本发明公开了一种空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺,包括步骤一,塑料件选择;步骤二,注射充模;步骤三,冷却定型;步骤四,塑料件脱模;步骤五,退火调湿;步骤六,装箱存储;其中在上述步骤一中,选择合适的塑料件原料若干,将塑料件成型温度时制件尺寸表示为K,常温时制件尺寸表示为M,即可由S=(K‑M)/M得出实际收缩率S,选取收缩率小的塑料件原料;该空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺根据公式计算出塑料件原料的收缩率与型腔尺寸,有利于用户选择合适的塑料件原料与模具大小,同时采用柱塞式注射机进行注塑,保证注塑时原料密度均匀,省时省力,且采用冷却水管覆盖冷却,脱模剂脱模与退火调湿,消除塑料件内应力。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器塑料件注塑技术领域,具体为一种空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺。
背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇;空气净化器塑料件加工时一般采用注塑成型工艺;传统空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺操作复杂,不能在加工前计算塑料件原料的收缩率与型腔尺寸,导致用户无法准确选择合适的塑料件原料与模具大小,同时传统采用注射机不能保证注塑时原料密度均匀,不利于塑料件成型,且传统空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺不能消除塑料件内应力,降低产品质量,不利于用户使用;针对这些缺陷,设计一种空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺,包括步骤一,塑料件选择;步骤二,注射充模;步骤三,冷却定型;步骤四,塑料件脱模;步骤五,退火调湿;步骤六,装箱存储;
其中在上述步骤一中,塑料件选择包括以下步骤:
1)选择合适的塑料件原料若干,将塑料件成型温度时制件尺寸表示为K,常温时制件尺寸表示为M,即可由S=(K-M)/M得出实际收缩率S,选取收缩率小的塑料件原料;
2)再将常温时型腔尺寸表示为N,由B=(N-M)/M,即可得出型腔尺寸,根据型腔尺寸N则可以选择合适的模具;
其中在上述步骤二中,注射充模包括以下步骤:
1)人工选择柱塞式注射机,将塑料件原料放入干燥箱中进行预热10-20min,随后将柱塞式注射机进行清洗,倒入塑料件原料;
2)将柱塞式注射机内部塑料件原料注塑入步骤一2)中模具内部,模具温度为60-80℃,直至模具腔内部注塑至90%-95%,停止注塑,静置10-15min;
3)将模具持续施加压力,直至观察到浇口固化,并且封口,即可停止加压;
其中在上述步骤三中,冷却定型包括以下步骤:
1)再模腔外侧平铺冷却水管,直至冷却水管覆盖模腔,冷却水管距离模具边距为10-20mm,水管与水嘴处密封;
2)开启冷却水管,冷却水管温度与模具温度相差为10-20℃,直至模腔温度降至室温;
其中在上述步骤四中,塑料件脱模包括以下步骤:
1)人工调节模具内部压力,直至模具内部压力与外界压力相差不大,打开模具,将塑料件边缘涂抹脱模剂,静置10-20min;
2)选择脱模阻力最大以及塑件强度和刚度最大的地方,标出记号,人工使用顶杆翘起脱模;
其中在上述步骤五中,退火调湿包括以下步骤:
1)将步骤四2)中脱模后的塑料件再次加热,直至温度至50-60℃保温10-20min;
2)再将塑料件放置在醋酸钾溶液中浸泡5-10min,随后将其放置在湿度为60%-70%的环境中,静置10-20min,即可得到加工完成的空气净化器塑料件;
其中在在上述步骤六中,将步骤五2)中空气净化器塑料件整体装箱打包,放置在阴凉地存储。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤一中数据需要存储备份在电脑中以备后续对比。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤二1)中预热温度为40-50℃。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤四1)脱模剂为含水脱模剂。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤五2)浸泡时温度控制在50-60℃。
根据上述技术方案,所述所述步骤六中装箱打包前需要进行紫外线灯照射消毒。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该空气净化器塑料件的注塑成型工艺操作方便,根据公式计算出塑料件原料的收缩率与型腔尺寸,有利于用户选择合适的塑料件原料与模具大小,同时采用柱塞式注射机进行注塑,保证注塑时原料密度均匀,有利于塑料件成型,省时省力,且采用冷却水管覆盖冷却,脱模剂脱模与退火调湿,消除塑料件内应力,增加产品质量,有利于用户使用。

1)选择合适的塑料件原料若干,将塑料件成型温度时制件尺寸表示为K,常温时制件尺寸表示为M,即可由S=(K-M)/M得出实际收缩率S,选取收缩率小的塑料件原料;
2)再将常温时型腔尺寸表示为N,由B=(N-M)/M,即可得出型腔尺寸,根据型腔尺寸N则可以选择合适的模具,数据需要存储备份在电脑中以备后续对比;
其中在上述步骤二中,注射充模包括以下步骤:

基于上述,本发明的优点在于,本发明,成本低,根据公式计算出塑料件原料的收缩率与型腔尺寸,有利于用户选择合适的塑料件原料与模具大小,同时采用柱塞式注射机进行注塑,保证注塑时原料密度均匀,且采用冷却水管覆盖冷却,脱模剂脱模与退火调湿,消除塑料件内应力,有利于用户使用。

其中在上述步骤一中,塑料件选择包括以下步骤:
1)选择合适的塑料件原料若干,将塑料件成型温度时制件尺寸表示为K,常温时制件尺寸表示为M,即可由S=(K-M)/M得出实际收缩率S,选取收缩率小的塑料件原料;
2)再将常温时型腔尺寸表示为N,由B=(N-M)/M,即可得出型腔尺寸,根据型腔尺寸N则可以选择合适的模具;
其中在上述步骤二中,注射充模包括以下步骤:
1)人工选择柱塞式注射机,将塑料件原料放入干燥箱中进行预热10-20min,随后将柱塞式注射机进行清洗,倒入塑料件原料;
