本发明公开了一种食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,包括主机箱、真空机箱、烘干机箱、蒸发器、制冷机组、热泵干燥机、轴流风机和排温风机,所述机箱内部设有真空机箱以及真空机箱一侧设有蒸发器以及真空机箱与蒸发器之间设有导风板,所述蒸发器远离导风板的一侧设有冷凝器以及冷凝器顶部设有阀门,所述冷凝器与蒸发器之间设有挡板以及挡板表层设有排气阀,所述排气阀底部设有排水阀,所述排水阀与挡板固定连接,所述冷凝器底部设有真空泵以及真空泵一侧设有制冷机组,所述制冷机组远离真空泵的一侧设有热泵干燥机。该发明采用货柜或机架标准模块化的机箱结构,任意组合节省大量的空间面积和土地,结构简化故障率低,可靠性高,运输方便。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及机械领域,具体涉及一种食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,用于药用植物、蔬菜、瓜果、杂粮、水果等需要干燥真空保鲜预冷的机器。
【背景技术】
目前各种蔬菜、瓜果、粮食五谷、豆类杂粮、药类的根、茎、叶由于原材料的等级差异,品质高的蔬菜瓜果采用真空保鲜预冷技术处理后其保鲜期明显延长12~15天,可带来巨额的经济价值,等级较次的可加工干燥成菜干、果干等产品,药物的根、茎、叶无法以鲜货保存的亦可烘干后延长存放期。本发明最终目的解决了:各等级的农产品保质及保鲜问题,其优越的移动性能令农产区能快速获取就地加工的能力,节省大量人力运输成本,减少耗损,带来可观的经济效益,有效破解当前农业生产丰产不丰收的现实问题。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,包括机箱、真空机箱、烘干机箱、蒸发器、制冷机组、热泵干燥机、轴流风机和排温风机,所述机箱内部设有真空机箱以及真空机箱一侧设有蒸发器以及真空机箱与蒸发器之间设有导风板,所述蒸发器远离导风板的一侧设有冷凝器以及冷凝器顶部设有阀门,所述冷凝器与蒸发器之间设有挡板以及挡板表层设有排气阀,所述排气阀底部设有排水阀,所述排水阀与挡板固定连接,所述冷凝器底部设有真空泵以及真空泵一侧设有制冷机组,所述制冷机组远离真空泵的一侧设有热泵干燥机,所述热泵干燥机远离制冷机组的一侧设有烘干机箱,所述热泵干燥机和烘干机箱之间设有隔板以及隔板的顶部和底部均开有通气口,所述烘干机箱顶部设有导风板,所述导风板与机箱固定连接,所述导风板顶部设有轴流风机,所述轴流风机位于隔板顶部的通气口处。
进一步的,所述真空机箱与烘干机箱底部均固定设有脚轮,所述真空机箱与烘干机箱为单个上下堆叠和多个上下堆叠的一种,所述真空机箱与烘干机箱处均设有控制机架以及控制机架上设有控制电箱。
进一步的,所述排气阀、蒸发器、排水阀、真空泵、制冷机组、热泵干燥机和冷凝器处均设有指示灯,所述指示灯安装于机箱表层。
进一步的,所述制冷机组、真空泵、蒸发器、阀门、冷凝器和制冷机组依次通过管道连接。
进一步的,所述机箱外表层上固定设有控制按钮和显示屏。
进一步的,主机箱两侧还设有进出货门,主机箱的中部设有通风格栅用于设备的散热。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:由于在食物、药物加工领域内,基于初级原材料质量存放等级差别,因此有选择性的根据原料品质筛选送加工成各类制品,做到全原料利用,减少浪费,并且适合多点转移生产,方便调度各地点的设备,解决丰产年份大量农产品、植物药品没法及时加工而带来的损失,为边远地区、山区、海岛等农产品药品加工提供一条便捷途径,本技术目前尚未见到,随着本发明的推广使用,将会对社会产生可观的经济效益。

如图1所示,一种食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,包括主机箱1、真空机箱2、烘干主机箱13、蒸发器4、制冷机组7、热泵干燥机8、轴流风机10和排温风机12,所述主机箱1内部设有真空机箱2以及真空机箱2一侧设有蒸发器4以及真空机箱2与蒸发器4之间设有导风板11,所述蒸发器4远离导风板11的一侧设有冷凝器9以及冷凝器9顶部设有阀门,所述冷凝器9与蒸发器4之间设有挡板以及挡板表层设有排气阀3,所述排气阀3底部设有排水阀5,所述排水阀5与挡板固定连接,所述冷凝器9底部设有真空泵6以及真空泵6一侧设有制冷机组7,所述制冷机组7远离真空泵6的一侧设有热泵干燥机8,所述热泵干燥机8远离制冷机组7的一侧设有烘干主机箱13,所述热泵干燥机8和烘干主机箱13之间设有隔板以及隔板的顶部和底部均开有通气口,所述烘干主机箱13顶部设有导风板11,所述导风板11与主机箱1固定连接,所述导风板11顶部设有轴流风机10以及设置在轴流风机10一侧的排温风机12,所述轴流风机10位于隔板顶部的通气口处,所述排温风机12设置在主机箱1壁板上。
其中,所述真空机箱2与烘干主机箱13均放置于机架上,所述机架为单个上下堆叠和多个上下堆叠的一种,所述机架一侧控制机架以及控制机架上设有控制电箱。
其中,所述排气阀3、蒸发器4、排水阀5、真空泵6、制冷机组7、热泵干燥机8和冷凝器9处均设有指示灯,所述指示灯安装于主机箱1表层。
其中,所述制冷机组7、真空泵6、蒸发器4、阀门、冷凝器9和制冷机组7依次通过管道连接。
其中,所述主机箱1外表层上固定设有控制按钮和显示屏,所述主机箱1顶板及壁板均安装有保温隔热板。
其中,主机箱1两侧还设有进出货门,主机箱1的中部设有通风格栅用于设备的散热。
工作原理:采用货柜或机架标准模块化的主机箱1结构,任意组合节省大量的空间面积和土地,结构简化故障率低,可靠性高。

1.一种食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,包括主机箱(1)、真空机箱(2)、烘干机箱(13)、蒸发器(4)、制冷机组(7)、热泵干燥机(8)、轴流风机(10)和排温风机(12),其特征在于:所述主机箱(1)内部设有真空机箱(2)以及真空机箱(2)一侧设有蒸发器(4)以及真空机箱(2)与蒸发器(4)之间设有导风板(11),所述蒸发器(4)远离导风板(11)的一侧设有冷凝器(9)以及冷凝器(9)顶部设有阀门,所述冷凝器(9)与蒸发器(4)之间设有挡板以及挡板表层设有排气阀(3),所述排气阀(3)底部设有排水阀(5),所述排水阀(5)与挡板固定连接,所述冷凝器(9)底部设有真空泵(6)以及真空泵(6)一侧设有制冷机组(7),所述制冷机组(7)远离真空泵(6)的一侧设有热泵干燥机(8),所述热泵干燥机(8)远离制冷机组(7)的一侧设有烘干机箱(13),所述热泵干燥机(8)和烘干机箱(13)之间设有隔板以及隔板的顶部和底部均开有通气口,所述烘干机箱(13)顶部设有导风板(11),所述导风板(11)与机箱(1)固定连接,所述导风板(11)顶部设有轴流风机(10),所述轴流风机(10)位于隔板顶部的通气口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,其特征在于:所述真空机箱(2)与烘干机箱(13)内部货架上均固定设有脚轮,所述真空机箱(2)与烘干机箱(13)为单个上下堆叠和多个上下堆叠的一种,所述真空机箱(2)与烘干机箱(13)处均设有控制机架以及控制机架上设有控制电箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,其特征在于:所述排气阀(3)、蒸发器(4)、排水阀(5)、真空泵(6)、制冷机组(7)、热泵干燥机(8)和冷凝器(9)处均设有指示灯,所述指示灯安装于主机箱(1)表层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食物药物干燥真空保鲜预冷机,其特征在于:所述制冷机组(7)、真空泵(6)、蒸发器(4)、阀门、冷凝器(9)和制冷机组(7)依次通过管道连接。
