因此,沿着第一通道1a流动的废气的流动相对延迟,这提高了微粒物质的过滤效率,并且沿着第二通道1b流动的废气的流动相对流畅,这减小了背压的阻力。
如上所述,本公开的消音器整合型汽油微粒过滤器通过在过滤器1内设置的突出壁5的配置实现了汽油微粒过滤器的过滤功能并且同时实现了消音器的功能。因此,可以尽可能减少因汽油微粒过滤器的安装所导致的现有汽油车辆的制造成本的上升。
虽然为了说明的目的描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但本领域技术人员会理解的是,在不背离在所附权利要求中公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,能够具有各种修改、添加以及替换。

Claims (10)

1.一种消音器整合型汽油微粒过滤器,所述过滤器包括:
过滤器,具有第一表面和第二表面、以及交替地设置的第一通道和第二通道,每个所述第一通道封闭于所述第二表面,并且每个所述第二通道封闭于所述第一表面,在废气穿过设置在所述第一通道与所述第二通道之间的壁表面时,所述过滤器收集废气微粒;以及
突出壁,在每个通道的纵向方向上形成在所述第一通道和所述第二通道中的每个通道的内壁表面上,
其中,所述突出壁降低了沿着所述第一通道和所述第二通道中的每个通道流动的所述废气的噪声。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤器,其中,每个所述突出壁从所述第一通道和所述第二通道中的每个通道的所述内壁表面朝内突出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的过滤器,进一步包括:过滤部,设置在所述第一通道和所述第二通道中的每个通道的壁表面上,所述过滤部具有气孔并且允许所述废气穿过其中,其中,所述过滤部和所述突出壁交替地设置在所述第一通道和所述第二通道中的每个通道的所述纵向方向上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的过滤器,其中,由每个所述突出壁限定的路径的横截面面积小于由每个所述过滤部限定的路径的横截面面积。
5.根据权利要求3所述的过滤器,其中,由每个所述突出壁限定的路径的入口侧的横截面面积在朝着所述突出壁的中部的方向上逐渐减小,并且由每个所述突出壁限定的所述路径的出口侧的横截面面积在从所述突出壁的所述中部朝外的方向上逐渐增大。
6.根据权利要求5所述的过滤器,其中,由每个所述突出壁限定的所述路径的横截面是多边形形状。
7.根据权利要求5所述的过滤器,其中,由每个所述突出壁限定的所述路径的横截面形状与由每个所述过滤部限定的路径的横截面形状相同。
8.根据权利要求3所述的过滤器,其中,封闭于所述第二表面的每个所述第一通道的横截面面积在朝着所述第二表面的方向上逐渐减小,并且封闭于所述第一表面的每个所述第二通道的横截面面积在朝着所述第二表面的方向上逐渐增大。
9.根据权利要求6所述的过滤器,其中,由每个所述突出壁限定的所述路径的横截面是六边形形状。
10.根据权利要求6所述的过滤器,其中,由每个所述突出壁限定的所述路径的横截面是八边形形状或四边形形状。
