本实用新型属于大型水泥辊压机用调心滚子轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种保持架复合引导大型水泥辊压机用调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
辊压机主要针对大型矿石进行辊压粉碎工作,是水泥加工的头等工序,而大型辊压机的装配与拆卸非常困难,轴承优劣直接影响辊压机工作周期,从而影响后续工序的加工。
目前中小型辊压机轴承一般采用脂润滑方式,保持架为内圈引导,磨损的部分粉屑与润滑脂相混合导致润滑剂实效较快,而大型辊压机轴承则采用了循环油润滑,而保持架磨损掉落的粉屑会随油液逐渐聚集阻塞油路。另外,大型轴承重量问题也加重了保持架的磨损。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是克服上述不足,提供一种保持架复合引导大型水泥辊压机用调心滚子轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种保持架复合引导大型水泥辊压机用调心滚子轴承,包括外圈1,保持架2,滚动体3和内圈4,其特征在于,采用两片保持架2为滚动体3和内圈4复合引导形式,保持架2内外径均采用大倾斜角结构,保持架2端面采用坡度设计,在每个保持架2的兜孔内表面设有兜孔月牙槽5,在保持架2内径凸台处设有均匀分布的内径月牙槽6。
保持架2采用球墨铸铁,带有自润滑性能,材质密度小,质量轻。保持架2内外径均采用大倾斜角结构,增大与滚动体3的接触面积,增加受力面。采用滚动体3和内圈4复合引导的方式,兼顾滚动体3过载滞动和保持架2磨损的问题。开始使用时为滚动体3引导,考虑滚动体3与兜孔磨损下沉等因素,随着使用逐渐变为内圈4引导。
本实用新型的有益效果是,采用两片保持架为滚动体和内圈复合引导形式,在多个角度改善润滑不畅、摩擦大等缺点,选用球墨铸铁原料加工,并从结构上降低保持架整体质量,从而减少摩擦,提高轴承的使用寿命。

参见图1-4,本实用新型提出的一种保持架复合引导大型水泥辊压机用调心滚子轴承,包括外圈1,保持架2,滚动体3和内圈4,其特征在于,采用两片保持架2为滚动体3和内圈4复合引导形式,保持架2内外径均采用大倾斜角结构,保持架2端面采用坡度设计,在每个保持架2的兜孔内表面设有兜孔月牙槽5,在保持架2内径凸台处设有均匀分布的内径月牙槽6。
本实用新型的工作过程:
该轴承初始运转时,保持架2为滚动体3引导,通过保持架2内外径大倾斜角γ与β,增大滚动体3与保持架2的接触面积,减轻单个滚动体3负载。在轴承运转过程中,由于保持架2采用球墨铸铁材料,材料本身带有自润滑性,加上保持架2端面的大斜坡α和兜孔月牙槽5加强润滑,减少滚动体3与保持架2的磨损和滚动体3的过载滞动。兜孔月牙槽5还可以起到存储润滑剂和排除磨屑的作用。
当轴承长时间运转后,保持架2与滚动体3之间摩擦和变形达到一定程度时,保持架2下沉量加大,其内径凸台与内圈4中挡边间隙减小,保持架2的状态逐渐变为滚动体3与内圈4共同引导(或内圈4引导),通过在内径凸台处的内径月牙槽6,在内圈4中挡边和保持架2内表面之间形成稳定的润滑油膜,减少内圈4与保持架2的摩擦,保证轴承回转的稳定性。
本实用新型从结构设计上控制了保持架2与滚动体3的磨损量,在材料选择和润滑条件方面极大程度上保护了保持架2和滚动体3等主要零件的使用周期,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。
