本发明公开了一种红薯切片机,包括壳体,所述壳体内竖直设置有可自转的离心盘;离心盘上固定设置有若干块拨动板;所述壳体形状和大小与离心盘吻合,其侧壁上开有进料口,并在离心盘切线方向上设置有出料口;所述出料口上设置有刀片。具有上述结构的红薯切片机,能够自动将红薯切割成所需厚度的片状,并且其厚度可调节。该红薯切片机切片效率高,切出的片厚度均匀。保证最后成形的红薯条的一致性,提高了产品的质量。

本发明涉及一种用于将红薯切片的机器。
背景技术
红薯条是一种群众喜爱的小食品。其加工方法是先将红薯去皮,切片,然后再切成条后进行后续加工。现在的红薯切料方法大部分采用人工将红薯剁成红薯片用,这样的切剁方法效率低下,浪费时间,而且切割不均匀,大小不一,切割完成后红薯片收取也很不方便。红薯为椭圆形,人们在切片的过程中很难固定,容易打滑,很可能切到手,给人们生活带来很大的不便。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种红薯切片机,能够将红薯自动切片。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种红薯切片机,包括壳体,所述壳体内竖直设置有可自转的离心盘;离心盘上固定设置有若干块拨动板;所述壳体形状和大小与离心盘吻合,其侧壁上开有进料口,并在离心盘切线方向上设置有出料口;所述出料口上设置有刀片。
作为一种改进,所述出料口处连接有出料管,出料管水平设置。依靠离心力被甩出的红薯由刀片切割成红薯片。出料管具有导向作用,将仍具有离心惯性的红薯片导向到特定的地方。
作为一种改进,所述出料管后端设置有向下弯曲的象鼻管。象鼻管具有缓冲的作用,并把切割好的红薯片导向到器具内储存。
作为一种改进,所述刀片为上下设置的若干片。若干片刀片可以一次性将红薯切割成若干片,这样就大大提高了生产效率。并且通过调节刀片与刀片之间的距离,还能调节薯片的厚度。
作为一种优选,所述拨动板为弧形,其凹面与离心盘转动方向一致。拨动板将红薯拨动沿壳体内沿运动,在离心力的作用下,红薯始终处于想要脱离壳体约束的状态。当红薯到达出料口时,红薯进行离心切线运动,飞向刀片,并被刀片切割成片。弧形的拨动板符合力学原理,使得红薯活动更大的离心力。
本发明的有益之处在于:具有上述结构的红薯切片机,能够自动将红薯切割成所需厚度的片状,并且其厚度可调节。该红薯切片机切片效率高,切出的片厚度均匀。保证最后成形的红薯条的一致性,提高了产品的质量。

如图1、图2所示,本发明包括壳体2,所述壳体2内竖直设置有可自转的离心盘1;离心盘1由电机带动。离心盘1上固定设置有若干块拨动板3;拨动板3为弧形,其凹面与离心盘1转动方向一致。所述壳体2形状和大小与离心盘1吻合,其侧壁上开有进料口8,并在离心盘1切线方向上设置有出料口4;所述出料口4上设置有刀片5。刀片5最好为平行设置的若干片。出料口4处连接有出料管6,出料管6水平设置。出料管6后端设置有向下弯曲的象鼻管7。
拨动板3将红薯拨动沿壳体2内沿运动,在离心力的作用下,红薯始终处于想要脱离壳体2约束的状态。当红薯到达出料口4时,红薯进行离心切线运动,飞向刀片5,并被刀片5切割成片后从象鼻管7出落到容器内。
