为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 。
本发明的方案如下:一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 ,包括偏氟乙烯和三氟氯乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚物、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,所述偏氟乙烯和三氟氯乙烯共聚物为50-80份,四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚物为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份,所述阻燃剂是由10-15份磷酸二铵和5-10份磷酸三苯酯组成,所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份三亚磷酸和1-5份肌醇六磷酸,所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯组成,所述抗静电剂是由1-2份甘油硬脂酸脂和0.5-1.5份乙氧基月桂酷胺组成,所述发泡剂是由1-3份正戊烷和2-4份正己烷组成,所述一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 是由60份偏氟乙烯和三氟氯乙烯共聚物,25份四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚物,12份磷酸二铵,8份磷酸三苯酯,4份三亚磷酸,3份肌醇六磷酸,2份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,3份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,1份甘油硬脂酸脂,1份乙氧基月桂酷胺,1份正戊烷和2份正己烷组成。

1.一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 ,包括偏氟乙烯和三氟氯乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚物、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂和发泡剂,其特征在于:所述偏氟乙烯和三氟氯乙烯共聚物为50-80份,四氟乙烯和六氟丙烯共聚物为20-30份,所述阻燃剂为10-20份、所述抗氧化剂为5-10份,所述增塑剂为3-8份,所述抗静电剂为1-3份,所述发泡剂为1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 ,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂是由10-15份磷酸二铵和5-10份磷酸三苯酯组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 ,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂是由3-8份三亚磷酸和1-5份肌醇六磷酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 ,其特征在于:所述增塑剂是由1-5份邻苯二甲酸二甲酯和2-6份邻苯二甲酸二乙酯组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种含氟橡胶电缆绝缘层配方 ,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂是由1-2份甘油硬脂酸脂和0.5-1.5份乙氧基月桂酷胺组成。
