本发明公开了一种蚕茧分选机,涉及蚕丝生产设备技术领域,包括有传送带输送机,近传送带输送机的进料端设有机架,机架上通过多个弹簧装有筛箱,筛箱的上端装有进料斗,外侧装有振动电机,在筛箱内呈上下间隔设置有倾斜方向相反的第一筛网和第二筛网,筛箱的侧壁对应于第一筛网和第二筛网的低端分别设有第一出茧口和第二出茧口,第二出茧口位于传送带输送机的进料端的上方,筛箱的底部设有第三出茧口;传送带输送机的出料端与色选机连接。与现有技术相比,本发明通过筛箱将原料茧筛分成三个不同尺寸的规格类型,常规尺寸的茧落到传送带输送机,然后进入色选机挑选出黄班茧,只需人工选出穿头茧和瘪茧,降低了工人的劳动强度,选茧效率高。

本发明涉及蚕丝生产设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于对蚕茧进行分选的蚕茧分选机。
背景技术
蚕茧在进行缫丝前需剥去表面的蚕衣,然后进行分选,将原料茧中不能缫丝的双宫茧、穿头茧、黄班茧等下脚茧剔除,并按蚕茧的大小分型。通常采用简单的传送带输送机,每台输送机配备3~4个工人,进行人工选茧,工人的劳动强度大,选茧效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种蚕茧分选机,可以解决人工选茧的劳动强度大,选茧效率低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种蚕茧分选机,包括有传送带输送机,近所述传送带输送机的进料端设有机架,所述机架上通过多个弹簧装有筛箱,所述筛箱的上端装有进料斗,外侧装有振动电机,在所述筛箱内呈上下间隔设置有倾斜方向相反的第一筛网和第二筛网,所述筛箱的侧壁对应于所述第一筛网和所述第二筛网的低端分别设有第一出茧口和第二出茧口,所述第二出茧口位于所述传送带输送机的进料端的上方,所述筛箱的底部设有第三出茧口;所述传送带输送机的出料端与色选机连接。
上述蚕茧分选机技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述第一筛网的网孔尺寸小于双宫茧的尺寸;所述第二筛网的网孔尺寸小于常规茧的尺寸且大于次品茧的尺寸。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明在筛箱的外侧装有振动电机,通过筛箱内的第一筛网和第二筛网将原料茧筛分成三个不同尺寸的规格类型,常规尺寸的茧从第二出茧口落到传送带输送机,由人工选出穿头茧和瘪茧,然后进入色选机挑选出黄班茧,只需人工选出穿头茧和瘪茧,降低了工人的劳动强度,选茧效率大幅度提高。

如图1所示的一种蚕茧分选机,包括有传送带输送机2,近传送带输送机2的进料端设置有机架11,机架11上通过四个弹簧9装有筛箱5,筛箱5的上端装有进料斗,外侧通过支撑板安装有振动电机4,在筛箱5内呈上下间隔设置有倾斜方向相反的第一筛网6和第二筛网7,第一筛网6的网孔尺寸小于双宫茧的尺寸;第二筛网7的网孔尺寸小于常规茧的尺寸且大于次品茧的尺寸;筛箱5的侧壁对应于第一筛网6和第二筛网7的低端分别设有第一出茧口8和第二出茧口3,第二出茧口3位于传送带输送机2的进料端的上方,筛箱5的底部设有第三出茧口10;传送带输送机2的出料端与色选机1连接。
本发明通过筛箱5内的第一筛网6和第二筛网7将原料茧筛分成三个不同尺寸的规格类型,常规尺寸的茧从第二出茧口3落到传送带输送机2,由人工选出穿头茧和瘪茧,然后进入色选机1挑选出黄班茧,只需人工选出穿头茧和瘪茧,降低了工人的劳动强度,选茧效率大幅度提高。

1.一种蚕茧分选机,包括有传送带输送机(2),其特征在于:近所述传送带输送机(2)的进料端设有机架(11),所述机架(11)上通过多个弹簧(9)装有筛箱(5),所述筛箱(5)的上端装有进料斗,外侧装有振动电机(4),在所述筛箱(5)内呈上下间隔设置有倾斜方向相反的第一筛网(6)和第二筛网(7),所述筛箱(5)的侧壁对应于所述第一筛网(6)和所述第二筛网(7)的低端分别设有第一出茧口(8)和第二出茧口(3),所述第二出茧口(3)位于所述传送带输送机(2)的进料端的上方,所述筛箱(5)的底部设有第三出茧口(10);所述传送带输送机(2)的出料端与色选机(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕茧分选机,其特征在于:所述第一筛网(6)的网孔尺寸小于双宫茧的尺寸;所述第二筛网(7)的网孔尺寸小于常规茧的尺寸且大于次品茧的尺寸。
