技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油,具体是一种中高速筒状活塞柴机油。
背景技术
柴油机的热效率高、经济性好、起动容易、对各类船舶有很大适应性,问世以后很快就被用作船舶推进动力。至20世纪50年代,在新建造的船舶中,柴油机几乎完全取代了蒸汽机。船用柴油机已是民用船舶、中小型舰艇和常规潜艇的主要动力。船用柴油机按其在船舶中的作用可分为主机和辅机。主机用作船舶的推进动力,辅机用来带动发电机、空气压缩机或水泵等。
低速柴油机多数为二冲程机,中速柴油机多数为四冲程机,而高速柴油机则两者皆有。大功率中、低速柴油机广泛采用重油作为燃料,高速柴油机仍多用轻柴油。
中、低速船舶柴油机由于主要以燃用重质燃料为主,柴油机油更多地强调酸中和能力,尤其是低速柴油机润滑油是“一次性”燃烧,是一种与中高速柴油机完全不同的体系。
公开号为CN103184091A的发明专利公开了一种舰船通用柴油机用润滑油组合物,其组分和含量按重量百分比计:高温清净剂5.2-7.4%、无灰分散剂2.6-5.2%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌抗氧剂0.6-1.7%、甲基硅油抗泡剂0.0015-0.0050%,余量为基础油,基础油是由石蜡基溶剂精制中性基础油80-95%和溶剂精制重组分基础油20-5%构成,高温清净剂由硫化烷基酚盐15-25%,低碱值磺酸钙14-25%、烷基水杨酸盐余量复合构成。其通过四种清净分散剂的复配较好地解决了舰船油的分水性能与清净分散性、防锈性能互抑的矛盾;通过低碱磺酸盐的合理加入,解决了二冲程发动机的排烟性能,实现了二冲程、四冲程发动机润滑油的通用。但在粘度和成本上仍有改进的空间。

与现有技术相比,本发明作为在严苛工况下运作之高输出功率的专用润滑油,具有极佳的清净分散性及抗热、抗氧化稳定性,极佳的防锈防腐蚀性以及酸中和能力、碱值保持性,能长期稳定有效地中和抵制高含硫燃烧后生成的酸性强腐蚀性物质,确保发动机活塞、轴承尤其是有色金属不受腐蚀、腐蚀的侵坏及腐蚀性磨损,减轻活塞环与气缸壁、以及轴承的磨损,延长发动机的维修周期。广泛应用于大型船舶辅机、发电机、电动机以及陆上大型柴油发电机组之中高速筒状活塞柴油机。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将500N基础油843.5公斤和150BS基础油50公斤加入到调和釜中,升温至55℃。将20公斤T155A聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、15公斤T115B高碱值硫化烷基酚钙清净剂、0.5公斤含氮硼酸酯、25公斤T106D长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙清净剂、5公斤T161A高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂、13公斤T203硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐抗氧抗腐剂、3公斤酚酯型抗氧剂、2公斤二壬基二苯胺抗氧剂、2公斤T602聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂、3公斤T462摩擦改进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、18公斤T614粘度指数改进剂加入混合,温度保持在50-55℃,搅拌10分钟,最后加入15克T901甲基硅油抗泡剂,不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到成品油。
实施例2:
将500N基础油848公斤和150BS基础油50公斤加入调和釜中,升温至55℃,将10公斤T155A聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、20公斤T115B高碱值硫化烷基酚钙清净剂、5公斤含氮硼酸酯、20公斤T106D长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、5公斤T161A高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂、13公斤T203硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐抗氧抗腐剂、2公斤酚酯型抗氧剂抗氧剂、3公斤二壬基二苯胺抗氧剂、2公斤T602聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂、4公斤T462摩擦改进剂二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、18公斤T614粘度指数改进剂加入混合,温度保持在50-55℃,搅拌10分钟,最后加入15克T901甲基硅油抗泡剂,不断搅拌至常温,过滤后得到成品油。
