Abstract
Disclosed is a mulching film with fluff on the surface thereof, wherein same is used for being paved on farmland for planting crops. In addition to having the effect of a traditional mulching film, the mulching film with fluff on the surface thereof can have certain preventive effects on crop diseases caused by stormy weather.
