背景技术
奶粉是将牛奶除去水份后制成的粉末,它适宜保存。奶粉是以新鲜牛奶或羊奶为原料,用冷冻或加热的方法,除去乳中几乎全部的水分,干燥后添加适量的维生素、矿物质等加工而成的冲调食品。由于奶粉热量较高,经常食用会导致上火等问题。
沙棘中抗氧化剂可以分为两大类,一类是水溶性的,如抗坏血酸、多酚类化合物等;另一类是脂溶性的,如生育酚类,类胡萝卜素等。沙棘果作为一种含有丰富抗氧化剂的食物具有显著的抗氧化作用、增强免疫力作用和抗衰老作用;同时沙棘具有明显降血脂作用,抑制氧化物对红细胞的损伤作用,推迟红细胞的氧化老化。因此,将其与营养丰富的牛奶结合,既有利于沙棘的推广,又为人们提供一种具有更好营养价值的保健食品。
