[0002] 将蚕茧抽出蚕丝的工艺概称缫丝。原始的缫丝工具是盆、筐等,长期来,缫丝工具改进缓慢,现阶段的缫丝工艺缫制为中心,通过对各产地的蚕茧进行试样和工艺设计,需要经过以下工序:烘干-将蚕茧中带有的水分去除;剥茧-剥去毛茧表面松软的茧衣层,使成为光茧;选茧-照工艺要求,在准备上车蚕茧中,按茧型大小、蚕茧色泽、茧层厚薄等进行选另O,同时剔除各类下脚茧;煮茧-将茧用水加热或添加助剂等,使适度膨化溶解丝胶;缫丝、复摇-将缫制的小丝送到复摇车上加工复摇、烘干,成为大丝;再经过编丝-将大丝片统一编理;扎绞;秤丝;配光-在灯光下配色;打包;成件,并通过生丝检验,照标准按质分等。
[0003] 蚕茧在缫丝之前需要进行分拣,按蚕茧的大小、颜色进行分级,以便于后续工艺的进行和保证最终产品质量的统一,所以该步骤是决定产品质量关键的一个步骤,现有的分拣设备只是包含一条简单的输送带,烘干后的蚕茧从进料口进入后,通过输送带以一定速度缓慢输送,完全依靠输送带两侧工人手工拣出不合格的蚕茧,而人工操作往往只能挑拣出色泽不好、外表破损无法连续抽丝,以及蚕衣未剥离完全的蚕茧,无法完全根据茧型大小、茧层厚薄等进行分级,而大小厚薄不一的蚕茧混在一起,对于后续的渗透、抽丝工艺是非常不利的,会造成无法统一工艺要求,出现一部分蚕茧处理程度不够,而另一部分蚕茧则处理过头的情况,增加最终产品质量保证的难度;并且由于之前蚕茧进行过烘干,其所含的杂质以及飞尘较多且易扬,如果不进行相应处理,对于现场工人的健康以及车间环境都有不利影响。

其公开了一种蚕茧分拣设备,通过在机架两端各设有一传动辊,传动辊上设有输送带,左侧的传动辊连接传动电机,机架左端上部设有进料口,机架右端侧面设有出料口,其中输送带为竹简输送带,与现有技术相比,将输送带采用竹简结构,其不易产生静电,在其上分拣蚕茧飞尘可通过竹简输送带上的缝隙落下,方便收集,环保卫生。该实用新型的技术方案中,没有涉及蚕茧的分级,仍然无法根据茧型大小、茧层厚薄等对蚕茧进行分级,从而实现工艺的统一以及产品质量的有效控制,并且,该设备仅仅通过设置在竹简输送带上的缝隙落灰,只能除去部分蚕茧上的易脱落的灰尘,对于粘在蚕茧上不易脱落的杂质及灰尘无法最大程度除去。
发明内容
[0005] 为解决现有技术中蚕茧分拣设备存在的只能单纯依靠人工手动分拣,分拣效率低,且无法根据茧型大小、茧层厚薄等对蚕茧进行分级,无法实现工艺的统一以及产品质量的有效控制,以及除尘不彻底等问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便的蚕茧分拣装置。[0006] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术手段:一种蚕茧分拣装置,包括进料箱
1、一级分拣装置2、二级分拣装置3以及出料槽4,所述进料箱I上端为中空的长方体,下端以底面中线为界,设置两块分别向侧面倾斜的料板,与侧板构成两个出料口 ;所述一级分拣装置2有左右两个,分别包括安装在震动机架5上的长方形竹制筛板6,该筛板6由多根长度一致的竹片以相等的间隔固定安装而成,每两个竹片之间呈下凹形状,利于蚕茧纵向配置在竹片之间,筛板6接近出料口的一端高,另一端低,便于蚕茧的输送;所述二级分拣装置3有左右两个,分别由支架7、设置于支架7前后两端的传动辊8,连接传动辊8的电机9,以及等长竹片连接成的竹简状输送带10组成;所述出料槽4安装在竹简状输送带10后端下侧,用于收集分拣后的蚕茧。
[0007] 所述每个一级分拣装置2下可设置除尘装置,包括风扇以及集尘袋,二者相对安装,调节风扇风力至能够吹动落尘而无法吹动蚕茧,将竹制筛板上抖落的蚕茧和灰尘分离,灰尘进入集尘袋中。
[0008] 所述每个一级分拣装置2下设置收料槽,用于收集竹制筛板上抖落的蚕茧。
[0009] 所述每个一级分拣装置2下设置输送带,将竹制筛板6上抖落的蚕茧输送至其他分拣装置进行分拣。
[0010] 所述竹制筛板6的竹片间隔可根据需分级蚕茧的宽度进行调整。
[0011] 所述一级分拣装置2的震动机架5的震动频率可调。
[0012] 所述两个二级分拣装置3之间可设置输送带,将人工分拣出的蚕茧直接输送到其他工序。
[0013] 本实用新型的有益效果在于:增加了一级分拣装置,通过振动手段,可使体积过小的蚕茧通过筛板分离,保留的蚕茧体积和重量基本一致,有利于在后续的渗透、抽丝工艺时采用统一的工艺及控制参数,降低加工成本和原料的损耗,对于最终产品的质量控制较为有利;而分离出的较小蚕茧也可采用统一的处理手段进行处理,实现不同等级的原料不同对待,既不会造成浪费,还能形成有序的分工业化批量生产流水线;同时,蚕茧在一级分拣装置的震动作用下,能够将粘在蚕茧上不易脱落的杂质及灰尘最大程度去除,对于改善车间环境以及现场工人的健康都有促进作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,包括进料箱(I)、一级分拣装置(2)、二级分拣装置(3)以及出料槽(4),所述进料箱(I)上端为中空的长方体,下端以底面中线为界,设置两块分别向侧面倾斜的料板,与侧板构成两个出料口 ;所述一级分拣装置(2)有左右两个,分别包括安装在震动机架(5)上的长方形竹制筛板(6),该筛板(6)由多根长度一致的竹片以相等的间隔固定安装而成,每两个竹片之间呈下凹形状,利于蚕茧纵向配置在竹片之间,筛板(6)接近出料口的一端高,另一端低,便于蚕茧的输送;所述二级分拣装置(3)有左右两个,分别由支架(7)、设置于支架(7)前后两端的传动辊(8),连接传动辊(8)的电机(9),以及等长竹片连接成的竹简状输送带(10)组成;所述出料槽(4)安装在竹简状输送带(10)后端下侦U,用于收集分拣后的蚕茧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述每个一级分拣装置(2)下可设置除尘装置,包括风扇以及集尘袋,二者相对安装,调节风扇风力至能够吹动落尘而无法吹动蚕茧,将竹制筛板上抖落的蚕茧和灰尘分离,灰尘进入集尘袋中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述每个一级分拣装置(2)下设置收料槽,用于收集竹制筛板上抖落的蚕茧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述每个一级分拣装置(2)下设置输送带,将竹制筛板(6 )上抖落的蚕茧输送至其他分拣装置进行分拣。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述竹制筛板(6)的竹片间隔可根据需分级蚕茧的宽度进行调整。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述一级分拣装置(2)的震动机架(5)的震动频率可调。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述一级分拣装置(2)的震动机架(5)的震动频率可调。
8.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述两个二级分拣装置(3)之间设置输送带,将人工分拣出的蚕茧直接输送到其他工序。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述两个二级分拣装置(3)之间设置输送带,将人工分拣出的蚕茧直接输送到其他工序。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种蚕茧分拣装置,其特征在于,所述两个二级分拣装置(3)之间设置输送带,将人工分拣出的蚕茧直接输送到其他工序。
