Abstract
The invention relates to a mulching film with fluff on the surface, which is paved in the field. The crop diseases are easy to outbreak after rainstorm, pathogenic bacteria on individual plants and pathogenic bacteria in soil in the field are spread to all parts of the field through the rainstorm, the resistance of the crops is reduced after the crops are attacked by the rainstorm, and when muddy water with the pathogenic bacteria falls on the plants after the rainstorm drips splash on the field, the plants are easy to be attacked. The traditional mulching film is not provided with fluff on the surface, and the mulching film provided by the invention is provided with the fluff on the surface, so that in addition to the function of the traditional mulching film, the muddy water with pathogenic bacteria in the field is not easy to splash onto healthy plants when rainstorm hits the mulching film with the fluff, and the healthy plants are not easy to attack diseases.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mulching film paved in a field, in particular to a mulching film with fluff on the surface.
Background
The mulching film is a film covering the farmland. The surface of the traditional mulching film is not provided with fluff, and the traditional mulching film is generally divided into a common mulching film, a black mulching film, a silver-gray mulching film, a black-white two-side mulching film, a blue mulching film, a green agricultural film, a red mulching film and the like, and has different purposes. Wherein the common mulching film can improve the ground temperature, preserve soil moisture, improve fertilizer efficiency and the like, and is mainly used in spring and autumn; the black mulching film has low light transmittance, can effectively prevent the evaporation of water in soil and inhibit the growth of weeds, but has slower temperature increase, is not as good as a transparent film, can obviously reduce the ground temperature, inhibit the weeds and keep the soil humidity by covering the ground, and is suitable for high-temperature-resistant cultivation in summer and autumn; the silver gray mulching film has the light transmittance of about 60 percent, can reflect ultraviolet rays, has the functions of cooling, moisturizing and repelling aphids when being covered on the ground, and is suitable for heat-resistant cultivation of vegetables, melons and tobacco in summer and autumn; the black-white two-side mulching film is a mulching film with black and white front and back sides and different colors, when the ground is covered, the black side is generally downward, the white side is generally upward, the black-white two-side mulching film has the function of covering the black mulching film, and simultaneously has the effect of reflecting light of the white film surface, so that the black-white two-side mulching film is suitable for the ground covering cultivation of greenhouse vegetables in autumn and winter; the light transmittance of the blue mulching film is higher than that of the white agricultural film under the condition of weak illumination, and the light transmittance is lower than that of the white agricultural film under the condition of strong illumination, so that the heat preservation performance is good, the mulching film is suitable for seedling raising and seedling raising, the seedling rate is high, the seedlings are thick and strong, and the obvious yield increasing and quality guaranteeing effects are achieved; the green agricultural film can increase green illumination, control the growth of weeds, well prevent and kill weeds and improve the yield; the red mulching film can transmit red light and can prevent other color light which is not beneficial to crop growth from transmitting.
The mulching film with holes is used for planting plants in the holes, so that the trouble that the mulching film is cut off after the seeds germinate is avoided.
Many plant diseases are caused by three pathogenic bacteria, such as bacteria, fungi, and oomycetes. In cold winter, pathogenic bacteria can continue to harm host plants in the greenhouse and can overwinter on the diseased plant residues in the field in the forms of conidiophores, conidia, mycelia and the like; this has become the source of the initial infestation of field diseases in the past year.
The method for preventing and controlling pathogenic bacteria such as bacteria, fungi, oomycetes and the like comprises the steps of cultivating disease-resistant varieties, using pesticides and scientifically cultivating and managing. The cultivation of disease-resistant varieties and the development of pesticides are often time-consuming and cost-consuming long processes, and the use of pesticides may have an impact on the environment. The cultivation management measures include timely irrigation and drainage in the field, reasonable close planting, good ventilation and light transmittance, timely elimination of diseased stubble, field weeds and the like. The present invention belongs to a new cultivation management measure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is a mulching film with fluff on the surface, and after the mulching film is laid on a farmland, besides the function of the traditional mulching film, the muddy water with pathogenic bacteria in the farmland is not easy to splash onto healthy plants in rainstorm weather, and the healthy plants are not easy to attack diseases.
Drawings
In the picture 1, after a mulching film with fluff on the surface is paved in the field, the seeds of yellow Chan are sown in the holes. After germination and two storms, the yellow seedling has no obvious lesion.
Fig. 2 is a traditional mulching film with holes already drilled and is spread in the field, and seeds of yellow Chan are sowed in the holes. After germination and two storms, some seedlings of yellow moon have obvious lesions.
Detailed Description
The raw material for producing the mulching film with fluff on the surface can be polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, resin or degradable material, which is the same as the raw material for producing the traditional mulching film at present.
The manufacturing method of the mulching film with the fluff on the surface is basically the same as that of the traditional mulching film, and the difference is that the mulching film with the fluff on the surface is manufactured in such a way that holes with the depth of 0.1-5cm and the inner diameter of 0.01-0.5cm are formed on the surface of a mold for molding the mulching film after raw materials are melted, and the holes are used for leading the surface of the mulching film to be provided with the fluff.
The mulching film with fluff on the surface can also have different colors and different thicknesses like the traditional mulching film, and is provided with holes or without holes. Besides the function of preventing healthy plants from being infected by pathogenic bacteria, the mulching film with the fluff on the surface can also have the same effects as the traditional mulching film, such as weed prevention and control, ground temperature increase and the like.
The application example is that holes are drilled on the mulching film with the fluff on the surface and the traditional mulching film, and the seeds of the yellow Chan are sowed in the holes after the mulching film and the traditional mulching film are paved in the field. After germination and two storms, the seedlings of the yellow Chan growing in the mulching film holes with villi on the surface have no obvious lesions, and the seedlings of the yellow Chan growing in the traditional mulching film holes have obvious lesions.
Claims (2)
1. The application of the mulching film with the fluff on the surface in the disease-resistant cultivation of crops is characterized in that in the stormy weather, the rainstorm hits the mulching film with the fluff, and muddy water with pathogenic bacteria in the field is not easy to splash onto healthy plants, so that the healthy plants are not easy to attack diseases.
2. The mulching film with fluff on the surface according to claim 1, wherein the mulching film with fluff on the surface is manufactured by forming holes with a depth of 0.1 to 5cm and an inner diameter of 0.01 to 0.5cm on the surface of a mold for molding the mulching film after melting the raw material, and the holes are used for providing the fluff on the surface of the mulching film.
