本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种塑料加工工艺。
背景技术
目前,在塑料产品加工过程中,在加工前,没有清洗模具的工序,会导致塑料产品出现较多的杂质或者变形,而且,脱模成型后,没有做辅助加工工序,会导致塑料产品比较粗糙,合格率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有的塑料产品加工过程中,没有清洗模具的工序和辅助加工工序的问题。本发明的塑料加工工艺,增加了清洗成型模具、表面修饰、机械加工的工序,能够大大提高塑料产品的合格率和质量,工艺简单,容易实现,具有良好的应用前景。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤(1),配料,准备塑料加工的原料;
步骤(2),清洗成型模具;
步骤(3),塑料成型,采用热塑性挤出的方式进行塑料成型;
步骤(4),表面修饰,对塑料产品的表面进行抛光处理;
步骤(5),机械加工,对抛光后的塑料产品,进行打孔的机械加工;
步骤(6),包装入库。
前述的一种塑料加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1),准备塑料加工的原料中添加稳定剂、增塑剂。
前述的一种塑料加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2),清洗成型模具,通过清洗剂将模具腔体清洗干净,在通过清水进行清洗。

步骤(2),清洗成型模具,通过清洗剂将模具腔体清洗干净,在通过清水进行清洗,防止模具腔体出现杂质,在塑料原料进入后影响质量;
步骤(3),塑料成型,采用热塑性挤出的方式进行塑料成型,塑料成型包括以下工序:合模、加热、保压、挤塑、冷却、切割;
步骤(4),表面修饰,对塑料产品的表面进行抛光处理,还包括对塑料产品的烫印,提高产品的美观性能;
步骤(5),机械加工,对抛光后的塑料产品,进行打孔的机械加工;
步骤(6),包装入库,包括对塑料产品的打码,提高塑料产品入库后的整齐性,便于取放。
