early sowing, labor stress relief, convenient management and the like. Meanwhile, because the clubroot of cruciferous crops is frequent and easy to occur, the development of related seedling culture research is promoted in order to reduce diseases.
However, the existing seedling raising technology usually needs a specific seedling raising substrate, the material selection is difficult, and the popularization in areas with low production level or low living level is difficult. In addition, the general seedling raising method has low planting density and poor economical efficiency.
The raw materials used in the ideal seedling raising method are cheap and easy to obtain, and particularly, the seedling raising substrate is most ideal if farmland soil can be directly used. However, since the common crucifer crop farmland is easy to have clubroot pathogenic bacteria, the farmland soil is not directly used in the actual seedling culture work. Although some researches find that good seedling raising effect can be directly realized in loam by using an interaction mode, the same-hole seedling raising needs to be carried out by selecting two or more than two crops among multiple crops, and the mode consumes a large amount of experimental verification time on crop selection and is poor in flexibility.
In the aspect of using livestock manure, particularly earthworm manure as a seedling raising substrate of cruciferous crops, the manure is usually mixed with vermiculite or other substrates, or compost is added. These methods have the disadvantages of difficult material availability, and are not suitable for popularization in areas with low production level or low living level.
Although some reports utilize the field soil and the decomposed wormcast, the fields soil and the decomposed wormcast generally need a large amount of other substrates (such as fermentation products, slag or wood chips and the like), more importantly, a large amount of antibacterial agents need to be applied, and meanwhile, the large-scale decomposition treatment of the wormcast also has environmental protection and economical efficiency.
Therefore, the present invention is a method for growing seedlings of cruciferous crops, which solves the above problems at the same time.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims at providing a seedling raising method for cruciferous crops, which comprises the step of planting seeds of the cruciferous crops in a seedling raising plate with the seeding density of 1200-1500 plants/m2Controlling the relative humidity to be 60-80%, the temperature to be 20-30 ℃, and naturally illuminating; the seedling substrate in the seedling raising tray comprises the following components:
8-10 kg of farmland soil
4-6 kg of wormcast
100-200 ml of 20000-40000 times of diluent/10 kg of wormcast
The antibacterial agent comprises at least one of Kejia and Fushuaide.
According to the invention, high-density seedling culture can be realized by directly mixing farmland soil and wormcast and then applying a trace amount of the antibacterial agent. The mechanism of the method is that the direct contact of pathogenic bacteria and crops is reduced by adding the wormcast, so that a better disease-resistant survival effect can be realized after adding a trace amount of antibacterial agent. In addition, because the soil is taken from the farmland, and meanwhile, the wormcast also has certain fertility, the seedling raising effect is ensured. It is worth to be appreciated that the invention can also realize high-density seedling raising.
In addition, one skilled in the art will appreciate that the present invention is equally applicable to mechanized permanent planting. Therefore, the mechanized planting of any scale by the method of the invention does not depart from the spirit of the invention, and the invention also belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
In general, a commonly used seedling raising substrate is usually prepared according to indexes such as fertility and substrate porosity, and the planting density is considered. The improvement of the planting density is beneficial to improving the economical efficiency of seedling culture.
The present invention also found that the effect of temperature and humidity on the effect of raising seedlings according to the present invention is large as shown in the examples of the present invention.
The cruciferous crop is rape.
Preferably, the relative humidity is 65-75%.
Preferably, the temperature is 24-26 ℃.
The antibacterial agent is preferably Kejia.
Preferably, the dilution factor of the antibacterial agent is 25000 times. More preferably, the addition amount is 150 ml.
The antibacterial agent is fusshuaide. Preferably, the dilution multiple of fushuaide is 30000 times, and more preferably, the addition amount of fushuaide is 180 ml.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, by mixing farmland soil, wormcast and trace antibacterial agent, under specific conditions, high-efficiency and high-density seedling culture of cruciferous crops is realized. The invention has the advantages of easily obtained raw materials, simple method and better popularization and application prospect.
