本发明提供一种纺织浆料及其制备方法,所述纺织浆料包括植物淀粉16份至18份、纳米乳液20份至30份、丙烯酸8份至10份、丙烯酰胺5份至6份;其中,所述纳米乳液为:聚醚酸钠、聚乙烯醇、烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸以及甜菜碱的混合物;通过采用以上技术方案,可以降低浆料的污染程度、并且该浆料制备方法易于操作;通过本发明提供的浆料可以增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应织造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。

一种纺织浆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织生产过程中上浆用的浆料技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在纺织加工生产中经纱上浆技术的使用已经较为成熟,因此纺织浆料被广泛应用于经纱过程;现有的纺织浆料的主要浆料包括淀粉、PVA (聚乙烯醇)以及丙烯酸类,其中PVA (聚乙烯醇)是纺织业不可或缺的原料,由于其成本较高,并且存在环境污染,不符合当前工业节能环保、绿色生产的趋势,从而阻碍了纺织业的发展;并且现有的纺织浆料组合物较多、成本较高、难以适应浆纱过程的多项要求。并且现有的纺织浆料性能存在浆膜性脆而硬、伸缩度小、稳定性差的问题。
基于上述纺织浆料中存在的技术问题,尚未有相关的解决方案;因此迫切需要寻求有效方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种纺织浆料,旨在解决现有纺织浆料组合物较多、成本较高,降低环境污染。
本发明提供一种纺织浆料,包括植物淀粉16份至18份、纳米乳液20份至30份、丙烯酸8份至10份、丙烯酰胺5份至6份;其中,所述纳米乳液为:聚醚酸钠、聚乙烯醇、烷基苯磺酸钠、丙烯酸甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸以及甜菜碱的混合物。
进一步地,还包括氨基磺酸钠4份至6份、二苯甲烷2份至4份、蛋白氨基酸2份至3份。
进一步地,还包括引发剂;硝酸亚铁铵0.1份、亚硫酸氢钠0.2份、过硫酸铵0.1份、硝酸铈铵0.3份、过硫酸钠0.1份或硫代硫酸钠0.1份中的至少一种。
进一步地,还包括添加剂;添加剂包括:0.2份至0.3份活性炭、2份高岭土粘土、1份至1.2份重晶石粘土、1份至1.5份高粘度蒙脱石粘土、0.8份至1份活性蛭石粘土、0.5份至0.8份羧甲基纤维素、0.2份至0.3份聚丙烯酸钠、0.3份至0.5份食用明胶、0.3份至0.5份改性淀粉、0. 2份至0.4份二乙二醇、0.2份至0.5份非离子表面活性剂、0.5份至0.1份甲酰胺、0.5份至0.1份十二烷基磺酸钠、0.5份至0.1份木质素磺酸钠。
本发明还提供一种纺织浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将植物淀粉按16份至18份在温度为 55 ℃ 至65 ℃ 条件下,加水溶解成淀粉溶液;其中,水量与植物淀粉的比值为2:1至3:1;
S2:待淀粉溶液凉至温度40 ℃ 条件下,将20份至30份纳米乳液、丙烯酸8份至10份丙烯酸、5份至6份丙烯酰胺加入淀粉溶液中,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液;
S3:得到的混合溶液放置5分钟至7分钟后再加入6份至4份植物淀粉;并充分搅拌后加入分解剂硅酸钠。
通过采用以上技术方案,可以降低浆料的污染程度、并且该浆料制备方法易于操作;通过本发明提供的浆料可以增加纤维之间的粘附力,提高纱线的抗拉强度,以适应织造过程中的大张力、中打纬,减少断头提高效率。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例一:本发明提供一种纺织浆料,包括植物淀粉16kg、纳米乳液20kg、丙烯酸8kg、丙烯酰胺5kg;其中,纳米乳液具体包括:聚醚酸钠2kg、聚乙烯醇4kg、烷基苯磺酸钠2kg、丙烯酸甲酯 2kg、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3kg、丙烯酸丁酯2kg、苯乙烯1kg、甲基丙烯酸1kg以及甜菜碱1kg的混合物;还包括水溶液,水溶液中的水采用去离子水,本实施例中去离子水12kg;结合上述方案,可以根据纺织工艺的具体要求,调节各个组分的比例,例如:植物淀粉由于环境影响可以提升至18kg;纳米乳液提升至25kg;苯乙烯可以适当降为0.5kg,这样可以降低化学污染、提高浆料的粘度稳定性,并可以降低浆纱的断裂。
实施例二:本发明提供一种纺织浆料,包括植物淀粉17kg、纳米乳液30kg、丙烯酸9kg、丙烯酰胺6kg;其中,纳米乳液具体包括:聚醚酸钠4kg、聚乙烯醇6kg、烷基苯磺酸钠4kg、丙烯酸甲酯 3kg、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3kg、丙烯酸丁酯4kg、苯乙烯2kg、甲基丙烯酸2kg以及甜菜碱2kg的混合物;通过采用上述纺织浆料,一般可以将纺织浆料应用于化纤纺织的工艺加工较为合适,可以提高化纤纺料的抗拉性能。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,纺织浆料还包括氨基磺酸钠4kg、二苯甲烷4kg、蛋白氨基酸3kg;采用本实施例中添加物,使得本浆料的上浆比上述浆料效果相比,本浆料能够快速渗透进入纱线,并且上浆较为均匀、不容易脱落。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,纺织浆料还包括引发剂;其中,引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.1kg、亚硫酸氢钠0.2kg、过硫酸铵0.1kg、硝酸铈铵0.3kg、过硫酸钠0.1kg或硫代硫酸钠0.1kg中的至少一种;引发剂可以直接影响聚合反应过程、促进聚合反应从而提高浆料的加工效率,同时引发剂也会影响聚合反应速率,提高产品后期的储存期。
优选地,结合上述实施例,本实施例中,纺织浆料还包括添加剂;其中添加剂包括:0.3kg活性炭、2kg高岭土粘土、1.2kg重晶石粘土、1.5kg高粘度蒙脱石粘土、1kg活性蛭石粘土、0.6kg羧甲基纤维素、0.2kg聚丙烯酸钠、0.3kg食用明胶、0.5kg改性淀粉、0.4kg二乙二醇、0.5kg非离子表面活性剂、0.1kg甲酰胺、0.5kg十二烷基磺酸钠、0.5kg木质素磺酸钠;通过采用上述添加剂制得的用于纺织浆料的添加剂具有抗静电性能和良好的相容性,对纤维的柔顺性有良好的改善作用;同时,价格低廉、浆膜柔韧、流动性好、环保无污染排放、适用性能广泛等优点。
相应地,结合上述方案,如图1所示,本发明还提供一种纺织浆料的制备方法,其中包括以下步骤:
S1:将植物淀粉按16kg在温度为 55 ℃ 至65 ℃ 条件下,加水溶解成淀粉溶液,其中水容易可以是离子水,同时还可以掺杂去离子水,去离子水一般是离子水的45%至55%较好;其中,水量与植物淀粉的比值为2:1至3:1;具体地,植物淀粉可根据实际需要选择16kg至18kg;
S2:待淀粉溶液凉至温度40 ℃ 条件下,将20kg份纳米乳液、丙烯酸8kg丙烯酸、5kg丙烯酰胺加入淀粉溶液中,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,放置5分钟至7分钟;
S3:得到的混合溶液放置5分钟至7分钟后再加入6kg植物淀粉;并充分搅拌后加入分解剂硅酸钠进行进一步分解,提高浆料的粘稠度以及吸收部分水。
优选地,结合上述方案, S2步骤中还包括以下步骤:
S21: 搅拌均匀得到混合溶液后加入4kg氨基磺酸钠、4kg二苯甲烷以及3kg蛋白氨基酸。

7.根据权利要求5所述的纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1步骤中还包括以下步骤:
S11:搅拌均匀得到混合溶液后加入引发剂;所述引发剂包括硝酸亚铁铵0.1份、亚硫酸氢钠0.2份、过硫酸铵0.1份、硝酸铈铵0.3份、过硫酸钠0.1份或硫代硫酸钠0.1份中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1步骤中还包括以下步骤:
S12:搅拌均匀得到混合溶液后加入添加剂;所述添加剂包括:0.2份至0.3份活性炭、1.5份份2份高岭土粘土、1份至1.2份重晶石粘土、1份至1.5份高粘度蒙脱石粘土、0.8份至1份活性蛭石粘土、0.5份至0.8份羧甲基纤维素、0.2份至0.3份聚丙烯酸钠、0.3份至0.5份食用明胶、0.3份至0.5份改性淀粉、0. 2份至0.4份二乙二醇、0.2份至0.5份非离子表面活性剂、0.5份至0.1份甲酰胺、0.5份至0.1份十二烷基磺酸钠、0.5份至0.1份木质素磺酸钠。
9.根据权利要求5至8任一项所述的纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1步骤中加水为离子水。
