Abstract
本发明提供一种环保纺织浆料及其制作方法,所述环保纺织浆料包括醋酸酯淀粉10份至20份、氧化淀粉1份至2份、阳离子淀粉2份至4份、丙烯酰胺5份至10份、羧甲基纤维素2份至6份、壳聚糖2份至8份、膨润0.2份至1份、硅酸钠1份至2份、丙烯酸丁酯4份至6份、醋酸乙烯酯2份至6份、氯化钙1份至4份、离子水8份至12份、引发剂0.1份至1份、助剂3份至5份;通过采用以上技术方案,可以降低浆料的污染程度、并且该浆料制作方法易于操作;通过本发明提供的浆料可以增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应织造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织生产过程中上浆用的浆料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保纺织浆料及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有的纺织加工生产中经纱上浆技术的使用已经较为成熟,纺织浆料被广泛应用于经纱过程,其主要浆料包括淀粉、PVA (聚乙烯醇)以及丙烯酸类等,其中PVA (聚乙烯醇)是纺织业不可或缺的原料,由于其成本较高,并且存在环境污染,不符合当前工业节能环保、绿色生产的趋势,从而阻碍了纺织业的发展;并且,现有的纺织浆料组合物较多、成本较高、难以适应浆纱过程的多项要求;而且现有的纺织浆料加工出来的浆纱性能存在浆膜性脆而硬、伸缩度小、稳定性差的问题。
基于上述纺织浆料中存在的技术问题,尚未有相关的解决方案;因此迫切需要寻求有效方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种环保纺织浆料,旨在解决现有纺织浆料组合物较多、成本较高,降低环境污染。
本发明提供一种环保纺织浆料,包括醋酸酯淀粉 10份至20份、氧化淀粉1份至2份、阳离子淀粉2份至4份、丙烯酰胺5份至10份、羧甲基纤维素 2份至6份、壳聚糖2份至8份、膨润0.2份至1份、硅酸钠 1 份至2 份、丙烯酸丁酯 4 份至 6 份、醋酸乙烯酯 2份至6 份、氯化钙 1 份至4 份、离子水 8份至12 份、引发剂 0.1份至 1份、助剂3份至5份。
进一步地,还包括丙烯酸3份至5份、大豆蛋白浆料 10份至15 份、抗皱剂 3份至4份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液6份至 10 份、双丙烯酸丁二醋 10份至16 份,羟乙基纤维素 2份至 4份。
进一步地,助剂包括:活性炭0.2份至0.3份、高岭土粘土0.2份至0.3份、重晶石粘土0.2份至0.3份、高粘度蒙脱石粘土0.2份至0.3份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份至0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.4份至0.6份、食用明胶0.5份至0.7份、二乙二醇0.4份至0.6份、甲酞胺0.3份至0.6份、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2份至0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.2份至0.5份。
进一步地,引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.2份、亚硫酸氢钠0.2份、过硫酸铵0.1份、硝酸铈铵0.3份、过硫酸钠0.1份或硫代硫酸钠0.1份中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种环保纺织浆料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将醋酸酯淀粉 10份至20份、氧化淀粉1份至2份加入离子水8份至12 份溶解搅拌形成淀粉溶解液;并保持温度为 35 ℃ 至42 ℃ 条件下;
S2:将淀粉溶液在温度40 ℃ 条件下加入丙烯酰胺5份至10份、羧甲基纤维素 2份至6份、壳聚糖2份至8份、膨润0.2份至1份、硅酸钠 1 份至2 份、丙烯酸丁酯 4 份至 6 份、醋酸乙烯酯 2份至6 份、氯化钙 1 份至4 份,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
S3:将得到的混合溶液放置2分钟至5分钟后再加入阳离子淀粉2份至4份,并充分搅拌后加入引发剂0.1份至 1份;
S4:最后加入助剂3份至5份。
通过采用以上技术方案,可以降低浆料的污染程度、并且该浆料制作方法较为合理;通过本发明提供的浆料可以增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应织造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例一:本发明提供一种环保纺织浆料,包括醋酸酯淀粉 18kg、氧化淀粉2kg、阳离子淀粉4kg、丙烯酰胺6kg、羧甲基纤维素 3kg、壳聚糖4kg、膨润0.5kg、硅酸钠 1kg、丙烯酸丁酯 6kg、醋酸乙烯酯 4kg、氯化钙2kg、离子水 10kg份、引发剂 1kg、助剂4kg,离子水可以采用去离子水相结合的方式,一般去离子水占离子水38%至46%较佳;通过采用上述方案,可以提高浆纱的上浆效果,结合聚丙烯酸酯,减少聚乙烯醇的使用,这样可以降低化学污染、提高浆料的粘度稳定性,并可以降低浆纱的断裂。
实施例二:本发明提供一种环保纺织浆料,包括醋酸酯淀粉 20kg、氧化淀粉1kg、阳离子淀粉3kg、丙烯酰胺10kg、羧甲基纤维素 4kg、壳聚糖6kg、膨润1kg、硅酸钠 2kg、丙烯酸丁酯 5kg、醋酸乙烯酯 6kg、氯化钙4kg、离子水 10kg份、引发剂 0.8kg、助剂5kg;离子水12kg,离子水可以采用去离子水相结合的方式,一般去离子水占离子水20%至35%较佳;通过采用上述纺织浆料,一般可以将纺织浆料应用于化纤纺织的工艺加工较为合适,可以提高化纤纺料的抗拉性能。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,环保纺织浆料还包括丙烯酸4kg、大豆蛋白浆料 13kg、抗皱剂4kg、聚丙烯酸酯乳液8kg、双丙烯酸丁二醋 14kg,羟乙基纤维素 4kg;采用本实施例中添加物,使得本浆料的上浆比上述浆料效果相比,本浆料能够快速渗透进入纱线,并且上浆较为均匀、不容易脱落。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,环保纺织浆料还包括二苯甲烷1kg、乙酞化二淀粉磷酸脂 7kg、水性共聚醚酯 8kg,蛋白氨基酸 4 kg;这样减少二苯甲烷的实用可以降低含苯化学物质的污染。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,环保纺织浆料还包括引发剂;其中,引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.2kg、亚硫酸氢钠0.2kg、过硫酸铵0.1kg、硝酸铈铵0.3kg、过硫酸钠0.1kg或硫代硫酸钠0.1kg中的至少一种;引发剂可以直接影响聚合反应过程、促进聚合反应从而提高浆料的加工效率,同时引发剂也会影响聚合反应速率,提高产品后期的储存期。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,纺织浆料还包括助剂;助剂包括:活性炭0.3kg、高岭土粘土0.3kg、重晶石粘土0.3kg、高粘度蒙脱石粘土0.2kg、羧甲基纤维素0.2kg、聚丙烯酸钠0.5kg、食用明胶0.6kg、二乙二醇0.5kg、甲酞胺0.3kg、十二烷基磺酸钠0.3kg、木质素磺酸钠0.4kg;通过采用上述添加剂制得的用于纺织浆料的添加剂具有抗静电性能和良好的相容性,对纤维的柔顺性有良好的改善作用;同时,价格低廉、浆膜柔韧、流动性好、环保、污染排放较少、适用性能广泛等优点。
相应地,结合上述方案,如图1所示,本发明还提供一种环保纺织浆料的制作方法,其中包括以下步骤:
S1:将醋酸酯淀粉 18kg、氧化淀粉2kg加入离子水10kg 份溶解搅拌形成淀粉溶解液;并保持温度为 35 ℃ 至42 ℃ 条件下;具体地,醋酸酯淀粉可根据实际需要选择12kg或17kg;
S2:将淀粉溶液在温度40 ℃ 条件下加入丙烯酰胺6kg、羧甲基纤维素 3kg、壳聚糖4kg、膨润0.5kg、硅酸钠 1 kg、丙烯酸丁酯 6kg、醋酸乙烯酯 4kg、氯化钙 2kg,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
S3:将得到的混合溶液放置4分钟至6分钟后再加入阳离子淀粉4kg,并充分搅拌后加入引发剂1kg;其中,引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.2kg、亚硫酸氢钠0.2kg、过硫酸铵0.1kg、硝酸铈铵0.3kg、过硫酸钠0.1kg或硫代硫酸钠0.1kg中的至少一种或多种。
S4:最后加入助剂4kg;其中,助剂包括:活性炭0.3kg、高岭土粘土0.3kg、重晶石粘土0.3kg、高粘度蒙脱石粘土0.2kg、羧甲基纤维素0.2kg、聚丙烯酸钠0.5kg、食用明胶0.6kg、二乙二醇0.5kg、甲酞胺0.3kg、十二烷基磺酸钠0.3kg、木质素磺酸钠0.4kg。
优选地,结合上述方案, S2步骤中还包括以下步骤:
S21: 分别加入丙烯酸4kg、大豆蛋白浆料 13kg、抗皱剂 4kg、聚丙烯酸酯乳液8kg、双丙烯酸丁二醋 14kg,羟乙基纤维素4kg。
通过采用以上技术方案,可以降低浆料的污染程度、并且该浆料制作方法较为合理、易于操作;通过本发明提供的浆料可以增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应织造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。

Claims (8)
1.一种环保纺织浆料,其特征在于,包括醋酸酯淀粉 10份至20份、氧化淀粉1份至2份、阳离子淀粉2份至4份、丙烯酰胺5份至10份、羧甲基纤维素 2份至6份、壳聚糖2份至8份、膨润0.2份至1份、硅酸钠 1 份至2 份、丙烯酸丁酯 4 份至 6 份、醋酸乙烯酯 2份至6 份、氯化钙 1份至4 份、离子水 8份至12 份、引发剂 0.1份至 1份、助剂3份至5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保纺织浆料,其特征在于,还包括丙烯酸3份至5份、大豆蛋白浆料10份至15 份、抗皱剂 3份至4 份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液6份至 10 份、双丙烯酸丁二醋10份至16 份,羟乙基纤维素 2份至 4 份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述助剂包括:活性炭0.2份至0.3份、高岭土粘土0.2份至0.3份、重晶石粘土0.2份至0.3份、高粘度蒙脱石粘土0.2份至0.3份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份至0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.4份至0.6份、食用明胶0.5份至0.7份、二乙二醇0.4份至0.6份、甲酞胺0.3份至0.6份、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2份至0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.2份至0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.2份、亚硫酸氢钠0.2份、过硫酸铵0.1份、硝酸铈铵0.3份、过硫酸钠0.1份或硫代硫酸钠0.1份中的至少一种。
5.一种环保纺织浆料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将醋酸酯淀粉 10份至20份、氧化淀粉1份至2份加入离子水8份至12 份溶解搅拌形成淀粉溶解液;并保持温度为 35 ℃ 至42 ℃ 条件下;
S2:将淀粉溶液在温度40 ℃ 条件下加入丙烯酰胺5份至10份、羧甲基纤维素 2份至6份、壳聚糖2份至8份、膨润0.2份至1份、硅酸钠 1 份至2 份、丙烯酸丁酯 4 份至 6 份、醋酸乙烯酯 2份至6 份、氯化钙 1 份至4 份,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
S3:将得到的混合溶液放置2分钟至5分钟后再加入阳离子淀粉2份至4份,并充分搅拌后加入引发剂0.1份至 1份;
S4:最后加入助剂3份至5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保纺织浆料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中还包括以下步骤:
S21: 分别加入丙烯酸3份至5份、大豆蛋白浆料 10 份至15份、抗皱剂 3份至4 份、聚丙烯酸酯乳液6份至 10 份、双丙烯酸丁二醋 10份至16 份,羟乙基纤维素 2份至 4 份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的环保纺织浆料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述助剂包括:活性炭0.2份至0.3份、高岭土粘土0.2份至0.3份、重晶石粘土0.2份至0.3份、高粘度蒙脱石粘土0.2份至0.3份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份至0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.4份至0.6份、食用明胶0.5份至0.7份、二乙二醇0.4份至0.6份、甲酞胺0.3份至0.6份、十二烷基磺酸钠0.2份至0.4份、木质素磺酸钠0.2份至0.5份。
8.根据权利要求5所述的环保纺织浆料的制作方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.2份、亚硫酸氢钠0.2份、过硫酸铵0.1份、硝酸铈铵0.3份、过硫酸钠0.1份或硫代硫酸钠0.1份中的至少一种。
