[0002] 深沟球轴承被广泛应用于各个机械领域,深沟球轴承主要由外圈,内圈,滚动体, 保持架组成;当轴承工作时,要在轴承的滚动体、内圈和外圈之间注入润滑剂,套在传动轴 的内圈随传动轴一起转动,内圈转动带动滚动体转动,滚珠在内圈和外圈之间起到滚动磨 擦作用,由于长时间的工作,不可避免的造成内圈的外壁面、外圈的内壁面和保持架的兜孔 壁面的损坏,当摩擦过热会烧坏内圈和外圈的滑道。为了提高轴承的使用寿命,行业上使用 耐磨材料去加工成轴承的各个部件,但各种耐磨材料有各自的使用局限性。因此需要特制 的轴承来提高轴承使用寿命。

[0004] 本实用新型的内圈和外圈之间是大滚珠,大滚珠在保持架内;在外圈的内圆壁面, 内圈的外圆壁面的中间部位各有一圈滚道,两个滚道间夹着大滚珠,大滚珠在保持架内,保 持架兜孔的内壁面上对称分布四个半球形凹坑,每个凹坑内有一个小滚珠,小滚珠的一半 嵌入在凹坑内,小滚珠的另一半露在凹坑外并与大滚珠接触。
[0005] 本实用新型适合高温和温差大的环境下工作使用。本实用新型的内圈、外圈、滚动 体、保持架和滚珠都是由碳纤维复合材料构成,碳纤维复合材料的主要成分是碳,故滚动体 与内圈、外圈、滚珠相互磨擦时具有自润滑的效果,滚珠与保持架内壁摩擦是也具有自润滑 的效果。一个滚动体与兜孔的八个小滚珠之间由原来的滑动磨差变为滚动磨差,从而减少 滚动体与兜孔内壁的摩擦。
