一种汽车主动防撞保护装置,该装置由以下部件组成:高压气包、大球阀、大齿轮、小齿轮、汽车电动机、汽车电瓶、粗钢管、细钢管、大三通、弯头、弯管、小三通、软管、安全气囊、小球阀和倒顺开关。高压气包横向固定在汽车后备箱后排座椅靠背后,在高压气包前侧下依次接粗钢管、大球阀、粗钢管和大三通,在大三通两个小出口处依次接细钢管、弯头和细钢管,细钢管牢固的固定在汽车底板下面,细钢管管口朝前,管身与路面平行,在大球阀的开关手柄位置去掉手柄安装大齿轮,汽车电动机固定在高压气包侧面,在汽车电动机上安装小齿轮与大齿轮咬合配套,电动机的电线接到汽车电瓶上,倒顺开关安装在汽车方向盘右手辐条靠近圆弧处,顺开关靠外,开关下设置弹簧。4个安全气囊各接一条细软管,4条细软管前后两两接到小三通上,总管依次接细软管和细弯管,从细钢管侧面插进钢管内壁焊接牢固,司机座和副驾驶座安全气囊装在座椅前侧部,后排座椅安全气囊装在前排座椅靠背后侧面,副驾驶座和后排座椅下面装小球阀,小球阀开关手柄上安装弹簧。

背景技术: 汽车防撞技术现有的一是车载雷达, 但对非常意外的危急状况无能为力。 安全气囊和缓冲装置 都是被动保护无法防止实质撞击, 如果被撞的是人避免不了车祸发生。
发明内容: 这套装置不是平时停车时用的, 它是汽车紧急制动装置, 危急时刻用来保护生命安全的。 不但 可以保护司机和乘客的生命, 还可以使车前行人免于被撞。 这套装置极有效的抵消了高速行驶 的汽车所产生的巨大的惯性冲力, 使汽车在最短时间内完全停止, 能避免很多车祸的发生。 这套装置的组成部件: 高压气包 (88升, 必须承受 200兆帕的气压)

具体实施方式: 高压气包横向固定在汽车后备箱后排座椅靠背后, 在气包前侧下接粗钢管, 接大球阀, 再 接粗钢管, 再接大三通。 在大三通两个小出口接细钢管, 再接弯头, 再接细钢管牢固的固 定在汽车底板下面管出口朝前, 管身必须与路面平行。 大球阀取掉开关手柄装大齿轮, 汽 车电动机固定在高压气包侧面, 安装小齿轮与大齿轮咬合配套, 电动机电线接到汽车电瓶 上, 线路倒顺开关安装在汽车方向盘右手辐条靠近圆弧处, 顺开关朝外。 开关下设置弹个个个个个个个台截截个个个个截个簧 按住为开启, 放开为断开。 开启处设置保险钮, 司机不在车上时或车停止时保险钮关闭, 以防止外人或小孩无意中触发装置。

这样就产生了一个问题, 虽然汽车没有发生碰撞, 但因汽车在高速行驶时急骤的停止对车 内司机和乘客会造成如同发生碰撞一样的伤害。 尽管有安全带保护身体不致受伤, 但巨大 的惯性作用会导致颈椎和头严重受伤, 所以要加装安全气囊来保护车上的人。 现有的安全 气囊是被动保护只有汽车在发生实质碰撞时才有可能弹出, 因此必须重装的 4个安全气囊 各接一条细软管, 4条细软管前后两两接到小三通上, 总管接软管再接细弯管从细钢管侧 面插进钢管内壁焊接牢固。 司机座和副驾驶座安全气囊装在座椅前侧部, 后排座椅安全气 囊装在前排座椅靠背后侧面。副驾驶座和后排座椅下面装小球阀,球阔开关手柄上装弹簧, 只要有超过 15公斤的人或物品压在座位上重力使球阀打开, 安全气囊处于随时可以弹出 状态。 没有乘客时弹簧使球阀关闭, 安全气囊便无法弹出, 这样就能做到需要几个便用几 个, 不致麻烦。 当装置启动高压空气喷出一小部分高压空气迸入细弯管顺软管进入安全气 囊, 使安全气囊弹出保护人的安全。 用完后安全气囊人工折叠装回原位, 以备重复适用。
