Abstract
本发明公开了一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,采用质量比67%的含茂金属聚‑α烯烃和33%的三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯的复合基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:清净剂、分散剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、碱值保持剂、摩擦改进剂、补强剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的低温起动性、流动性、抗氧化、抗腐蚀、硝化、防锈、增溶、润滑、冷却、密封、酸中和、热氧化安定性、防腐蚀性,减少积炭、低温油泥生成,与尾气处理中的催化剂、密封材料有良好的相容性,并具有较长的换油期。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物属于发动机油领域。
背景技术
LNG与汽油和柴油等液体燃料相比,其优势在于能大幅度减少公交车辆的尾气排放,同时降低燃料成本。城市公交车辆安装的LNG发动机的结构、燃料及工况等方面与常规的汽油和柴油机的不同,大部分都采用涡轮增压、电控及尾气后处理技术;对发动机油的清净性、分散性、抗氧性及抗磨性的侧重点有明显的差异。因而优良的LNG发动机油要求应具备适当的硫酸盐灰分。因为硫酸灰分主要来源于发动机油中常用的高碱值清净剂和ZDDP抗氧防腐剂,硫酸盐灰分的大小在相当程度反映润滑油酸中和能力和高清净能力。而在使用气体燃料发动机油中,按油品硫酸盐灰分的大小分为无灰、低灰、中灰及高灰。由于LNG中所含硫量很低,燃烧中产生的酸性物质很少,其对灰分(碱值)的要求主要是为发动机中阀门等部件的润滑。此外优良的LNG发动机油还要求有良好的抗氧化、硝化、防锈、防腐蚀性以及与尾气处理中的催化剂有良好的相容性等,并具有较长的换油期。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的低温起动性、流动性、抗氧化、抗腐蚀、硝化、防锈、增溶、润滑、冷却、密封、酸中和、热氧化安定性、防腐蚀性,减少积炭、低温油泥生成,与尾气处理中的催化剂、密封材料有良好的相容性,并具有较长的换油期的无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,采用质量比67%的含茂金属聚-α烯烃和33%的三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯的复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和为100%。
清净剂是质量比50%的高超碱值合成磺酸镁T107与50%的低碱值石油磺酸钙T101复合。
分散剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T154)与50%的双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152复合;抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504与50%的二壬基二苯胺T558复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮与50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747与50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
碱值保持剂是高碱值硫化烷基酚钙T122。
摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酚酯;补强剂是甲苯三氮唑酯Vanlube887-E。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的低温起动性、流动性、抗氧化、抗腐蚀、硝化、防锈、增溶、润滑、冷却、密封、酸中和、热氧化安定性、防腐蚀性,减少积炭、低温油泥生成,与尾气处理中的催化剂、密封材料有良好的相容性,具有较长的换油期。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于清净剂是质量比50%的高超碱值合成磺酸镁T107与50%的低碱值石油磺酸钙T101复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于分散剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T154)与50%的双烯基丁二酰亚胺T152复合;抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504与50%的二壬基二苯胺T558复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮与50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747与50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于碱值保持剂是高碱值硫化烷基酚钙T122。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种无锌低灰型公交车辆LNG发动机油的组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酚酯;补强剂是甲苯三氮唑酯Vanlube887-E。
