技术领域
本发明涉及电子元件制造技术领域,具体为一种托盘结构。
背景技术
电子元件为精密部件,在生产环节中的运送、转移需要专用托盘来实现,现有托盘在运送、转移电子元件过程中容易碰伤到电子元件,而且现有托盘装置也与电子元件自动搬动机构的适应性较差,从而影响了电子元件搬运效率和质量。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种托盘结构,其与电子元件自动搬运机构的适应性强,使电子元件在运送转移中不易受伤,确保搬运效率和质量。
其技术方案是这样的,其特征在于:其包括托盘座、底板,所述托盘座安装于所述底板,所述托盘座的顶部中间均匀开有工件放置槽孔,其顶部两侧分别对称开有限位孔,所述托盘座与所述底板围成空腔,所述空腔内设置有活动座板,所述活动座板上均匀分布有托盘柱,所述托盘柱的头部与所述工件放置槽孔相适应并与所述工件放置槽孔滑动配合,所述托盘座的底部对称设置有定位孔。
其进一步特征在于:
所述活动座板的两侧分别通过销钉连接于所述底板,所述销钉套接有轴套,所述轴套的一端部具有卡台,所述卡台的上端面卡于所述活动座板的底部,所述卡台的下端面与所述底板之间安装有弹簧;
所述托盘柱分别嵌装于所述活动底板,所述托盘柱的头部露出所述活动底板的顶部,并伸入所述工件放置槽孔;
所述工件放置槽孔有12个;对应的,所述托盘柱有12个。
将本发明托盘结构应用在电子元件自动搬运机构,托盘座底部对称设置的定位孔可匹配电子元件自动搬运机构方便实现托盘座的水平定位,托盘座顶部两侧对称设置的限位孔可匹配电子元件自动搬运机构,通过其限位销的挤压,使活动座板带动托盘柱在托盘座内部空腔中向下位移,从而使工件放置槽孔露出,方便吸头将电子元件精确、安全地放进工件放置槽孔中并可靠地稳定在托盘柱上,同时这种结构能够协助托盘座上的电子元件卸料。其与电子元件自动搬运机构的适应性强,使电子元件在运送转移中不易受伤,确保搬运效率和质量。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,一种托盘结构包括托盘座1、底板2,托盘座1通过螺钉3安装于底板2,托盘座1的顶部中间均匀开有12个工件放置槽孔孔4,其顶部两侧分别对称设置有限位孔5,托盘座1与底板2围成了空腔6,空腔6内设置有活动座板7,活动座板7上均匀分布有12个托盘柱8,12个托盘柱8分别嵌装于活动底板7,12托盘柱8与12个工件放置槽孔4相适应并可在工件放置槽孔4内滑动,托盘座1的底部对称设置有定位孔9,活动座板7的两侧分别通过销钉10连接于底板2,轴套11套接在销钉10上,轴套11的底端具有卡台11-1,卡台11-1的上端面卡于活动座板7的底部,卡台11-1的下端面与底板2之间安装有弹簧12,托盘柱8的头部8-1露出活动底板7的顶部,并伸入工件放置槽孔4;在未接收电子元件时,托盘柱8的头部与托盘座1的顶部平齐,使工件放置槽孔4不易有杂物落入,起到保护作用,当电子元件自动搬运机构的吸头将电子元件运输至托盘座1时,电子元件自动搬运机构的限位销能通过托盘座1顶部两侧的限位孔5挤压推动活动座板7在空腔6内向下位移,带动嵌装在活动座板7上的12个托盘柱8同时下移,托盘柱8的头部8-1沿工件放置槽孔4的内壁下降,使工件放置槽孔8露出,即托盘座1的顶部呈现出接料凹槽,这时电子元件自动搬运机构的吸头上的电子元件就很容易精确放入托盘座1的工件放置槽孔4内并可靠稳定在托盘柱8的头部8-1,而当托盘座1上的12个工件放置槽孔4都装有电子元件后,托盘座1可随电子元件自动搬运机构送出,当需要将电子元件从托盘座1上卸取时,只要限位销回撤,活动座板7回位,托盘柱8的头部8-1同时复位到与托盘座1的顶部平齐,这样电子元件就可方便取下,不易碰伤,即保证了搬运效率又确保了质量。图中13为电子元件。

1.一种托盘结构,其特征在于:其包括托盘座、底板,所述托盘座安装于所述底板,所述托盘座的顶部中间均匀开有工件放置槽孔,其顶部两侧分别对称开有限位孔,所述托盘座与所述底板围成空腔,所述空腔内设置有活动座板,所述活动座板上均匀分布有托盘柱,所述托盘柱的头部与所述工件放置槽孔相适应并与所述工件放置槽孔滑动配合,所述托盘座的底部对称设置有定位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘结构,其特征在于:所述活动座板的两侧分别通过销钉连接于所述底板,所述销钉套接有轴套,所述轴套的一端部具有卡台,所述卡台的上端面卡于所述活动座板的底部,所述卡台的下端面与所述底板之间安装有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘结构,其特征在于:所述托盘柱分别嵌装于所述活动底板,所述托盘柱的头部露出所述活动底板的顶部,并伸入所述工件放置槽孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘结构,其特征在于:所述工件放置槽孔有12个;对应的,所述托盘柱有12个。
