背景技术
白蚁巢,俗称“白蚁坭”,是褐色或棕色的疏松坭块,是工蚁建巢时从巢内搬出的沙坭、加上排泄物和唾液加工的物质。排积物通常堆积在巢的外围。如门框两旁、梁或柱与墙地交接处。大树基部或树基近地面稍下有蚁巢。在树干上或树枝分叉处往往就有白蚁的排积物。
白蚁巢中的菌圃,是由白蚁的排泄物,经细致加工并经接种培养出白球菌而成的多孔块状物,是白蚁赖以生存而不可缺少的,缺少了则巢中的蚁群便会死亡。菌圃营养丰富,是鸡纵菌生长发育的最佳培养基。据《本草纲目》中记载:鸡纵菌气味“甘平,无毒”。主治“益胃、清神、治痔”。近年来的研究证明,鸡纵菌菌中含有16种氨基酸,是十分珍贵的药物。据分析,菌圃中含有16.5%的蛋白质,4%的多缩戊糖,20.91%的灰分,并含有亮氨酸、缬氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸、苏氨酸、精氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸等10种氨基酸。这些氨基酸对治疗疾病有着不可低估的药用价值。然而,现有技术中,关于白蚁巢的应用并不多。

发明目的:本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种复方白蚁巢颗粒的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的复方白蚁巢颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将白蚁巢进行预处理,得到药液,将甘草浸湿冷冻12小时后微波解冻,再重复冷冻解冻一次;将二次解冻后用70%的乙醇浸泡24小时,经过过滤,得到提取液;将薄荷、菊花加水煎煮2~3小时后,过滤,得到汤液;将上述的药液、提取液、汤液进行浓缩,得到浓缩液;向所述浓缩液中加入葡萄糖酸辛、干燥蜂蜜搅拌均匀后再加入麦芽糊精,造粒,得到复方白蚁巢颗粒。

将白蚁巢切成小块,加水煎煮1~2小时后,在加体积含量为80%乙醇提取2次,每次乙醇的加入量为所有原料药总重量的10倍,合并两次滤液,并将药渣加水煎煮,煎煮后均过滤,合并每次的滤液得到药液。
将甘草浸湿冷冻12小时后微波解冻,再重复冷冻解冻一次;将二次解冻后用70%的乙醇浸泡24小时,经过过滤,得到提取液;
将薄荷、菊花加水煎煮2~3小时后,过滤,得到汤液;
将上述的药液50份、提取液0份、汤液30份,混合,进行浓缩,浓缩条件为温度80℃、压力20兆帕,得到浓缩液;

Claims (8)
1.一种复方白蚁巢颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将白蚁巢进行预处理,得到药液,将甘草浸湿,冷冻12小时后微波解冻,再重复冷冻解冻一次;二次解冻后,用70%的乙醇浸泡24小时,经过过滤,得到提取液;将薄荷、菊花加水煎煮2~3小时后,过滤,得到汤液;将上述的药液、提取液、汤液混合,进行浓缩,得到浓缩液;向所述浓缩液中加入葡萄糖酸辛、蜂蜜搅拌均匀后再加入麦芽糊精,造粒,得到复方白蚁巢颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的白蚁巢的预处理为:将白蚁巢切成小块,加水煎煮1~2小时后,在加体积含量为80%乙醇提取2次,每次乙醇的加入量为所有原料药总重量的10倍,合并两次滤液,并将药渣加水煎煮,煎煮后均过滤,合并每次的滤液得到药液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的浓缩条件为温度80℃、压力20兆帕。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的药液、提取液、汤液的质量配比为:药液50份、提取液10~30份、汤液10~30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的浓缩液、葡萄糖酸辛、干燥蜂蜜、麦芽糊精的质量配比为:浓缩液10份、葡萄糖酸辛1~2份、干燥蜂蜜1~5份,麦芽糊精2~3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述的造粒为:过10~12目筛制粒,控温40℃~60℃鼓风干燥,再过12~14目筛。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于得到所述浓缩液中还可以加入党参提取液和黄芪提取液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于造粒时还可以加入黄芪粉末。
