本发明提供一种圆柱滚子轴承用凹字型一体保持架,架体(1)外径的圆周方向为凹槽型,兜孔(2)靠近内圈方向近2/3处为直孔并带有锁量,靠近根部近1/3处为圆柱面不带锁量,内径两侧端面处带有倾角。具有节省材料、润滑好、寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承保持架,特别是关于一种圆柱滚子轴承用凹字型一体保持架。
背景技术
圆柱滚子轴承通常采用两种结构的保持架,一种是用直铆钉将保持架和挡盖铆合在一起;另一种保持架靠保持架梁上的凸台与挡盖铆合在一起。这两种保持架存在以下缺点:1.滚子与保持架全接触,轴承旋转时噪声大,2.兜孔较深,挡盖轻薄易变形,加工难度大。3.较为费料,材料利用率低,4.保持架梁与滚子接触面积大,摩擦磨损较大,磨损脱落的铜屑有可能进入接触区,引起轴承早期失效。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明旨在提供一种圆柱滚子轴承用凹字型一体保持架。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种圆柱滚子轴承用凹字型一体保持架,架体外径的圆周方向为凹槽型,兜孔靠近内圈方向近2/3处为直孔并带有锁量,靠近根部近1/3处为圆柱面不带锁量,内径两侧端面处带有倾角。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、保持架采用凹字型一体架体,由于结构的完全对称性,保证了保持架运转的平稳性,提高了轴承的旋转精度,并克服了传统设计中挡盖轻薄易变形的缺点;
2.材料选用黄铜,可以满足轴承在重载工况下对保持架的强度要求,凹形结构设计,在保持架外径的圆周方向加工出了凹槽,大大的减轻了保持架重量,不仅有利于轴承平稳有效的运转,降低了轴承动能损耗,而且提高了材料利用率,并降低了生产成本;
3.保持架兜孔部位采用分段式设计,靠近内圈方向近2/3处为直孔并带有锁量,靠近根部近1/3处设计成圆柱面且不带锁量,避免了滚子与保持架全接触,降低了摩擦磨损率,并避免轴承早期失效率,而且也克服了轴承低速运转时涡动,高速旋转时噪声大的缺点;
4.由于兜孔的特殊结构,使保持架储油空间更大,更有利于轴承的润滑,提高了轴承的使用寿命;
5.内径两侧端面处倾角的端面,减小保持架的应力集中,防止保持架在工作中出现疲劳断裂。

架体1材料选用黄铜加工而成,在架体1外径的圆周方向加工出了凹槽,兜孔2靠近内圈方向近2/3处为直孔并带有锁量,靠近根部近1/3处为圆柱面带锁量,内径两侧端面处带有倾角。
