技术领域
本发明大体上涉及一种含有胺的浓缩洗衣剂组合物。
背景技术
典型地,液体洗衣剂组合物是使用氢氧化钠调节到碱性pH。在一些情况下,其它碱已经用于此目的。举例来说,美国专利第5,035,838号揭露了使用三乙醇胺中和洗涤剂组合物。然而,这个参考文献未揭露本发明的组合物,本发明的组合物提供了改进的性能。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种洗衣剂组合物,其包含:
(a)4wt%到25wt%的直链烷基苯磺酸盐;(b)25wt%到55wt%非离子型表面活性剂;

具体实施方式

优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含至少30wt%的非离子型表面活性剂,优选至少32wt%,优选至少34wt%;优选不超过50wt%,优选不超过47wt%,优选不超过44wt%,优选不超过42wt%。优选的是,非离子型表面活性剂是直链醇乙氧基化物。优选的是,直链醇乙氧基化物具有直链C6-C16烷基,优选C8-C14。优选的是,烷基是衍生自籽油的混合物,优选包含70%C8-C10直链烷基和70%C12-C14直链烷基。优选的是,直链醇乙氧基化物含有五到九个、优选七个环氧乙烷聚合单元。优选的是,直链醇乙氧基化物的烷基与环氧乙烷单元之间具有二到四个环氧丙烷聚合单元,优选三个环氧丙烷单元。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含至少6wt%的直链烷基苯磺酸盐,优选至少8wt%,优选至少10wt%;优选不超过20wt%,优选不超过18wt%,优选不超过16wt%,优选不超过14wt%。优选的是,烷基苯磺酸盐具有C10-C14烷基。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含10wt%到35wt%的C3-C5多羟基化合物,优选15wt%到30wt%,优选20wt%到30wt%。多羟基化合物优选具有二或三个羟基。优选的多羟基化合物包括例如丙三醇和丙二醇。优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含5wt%到25wt%丙二醇,优选8wt%到20wt%,优选10wt%到18wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含1wt%到15wt%脂肪酸或其金属盐;优选至少2wt%、优选至少3wt%;优选不超过10wt%,优选不超过8wt%,优选不超过6wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含10wt%到30wt%烷基醚硫酸酯,优选12wt%到25wt%,优选14wt%到23wt%。优选的是,烷基醚硫酸酯具有C8-C18烷基,优选C10-C16。优选的是,烷基是直链烷基。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含不超过20wt%的水,优选不超过16wt%,优选不超过14wt%;优选至少2wt%的水,优选至少4wt%,优选至少6wt%,优选至少8wt%。
洗涤剂组合物中的其它组分可以包括例如表面活性剂、氧气和/或氯气漂白剂、漂白剂活化剂、酶、泡沫抑制剂、颜料、芳香剂、抗细菌剂和填充剂。片剂或粉末中的填充剂是惰性、水溶性物质,典型地是钠盐或钾盐,例如硫酸钠或硫酸钾和/或氯化钠或氯化钾,且存在的量典型在0wt%至75wt%范围内。凝胶配制物中的填充剂可以包括上文所提及的填充剂并且还可以包括水。芳香剂、染料、泡沫抑制剂、酶和抗菌剂总计通常不超过组合物的5wt%。
优选的是,组合物具有7.5到10的pH,优选至少8,优选不超过9.5,优选不超过9。
组合物可以配制成任何典型的形式,例如单一剂量、液体或凝胶形式。组合物可以在任何典型的洗涤机中、在典型的操作条件下使用。洗涤过程中典型的水温优选20℃至85℃,优选25℃至70℃。按总液体在洗涤机中的百分比计的组合物典型浓度优选0.1wt%到1wt%,优选0.2wt%到0.7wt%。通过选择适当的产品形态和添加时间,组合物可以存在于预洗、主洗、倒数第二次冲洗、最后冲洗或这些循环的任何组合中。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物基本上不含酶,即,其含有小于0.5wt%的酶,优选小于0.2wt%,优选小于0.1wt%,优选的是其含的酶检测不到。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物含有小于2wt%的胺氧化物表面活性剂,优选小于1wt%,优选小于0.5wt%,优选小于0.2wt%。优选的是,洗涤剂组合物基本上不含除式(I)和(II)胺之外的胺,即,这些其它胺存在的总量小于0.7wt%,优选小于0.5wt%,优选小于0.3wt%,优选小于0.2wt%。

测量
土壤释放效应已经通过每种污渍的Delta E(ΔE)测量。
Delta E定义为未洗涤的污渍与已洗涤的污渍之间的色差(在L*a*b*色空间内)。
在洗涤之前及之后,通过使用Epson扫描软件的Epson Perfection 4490Photo扫描仪,在以下设置下测量每种污渍:
■专业模式.
■文件类型:反射
■文件来源:文件表格
■自动曝光类型:光照
■图像类型:48位色彩
■扫描品质:最佳
■分辨率:400dpi
■无色彩校正
■防UV 400nm
接着,使用软件Image J 1.4.3.67版(获自因特网的自由软件),使用提供L*a*b*色空间内的色彩信息的宏指令,分析每种污渍的色彩。
结果(基于第1循环,40℃)
Delta E定义为未洗涤的污渍与已洗涤的污渍之间的色差(在L*a*b*色空间内)。

总Delta E表明,所测试的所有氨基醇的初始清洁比传统的中和剂MEA更好。最佳候选物是AEPD Vox 1000、CORRGUARD EXT和AMPD Ultra PC(Delta E高于MEA)。

Claims (6)

1.一种洗衣剂组合物,其包含:
(a)4wt%到25wt%的直链烷基苯磺酸盐;(b)25wt%到55wt%非离子型表面活性剂;
(c)2wt%到10wt%的胺,其具有式(I)

5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其包含2.5wt%到7wt%的所述胺。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其包含6wt%到18wt%的直链烷基苯磺酸盐、30wt%到50wt%的直链醇乙氧基化物、15wt%到30wt%的C3-C6多羟基化合物、12wt%到25wt%的烷基醚硫酸酯和2.5wt%到7wt%的所述胺。
