Abstract

本发明涉及塑料注塑模具处理技术领域,具体是涉及一种塑料注塑模具的清洗方法。步骤如下:1)、将待清洗塑料注塑模具使用纯水进行擦洗,然后自然晾干2)、将其浸泡在塑料注塑模具清洗剂中,浸泡温度为40‑50℃,浸泡时间为3‑5min;3)、取出后用清水冲洗干净;4)、将其置于40‑50℃下烘干。本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入左旋麻黄碱,可以提升塑料注塑模具清洗剂的清洗性能约10%以上。这种制备工艺参数设计合理,加工成本低。另外,这种塑料注塑模具的清洗方法比较简单,清洗效率高,清洗较为彻底,不会损坏模具,经过清洗后的模具表面可以形成一层保护膜,以延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料注塑模具处理技术领域,具体是涉及一种塑料注塑模具的清洗方法。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法。产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑。注塑还可分注塑成型模压法和压铸法。注射成型机(简称注射机或注塑机)是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备,注射成型是通过注塑机和模具来实现的。
塑料注塑模具在长期使用过程中,需要对其进行清洗。但是,现有的用于塑料注塑模具清洗的清洗剂以及清洗方法,主要存在清洗不彻底,清洗效率低等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料注塑模具清洗剂及其制备方法、塑料注塑模具的清洗方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种塑料注塑模具清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分制成:
20份去离子水、5份乙醇、4.5份乙二醇单丁醚、6份碳酸氢钠、12份磷酸三钠、12.5份双氧水、2份庚烷、5份三乙醇胺和7.5份左旋麻黄碱。
一种塑料注塑模具清洗剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
①、向反应设备中首先加入20份去离子水,接着逐步加入5份乙醇、4.5份乙二醇单丁醚、6份碳酸氢钠、12份磷酸三钠,每添加一种物料后均间隔10分钟,并且保持搅拌;
②、向反应设备中加入12.5份双氧水和2份庚烷,混合搅拌5分钟;最后加入5份三乙醇胺和7.5份左旋麻黄碱,升温至45℃混合搅拌2小时。
一种塑料注塑模具的清洗方法,步骤如下:
1)、将待清洗塑料注塑模具使用纯水进行擦洗,然后自然晾干

本发明的有益效果表现在:
本发明通过加入合理设计的组分,特别是加入左旋麻黄碱,可以提升塑料注塑模具清洗剂的清洗性能约10%以上。这种制备工艺参数设计合理,加工成本低。另外,这种塑料注塑模具的清洗方法比较简单,清洗效率高,清洗较为彻底,不会损坏模具,经过清洗后的模具表面可以形成一层保护膜,以延长其使用寿命。

实施例1
一种塑料注塑模具清洗剂,由以下重量份的组分制成:
20份去离子水、5份乙醇、4.5份乙二醇单丁醚、6份碳酸氢钠、12份磷酸三钠、12.5份双氧水、2份庚烷、5份三乙醇胺和7.5份左旋麻黄碱。
