背景技术
典型地,洗衣液组合物是使用氢氧化钠调节到碱性pH。在一些情况下,其它碱已经用于此目的。举例来说,美国专利第5,035,838号揭露了使用三乙醇胺中和洗涤剂组合物。然而,这个参考文献未揭露本发明的组合物,本发明的组合物提供了改进的性能。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种洗衣液组合物,其包含:(a)10wt%到30wt%的直链烷基苯磺酸盐;(b)4wt%到18wt%的直链醇乙氧基化物;(c)2wt%到10wt%的胺,所述胺具有式(I)
其中R1为C1-C4烷基或C1-C4羟基烷基;或式(II)
其中R2是C1-C4烷基且R3是C2-C8烷基;或其组合;和(d)水。
具体实施方式
除非另外指明,否则所有百分比均是重量百分比(wt%),且所有温度均以℃为单位。除非另外说明,否则所有操作都在室温(20至25℃)下进行。如本文中所用,术语“柠檬酸盐”是指碱金属柠檬酸盐。优选的是,柠檬酸盐是钠盐、钾盐或锂盐;优选钠或钾盐;优选钠盐。柠檬酸盐的重量百分比是基于盐(包括金属离子)的实际重量。如本文中所用,术语“脂肪酸”是指具有十二到二十二个碳原子、优选十四到十八个碳原子的脂肪族羧酸。术语“无磷”是指组合物含有小于0.5wt%的磷(按元素磷计),优选小于0.2wt%,优选小于0.1wt%,优选的是磷检测不到。洗涤剂组合物中的重量百分比是活性成分的百分比,即,排除可能存在于可商购的表面活性剂或其它成分中的任何水。

优选的是,R1是C1-C3烷基或C1-C3羟基烷基,优选C1-C2烷基或C1-C2羟基烷基;优选甲基、乙基或羟甲基。
优选的是,具有式(II)的胺存在于洗衣液组合物中的量是至少3.5wt%;优选至少4.5wt%,优选至少5wt%,优选至少5.5wt%,优选至少6wt%;优选不超过9.5wt%,优选不超过9wt%,优选不超过8.5wt%。
优选的是,R2是C1-C3烷基,优选甲基或乙基,优选乙基。优选的是,R3是C2-C6烷基,优选C3-C6烷基,优选C3-C5烷基,优选C4烷基,优选正丁基。
优选的是,胺在洗涤剂组合物中的总量是2.5wt%到9wt%,优选2.5wt%到8.5wt%,优选3wt%到8wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含至少5wt%的直链醇乙氧基化物,优选至少6wt%,优选至少7wt%;优选不超过17wt%,优选不超过16wt%,优选不超过15wt%。优选的是,直链醇乙氧基化物具有直链C6-C18烷基,优选C8-C16,优选C12-C15。烷基可以是不同烷基在指定范围内的混合基团。优选的是,直链醇乙氧基化物包含五到九个环氧乙烷聚合单元,优选六到八个,优选七个。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含至少12wt%的直链烷基苯磺酸盐,优选至少13wt%,优选至少14wt%;优选不超过27wt%,优选不超过25wt%,优选不超过23wt%。优选的是,烷基苯磺酸盐具有C10-C14烷基。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含1wt%到15wt%脂肪酸或其金属盐;优选至少3wt%,优选至少4wt%,优选至少5wt%;优选不超过13wt%,优选不超过12wt%,优选不超过11wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含0.5wt%到10wt%的柠檬酸盐,优选至少1wt%,优选至少1.5wt%;优选不超过8wt%,优选不超过6wt%,优选不超过5wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含1wt%到15wt%的醇和/或二醇溶剂,例如丙二醇和乙醇。优选的是,溶剂是丙二醇或乙醇。优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含至少2wt%的溶剂,优选至少3wt%,优选至少4wt%;优选不超过12wt%,优选不超过10wt%,优选不超过9wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含30wt%到70wt%的水;优选至少35wt%,优选至少38wt%,优选至少41wt%,优选至少43wt%;优选不超过65wt%,优选不超过62wt%,优选不超过59wt%,优选不超过57wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物包含0.5wt%到10wt%水溶助溶剂或其盐,优选0.5wt%到6wt%,优选1wt%到5wt%。水溶增溶剂的优选实例是芳香族磺酸,优选甲苯磺酸。
洗涤剂组合物中的其它组分可以包括例如表面活性剂、氧气和/或氯气漂白剂、漂白剂活化剂、酶、泡沫抑制剂、颜料、芳香剂、抗细菌剂和填充剂。芳香剂、染料、泡沫抑制剂、酶和抗菌剂总计通常不超过组合物的5wt%。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物具有7.5到10的pH,优选至少8,优选不超过9.5,优选不超过9。
洗涤剂组合物可以在任何典型的洗涤机中、在典型的操作条件下使用。洗涤过程中典型的水温优选20℃至85℃,优选25℃至70℃。按总液体在洗碗机中的百分比计的组合物典型浓度优选0.1wt%到1wt%,优选0.2wt%到0.7wt%。通过选择适当的产品形态和添加时间,组合物可以存在于预洗、主洗、倒数第二次冲洗、最后冲洗或这些循环的任何组合中。
优选的是,洗涤剂组合物基本上不含酶,即,其含有小于0.5wt%的酶,优选小于0.2wt%,优选小于0.1wt%,优选的是其含的酶检测不到。优选的是,洗涤剂组合物含有小于2wt%的胺氧化物表面活性剂,优选小于1wt%,优选小于0.5wt%,优选小于0.2wt%。优选的是,洗涤剂组合物基本上不含除式(I)和(II)胺之外的胺,即,这些其它胺存在的总量小于0.7wt%,优选小于0.5wt%,优选小于0.3wt%,优选小于0.2wt%。
实例
通过考虑初始清洁(去污)来研究陶氏高垢配制液(DOW High Duty Liquidformulation)中的氨基醇相对于传统中和剂(NaOH)中和各种污渍的益处(洗涤循环,30℃)。洗涤之前和洗涤之后测量每种污渍的色彩。

在洗涤之前及之后,通过使用Epson扫描软件的Epson Perfection 4490Photo扫描仪,在以下设置下测量每种污渍:

■图像类型:48位色彩
■扫描品质:最佳
■分辨率:400dpi
■无色彩校正
■防UV 400nm
接着,使用软件Image J 1.4.3.67版(获自因特网的自由软件),使用提供L*a*b*色空间内的色彩信息的宏指令,分析每种污渍的色彩。
结景(6轮不同循环的平均值,30℃)
Delta E定义为未洗涤的污渍与已洗涤的污渍之间的色差(在L*a*b*色空间内)。
