本发明公开了一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料及其制备方法。所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉25‑40份、玉米淀粉10‑20份、蟹壳粉12‑20份、木质素6‑15份、聚丙烯酰胺10‑20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5‑11份、凹凸棒土5‑15份、竹粉4‑8份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5‑11份、硼砂2‑6份、棉花秸秆粉4‑8份、活性炭1‑3份。本发明的环保型淀粉纺织浆料上浆性能好,尤其粘度热稳定性达到85%以上,粘附力达到50.6N以上,浆砂断裂伸长率达到80%以上,浆膜断裂伸长率达到80%以上;且该纺织浆料易降解,对环境友好,不污染环境,有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织浆料,具体是一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
如今,纺织工业正向着“绿色、环保”的方向发展,绿色浆料、绿色纤维逐渐被开发应用到生产当中。经纱上浆可提高纱线的耐磨性,减少毛羽,提高纱线的可织性。现有国内外纺织浆料主要有三大类:淀粉、聚乙烯醇和丙烯醇浆料。聚乙烯醇浆料的退浆废水对环境污染大,国际上已有国家禁止使用聚乙烯醇浆料。丙烯醇浆料浆膜软,吸湿性、再粘性较高,流动性差,应用受到限制。而淀粉类浆料因生物降解性能良好,被公认为是环保型浆料。淀粉是一种可再生植物,资源丰富来源广,价格低廉,对亲水性纤维具有良好的粘附性能,使用量最多,淀粉浆料成膜性能好,浆膜强力高,但是浆膜性脆而硬,伸度小,粘度变化较大,影响上浆质量。因此,本发明提供一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉25-40份、玉米淀粉10-20份、蟹壳粉12-20份、木质素6-15份、聚丙烯酰胺10-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5-11份、凹凸棒土5-15份、竹粉4-8份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-11份、硼砂2-6份、棉花秸秆粉4-8份、活性炭1-3份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉35份、玉米淀粉15份、蟹壳粉15份、木质素10份、聚丙烯酰胺15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8份、凹凸棒土10份、竹粉6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、硼砂5份、棉花秸秆粉5份、活性炭2份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述活性炭的粒径为100-200目。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述凹凸棒土的粒径为200-300目。
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入100-200份的水,50-70℃下搅拌混合10-30min;
(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,60-80℃下搅拌混合5-10min;
(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,80-90℃下搅拌混合5-15min;
(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷50-60min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入160份的水,60℃下搅拌混合20min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,70℃下搅拌混合7min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,85℃下搅拌混合10min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷55min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的环保型淀粉纺织浆料上浆性能好,尤其粘度热稳定性达到85%以上,粘附力达到50.6N以上,浆砂断裂伸长率达到80%以上,浆膜断裂伸长率达到80%以上;且该纺织浆料易降解,对环境友好,不污染环境,有广泛的应用前景。

实施例1
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉25份、玉米淀粉10份、蟹壳粉12份、木质素6份、聚丙烯酰胺10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份、凹凸棒土5份、竹粉4份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份、硼砂2份、棉花秸秆粉4份、活性炭1份。所述活性炭的粒径为100目。所述凹凸棒土的粒径为200目。
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入100份的水,50℃下搅拌混合10min;(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,60℃下搅拌混合5min;(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,80℃下搅拌混合5min;(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷50min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。

一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉40份、玉米淀粉20份、蟹壳粉20份、木质素15份、聚丙烯酰胺20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素11份、凹凸棒土15份、竹粉8份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯11份、硼砂6份、棉花秸秆粉8份、活性炭3份。所述活性炭的粒径为200目。所述凹凸棒土的粒径为300目。
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入200份的水,70℃下搅拌混合30min;(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,80℃下搅拌混合10min;(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,90℃下搅拌混合15min;(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷60min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。

一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉35份、玉米淀粉15份、蟹壳粉15份、木质素10份、聚丙烯酰胺15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8份、凹凸棒土10份、竹粉6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、硼砂5份、棉花秸秆粉5份、活性炭2份。所述活性炭的粒径为150目。所述凹凸棒土的粒径为250目。
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入160份的水,60℃下搅拌混合20min。(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,70℃下搅拌混合7min。(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,85℃下搅拌混合10min。(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷55min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。
实施例4
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉28份、玉米淀粉13份、蟹壳粉16份、木质素8份、聚丙烯酰胺12份、羟丙基甲基纤维素7份、凹凸棒土7份、竹粉4.5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份、硼砂3份、棉花秸秆粉5.5份、活性炭1.3份。所述活性炭的粒径为120目。所述凹凸棒土的粒径为230目。
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入140份的水,55℃下搅拌混合12min;(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,65℃下搅拌混合6min;(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,82℃下搅拌混合7min;(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷52min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。
实施例5
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉36份、玉米淀粉18份、蟹壳粉19份、木质素12份、聚丙烯酰胺16份、羟丙基甲基纤维素9份、凹凸棒土13份、竹粉7份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯9份、硼砂5份、棉花秸秆粉7份、活性炭2.5份。所述活性炭的粒径为170目。所述凹凸棒土的粒径为280目。
一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入170份的水,65℃下搅拌混合25min;(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉70℃下搅拌混合8min;(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,87℃下搅拌混合12min;(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷58min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。
本发明的环保型淀粉纺织浆料上浆性能好,尤其粘度热稳定性达到85%以上,粘附力达到50.6N以上,浆砂断裂伸长率达到80%以上,浆膜断裂伸长率达到80%以上;且该纺织浆料易降解,对环境友好,不污染环境,有广泛的应用前景。

1.一种环保型淀粉纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉25-40份、玉米淀粉10-20份、蟹壳粉12-20份、木质素6-15份、聚丙烯酰胺10-20份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5-11份、凹凸棒土5-15份、竹粉4-8份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-11份、硼砂2-6份、棉花秸秆粉4-8份、活性炭1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述纺织浆料包括以下重量份数的原料:木薯淀粉35份、玉米淀粉15份、蟹壳粉15份、木质素10份、聚丙烯酰胺15份、羟丙基甲基纤维素8份、凹凸棒土10份、竹粉6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、硼砂5份、棉花秸秆粉5份、活性炭2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述活性炭的粒径为100-200目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述凹凸棒土的粒径为200-300目。
5.一种根据权利要求1-4任一所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入100-200份的水,50-70℃下搅拌混合10-30min;
(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,60-80℃下搅拌混合5-10min;
(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,80-90℃下搅拌混合5-15min;
(4)向反应釜中继续加入硼砂和羟丙基甲基纤维素,混合均匀后,升温烧煮,常压烧浆闷50-60min,即得淀粉纺织浆料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)将木薯淀粉、玉米淀粉、凹凸棒土和活性炭加入反应釜,加入160份的水,60℃下搅拌混合20min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)向反应釜中继续加入蟹壳粉、竹粉和棉花秸秆粉,70℃下搅拌混合7min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的环保型淀粉纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)向反应釜中继续加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素和聚丙烯酰胺,85℃下搅拌混合10min。
