本发明提供了一种高性能中速筒状船用油,包括以下重量比的组分:(1)、基础油:石蜡基础油Ⅱ类500N或650N 50~60%,光亮基础油Ⅱ类150BS 25~30%,环烷基Ⅱ类KN4008或KN4010 15~20%;(2)、添加剂:碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐,加入量为基础油总量的1%‑1.5%;磺酸钙,加入量为3%‑5%;硫化烷基酚钙,加入量为2%‑3%;氨基硫代酯,加入量为0.5%‑1%;高温抗氧剂ADPA‑98,加入量为0.5%‑1%;降凝剂聚α烯烃,加入量为0.1%‑0.3%;2#复合抗泡剂,加入量为10PPM‑20PPM;破乳剂ADDITIN M10394,加入量为10PPM‑20PPM。本发明具有优异的极压抗磨性、清净分散性、储存稳定性、高温抗氧性和水分离性。

Description

一种高性能中速筒状船用油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于润滑油技术领域,具体地说涉及一种高性能中速筒状船用油。
背景技术
随着炼油工艺的提高,在世界范围内II类III类基础油的产量越来越高,使用II类、III类基础油调和高性能中速筒状船用油已经成为趋势,然而基础油随着精制深度的增加,性能提高的同时,溶解性大大下降,特别是石蜡基础油针对船用油配方,加入的添加剂量大,这个问题特别明显,同时形成的焦,比较硬,容易卡死活塞环。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高性能中速筒状船用油,解决了背景技术中的船用油添加剂量大造成的焦卡的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种高性能中速筒状船用油,包括以下重量比的组分:(1)、基础油:石蜡基础油Ⅱ类500N 或650N 50~60%,光亮基础油Ⅱ类150BS 25~30%,环烷基Ⅱ类KN4008或KN4010 15~20%;
(2)、添加剂:碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐,加入量为基础油总量的1%-1.5%;磺酸钙,加入量为3%-5%;硫化烷基酚钙,加入量为2%-3%;氨基硫代酯,加入量为0.5%-1%;高温抗氧剂ADPA-98,加入量为0.5%-1%;降凝剂聚α烯烃,加入量为0.1%-0.3%;2#复合抗泡剂,加入量为10PPM-20PPM;破乳剂ADDITIN M10394,加入量为10PPM-20PPM;
一种高性能中速筒状船用油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将三类基础油分别加入搅拌釜中,搅拌升温至60-65℃,搅拌10-20分钟后加入聚α烯烃、2#复合抗泡剂、ADDITINM10394,继续搅拌10分钟后按下列顺序加入下列添加剂:超碱性磺酸钙、硼化丁二酰亚胺、超高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、ADPA-98,继续搅拌15-20分钟后加入碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐、氨基硫代酯,搅拌10分钟后完成。
在第一部分的基础油中,以石蜡基II类500N或650N为主组成,氧化性好,粘度指数高,但是溶解性和形成的焦比较硬,容易卡死活塞环,需要加入第三部分环烷基II类KN4008或KN4010,此基础油组分能够很好的解决溶解度的问题,并且形成的焦酥松,但是其油膜厚度不够。第二部分光亮油II类150BS则很好地解决了由于环烷基基础油引起的油膜厚度下降的问题。
在第二部分的添加剂部分中,第一种:碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐,具有优异的抗磨性,抗氧抗腐性,极压抗磨性并具有优异的水解安定性。
第二种:超碱性磺酸钙,它具有优异的酸中和能力及防锈性,同时具有优异的水解安定性及良好的抗凝胶能力。
第三种:硼化丁二酰亚胺,优异的清净分散剂,可抑制发动机活塞上积碳和漆膜的产生,还具有抗氧化和抗磨性。
第四种:超高碱值硫化烷基酚钙,它具有良好的高温清净性和很强的酸中和能力,抗氧抗腐性能,对控制活塞顶环积碳效果显著。
第五种:氨基硫代酯,无灰型抗氧剂和极压剂,颜色浅,气味低,其抗氧性能突出,为过氧化物分解剂与自由基清除剂,具有优秀的抗氧化协同作用,与酚类、二苯胺类抗氧剂配合使用时,抗氧性尤其突出,含硫量高达28~32%,具有优异的极压抗磨性能,热稳定性好,高温极压性能突出,有效生成摩擦表面抗磨连续涂层,降低了摩擦系数。
第六种:ADPA-98,高温抗氧剂,优异的高温抗氧化性能。
第七种:聚α烯烃,降凝剂。
第八种:2#复合抗泡剂。
第九种:ADDITIN M10394,破乳剂,有很强的抗乳化性能,使油品分水性大大提高。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优异的极压抗磨性、清净分散性、储存稳定性、高温抗氧性和水分离性,很好地解决了背景技术中的船用油添加剂量大造成的焦卡现象。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面详细说明一种高性能中速筒状船用油:
一、准备三类基础油:石蜡基础油Ⅱ类500N 6000Kg,光亮基础油Ⅱ类150BS 2500Kg,环烷基Ⅱ类KN4010 1500Kg;
二、准备九类添加剂:碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐120Kg,超碱性磺酸钙300Kg,硼化丁二酰亚胺350Kg,超高碱值硫化烷基酚钙200Kg,氨基硫代酯50Kg,ADPA-98 50Kg,聚α烯烃20Kg,2#复合抗泡剂0.1Kg,ADDITIN M10394 0.1Kg。
将三类基础油分别加入搅拌釜中,搅拌升温至62℃,搅拌15分钟后加入聚α烯烃,2#复合抗泡剂,ADDITIN M10394,继续搅拌10分钟后按下列顺序加入下列添加剂:超碱性磺酸钙,硼化丁二酰亚胺,超高碱值硫化烷基酚钙,ADPA-98,继续搅拌17分钟后加入碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐,氨基硫代酯,搅拌10分钟后完成。

1.一种高性能中速筒状船用油,其特征在于包括以下重量比的组分:(1)、基础油:石蜡基础油Ⅱ类500N或650N 50~60%,光亮基础油Ⅱ类150BS 25~30%,环烷基Ⅱ类KN4008或KN4010 15~20%;
(2)、添加剂:碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐,加入量为基础油总量的1%-1.5%;磺酸钙,加入量为3%-5%;硫化烷基酚钙,加入量为2%-3%;氨基硫代酯,加入量为0.5%-1%;高温抗氧剂ADPA-98,加入量为0.5%-1%;降凝剂聚α烯烃,加入量为0.1%-0.3%;2#复合抗泡剂,加入量为10PPM-20PPM;破乳剂ADDITIN M10394,加入量为10PPM-20PPM。
2.制备如权利要求1所述的一种高性能中速筒状船用油的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将三类基础油分别加入搅拌釜中,搅拌升温至60-65℃,搅拌10-20分钟后加入聚α烯烃、2#复合抗泡剂、ADDITIN M10394,继续搅拌10分钟后按下列顺序加入下列添加剂:超碱性磺酸钙、硼化丁二酰亚胺、超高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、ADPA-98,继续搅拌15-20分钟后加入碱式二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌盐、氨基硫代酯,搅拌10分钟后完成。
