Abstract

本发明涉及一种可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的输尿管支架为网状结构,网状结构外包覆有药物涂层,并且在输尿管支架的末端呈J型。本发明结构合理,使用方便,本发明是可降解镁合金输尿管支架,就不用重叠放置,只需要重新放置即可,降低了患者的痛苦,降低了患者的痛苦。镁是人体必需的营养元素,与钠、钾、钙元素一起构成人体细胞内外最重要的4种阳离子。镁是多种酶的激活剂和辅助因子。镁是骨骼和牙齿的重要组成部分,对预防骨质疏松有一定作用。就人体循环系统而言,镁可引起血管扩张,同时有防止动脉粥样硬化的作用。镁参与体内三大产热营养素代谢、神经冲动产生与传递、肌肉收缩等。镁合金的降解对人体是相对安全的。

可降解镁合金输尿管支架
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种可降解镁合金输尿管支架。
背景技术:
输尿管狭窄是一种常见的泌尿系统疾病,狭窄可能继发感染,形成输尿管憩室,输尿管周围炎,前列腺或附睾睾丸炎,如果尿流梗阻长期不能解除,最终可致肾积水,肾功能损害出现尿毒症。输尿管狭窄的临床治疗方法可分为非手术治疗和手术治疗,其中输尿管支架置入术已经成为治疗各种输尿管狭窄梗阻的有效手段,尤其适合因前列腺良性增生导致的尿潴流、输尿管梗阻。目前的输尿管支架主要为金属支架,如不锈钢输尿管支架、记忆合金输尿管支架。输尿管支架植入术的主要并发症是支架内纤维化,发生率超过50%,需要通过间歇输尿管扩张(内窥镜直视下扩张和/或输尿管探子扩张)解决,严重者要在输尿镜下摘取纤维肉芽组织或重叠放置另一条网状支架。
发明内容:
为解决上述技术问题中的不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种可以克服上述缺陷,满足使用需求的可降解镁合金输尿管支架,并且在输尿管支架的末端呈J型。
本发明所提供的可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的输尿管支架为网状结构,网状结构外包覆有药物涂层。
所述的网状结构为一体式结构。
所述的网状结构为多条镁合金丝编织、缠绕而成,相交接的镁合金丝处热融合连接。
所述的网状结构为密网结构,具体的为内部中空蛇链结构。
所述的网状结构为密网结构,具体的为软管型结构,其外表面为环形波纹状或螺旋形波纹状,并在外网状结构外包覆由金属丝编织而成的金属网套。
本发明的有益效果是:
结构合理,使用方便,本发明是可降解镁合金输尿管支架,就不用重叠放置,只需要重新放置即可,降低了患者的痛苦,降低了患者的痛苦。镁是人体必需的营养元素,与钠、钾、钙元素一起构成人体细胞内外最重要的4种阳离子。镁是多种酶的激活剂和辅助因子。镁是骨骼和牙齿的重要组成部分,对预防骨质疏松有一定作用。就人体循环系统而言,镁可引起血管扩张,同时有防止动脉粥样硬化的作用。镁参与体内三大产热营养素代谢、神经冲动产生与传递、肌肉收缩等。镁合金的降解对人体是相对安全的。
可以有效支撑输尿管,防止输尿管狭窄。最后可降解,不会出现摘取纤维肉芽组织或重叠放置另一条网状支架的情况。支架降解后可重复植入。
本发明的一个创新点就是通过X射线就能观察可降解镁合金输尿管的降解状况,并观察输尿管的宽窄,方便医生的诊断,也降低患者的痛苦和费用。
使用时,将可降解镁合金输尿管支架压缩,放入到狭窄部位时,通过气囊膨胀将支架恢复原状。

具体实施方式
本发明所提供的可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的输尿管支架为网状结构,网状结构外包覆有药物涂层,并且在输尿管支架的末端呈J型,以便悬挂在肾盂上。
所述的网状结构为一体式结构。具体的将可降解镁合金拉制成管路,采用激光切割的方式切割成网状结构,保证支架有一定的柔韧性,结构图如下。可表面增加药物涂层,可将支架放入药物溶液中浸泡,然后低温、低压烘干,或喷涂药物,低温、低压烘干。
所述的网状结构为多条镁合金丝编织、缠绕而成,相交接的镁合金丝处热融合连接,保证支架的结构强度。
所述的网状结构为密网结构,具体的为内部中空蛇链结构,具有较好的柔韧性,保证支架在体内能正常弯曲。
如图1所述的网状结构为密网结构,具体的为软管型结构1,其外表面为环形波纹状2,也可用螺旋形波纹状,并在网状结构外包覆由金属丝编织而成的金属网套3。具体的将镁合金制成金属软管型结构,即保证了柔韧性,又兼顾了结构强度,方便使用。镁合金的软管型结构的表面为环形波纹状,并在外套有网套,网套为金属丝或金属带编织而成的金属网套3。软管型结构1的波纹状轮廓,决定了软管具有良好的柔软性和抗疲劳性,使它很容易吸收各种运动变形和循环载荷。

1.一种可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的输尿管支架为网状结构,网状结构外包覆有药物涂层,并且在输尿管支架的末端呈J型;所述的网状结构为密网结构,具体的为软管型结构,其外表面为环形波纹状或螺旋形波纹状,并在网状结构外包覆由金属丝编织而成的金属网套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的网状结构为一体式结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的网状结构为多条镁合金丝编织、缠绕而成,相交接的镁合金丝处热融合连接。
4.一种可降解镁合金输尿管支架,其特征是,所述的输尿管支架为网状结构,网状结构外包覆有药物涂层,并且在输尿管支架的末端呈J型;所述的网状结构为密网结构,具体的为内部中空蛇链结构。
