一种有机硅胶粘剂生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及化工生产领域,尤其是有机硅胶粘剂生产领域。
背景技术
有机硅胶粘剂的特点是耐高低温、耐腐蚀、耐辐照。同时具有优良的电绝缘性,耐水性和耐气候性,可粘接金属、塑料、橡胶玻璃、陶瓷等,已广泛地应用于宇宙航行、飞机制造、电子工业、机械加工、汽车制造以及建筑和医疗方面的粘接与密封。
发明内容
本发明提供一种有机硅胶粘剂生产工艺,包括:1,分散混合;2,捏合;包装。
工艺流程简述:
分散混合:主要目的是使硅橡胶(有机硅氧烷)、交联剂(正硅酸乙酯)、促进剂(二月桂酸二丁基锡)和胶体墨(白炭黑)均匀混合,该过程就是将配合剂借助分散机的作用均匀分散于橡胶中,以形成一个以橡胶为介质或者以橡胶与某些能和它相容的配合组分(配合剂、其它聚合物)的混合物为介质,以与橡胶不相容的配合剂(如胶体墨等)为分散相的多相胶体分散体系的过程。通过该工序可将配合剂分散均匀,使配合剂特别是炭黑等补强性配合及达到最好的分散度,以保证胶料性能一致。
捏合:采用硅橡胶捏合机,其工作原理是由一对互相配合和旋转的叶片(通常呈Sigma形)所产生强烈剪切作用而使半干状态的或橡胶状粘稠塑料材料能使物料迅速反应从而获得均匀的混合搅拌。本发明捏合机采用电加热形式,出料方式采用液压翻缸倾倒方式。经捏合工序,将混炼后的橡胶进一步混合搅拌均匀,得到有机硅胶粘剂。
包装:对产品进行外观、粘度等指标检测,检测出的极少量不合格的产品进行调整至合格,合格的产品从釜底放料经灌装机过滤灌装得产品。
本产品生产过程无需加热,为常温生产。

1.本发明提供一种有机硅胶粘剂生产工艺,包括:1,分散混合;2,捏合;包装。
2.权利要求1描述的分散混合:主要目的是使硅橡胶(有机硅氧烷)、交联剂(正硅酸乙酯)、促进剂(二月桂酸二丁基锡)和胶体墨(白炭黑)均匀混合,该过程就是将配合剂借助分散机的作用均匀分散于橡胶中,以形成一个以橡胶为介质或者以橡胶与某些能和它相容的配合组分(配合剂、其它聚合物)的混合物为介质,以与橡胶不相容的配合剂(如胶体墨等)为分散相的多相胶体分散体系的过程;通过该工序可将配合剂分散均匀,使配合剂特别是炭黑等补强性配合及达到最好的分散度,以保证胶料性能一致。
