本发明公开了一种自由活塞发动机油组合物,采用质量比50%的季戊四醇油酸酯PE418和50%的含茂金属聚α‑烯烃复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括清净剂、分散剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、摩擦改进剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、碱值保持剂、补强剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑、清洗、密封的作用;具有良好的清净分散性、热氧化安定性、抗氧化防腐防锈、酸中和及碱值保持能力。

一种自由活塞发动机油组合物
技术领域
本发明一种自由活塞发动机油组合物属于内燃机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
自由式活塞发动机是复合发动机。它与传统的柴油机相比,取消了曲柄连轴机构及其轴,也没有气阀和凸轮轴,结构对称简单。按照利用气体作为动力传输介质可以分为两大类:自由活塞燃气轮机和自由活塞压气机。前者发动机用来作为燃气发生器(即发动机),燃气被送到涡轮机中膨胀做功,输出功率;后者用来驱动活塞式压气机,供应压缩空气。而与燃气轮机相比,自由式活塞发动机又具有热效率高的特点。因此,不少国家加入研发这种被认为定有发展前途的动力装置。
就工作原理而言,自由活塞燃气轮机实际上是自由活塞发动机和燃气涡轮机组成的热力装置。自由活塞发动机为一高压缩机对置式二冲程柴油机。发动机的全部功率被供给压缩空气的活塞式压气机吸收,作用相当于增压器,它只产生一定温度的高压气体,供给燃气涡轮以输出有用功。而发动机本身不发生功率,仅为机械式燃气发生器。
而自由活塞压气机及其工作原理是:由于自由活塞发动机可与活塞式压缩机同装配在一个机体内,发动机所发出的功率除了克服摩擦所消耗的功外,都传递给了压气机,以供压缩空气。将自由活塞发动机与压气机联合起来的装置统称为自由活塞压气机,其行程特点:活塞行程可以变化,压缩比可以变化,循环数可变化。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、清洗、密封的作用;具有良好的清净分散性、热氧化安定性、抗氧化防腐防锈、酸中和及碱值保持能力的自由活塞发动机油组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种自由活塞发动机油组合物,采用质量比50%的季戊四醇油酸酯PE418和50%的含茂金属聚α-烯烃复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和为100%。
清净剂是质量比50%的低碱值合成磺酸钙T104与50%的高碱值磺酸钙复合T106B;分散剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154A与50%的硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺T161B复合。
抗氧防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203;抗氧剂是质量比50%的N-苯基-α-萘胺T531与50%的铜盐化合物T541复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551与50%的噻重氮复合。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702与50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合。
抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
碱值保持剂是高碱值硫化烷基酚钙T122。
补强剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钨。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明的组合物具有优良的清净分散性、粘-温特性、碱值保持性、酸中和性、粘度稳定性、过滤性、防止活塞环粘结并保持发动机清洁,能抑制黑色油泥的生成;良好的高温氧化安定性、增溶烟炱能力、抗剪切和有效控制油品粘度增加,低温起动性好,能减少发动机在高温条件下积炭、漆膜的生成,对运动部件无腐蚀和锈蚀,延长发动机使用寿命和换油期,有效降低机油消耗量。

1.一种自由活塞发动机油组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的季戊四醇油酸酯PE418和50%的含茂金属聚α-烯烃复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种自由活塞发动机油组合物,其特征在于抗氧防腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203;抗氧剂是质量比50%的N-苯基-α-萘胺T531与50%的铜盐化合物T541复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种自由活塞发动机油组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551与50%的噻重氮复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种自由活塞发动机油组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
