背景技术
随着国内、外钢铁行业的快速发展，为适应高精度、高强度冷轧板材的轧制要求，高精密的森吉米尔轴承要求越来越高。
目前，国内高精密的森吉米尔轴承与国外存在巨大差距，森吉米尔轴承90％用国外进口，为快速实现高精密的森吉米尔轴承国产化进口替代，研究外圈带有三挡边、带有保持架的双列圆柱高精密森吉米尔轴承尤为重要，但带有挡边的双列圆柱轴承，由于保持架的原因，装配困难，对精度不高的圆柱轴承，传统的装配方法还可以，但对于高精密森吉米尔轧机轴承，这种方法必然造成轴承精度的损失，同时轴承滚道必然有划伤，轴承的寿命也要下降，因此，必须发明一种新型的保持架，解决这一难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种用于森吉米尔轴承的梳形保持架，保持架具有圆弧加直线的双段型保持架兜孔结构形状，兜孔形状不在是单一的圆弧兜孔，而是一部分圆弧形状和一部分直线形状的组合形式，兜孔的深度，采用一深一浅交错排列。
本实用新型的有益效果是，1.将保持架普通单一圆弧兜孔结构改为“圆弧加直线双段”型结构，这样，装配时，滚子可从保持架内径装入，避免了轴承滚道被划伤，进而保证了轴承的精度和寿命；2.兜孔的深度，采用一深一浅交错排列的形式，保证了保持架的轴向串动，更重要的是改善了润滑，轴承在高速旋转时，避免了磨损和温升过高，提高轴承寿命及稳定性；3、减轻保持架重量，适宜高速运转，采用外圈引导，保证高速条件下保持架的回转稳定。

如图1所示，森吉米尔轴承由外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、保持架4、弹簧密封圈5和平挡圈6组成，图2为森吉米尔轴承的具有圆弧加直线的双段型保持架兜孔结构形状图，保持架4具有圆弧加直线的双段型保持架兜孔结构形状，兜孔形状不在是单一的圆弧兜孔，而是一部分圆弧形状和一部分直线形状的组合形式，兜孔的深度，采用一深一浅交错排列。
