一种预防中暑的乌梅三豆汤,其特征在于,包括以下组分:红豆30克,黑豆30克,绿豆30克,乌梅50克,胡麻子50克,生姜10克,龙脑叶5克,冰糖5克。
进一步的,所述乌梅三豆汤通过以下方式制得:
S1.胡麻子用铁锅煎熟,略炒至金黄色加入生姜、龙脑叶同炒,炒熟后细碾做药粉待用;
S2.红豆、黑豆、绿豆、乌梅洗净放入砂锅,加入清水至没过食材上盖大火烧开;
S3.待烧开水沸腾5分钟后大火转小火,取来药粉和冰糖一并加入砂锅中继续小火上盖煮10分钟;
S4.倒出制成的豆汤放入冰箱冷却后完成。
根据权利要求2所述乌梅三豆汤,其特征在于S2,清水可以用黄酒代理,避暑效果更佳。

红豆能通气除烦、健脾益胃;黑豆有解表清热、补肾壮阴;绿豆能止渴消暑、利尿清毒;乌梅能提供大量的维生素B,C,E;胡麻子能调节身体血糖,使人更具活力;龙脑叶则主治热病高热神晕晕眩。
所述乌梅三豆汤通过以下方式制得:
