本发明公开了一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂2‑4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2‑6份、醋酸钠4‑8份、平衡剂2‑3份、抗静电剂1‑2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6‑8份、硬脂酸钠5‑9份、调节稳定剂1‑2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6‑10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1‑5份、原油30‑40份、三乙醇胺2‑4份,本发明的油剂具有优良的平滑性、耐热性、渗透性、集束性和可纺性,焦油化程度低,油剂吨位损耗低等特点。

Description

一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涤纶工业丝技术领域,具体而言涉及一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
化学纤维对油剂性能要求较高,纤维上油后,需经高温拉伸和干燥,成品丝还要进行后加工、加弹、织造等工序。因此,要求油剂有一定的耐热性,受热时不分解、少挥发,不使纤维着色;油剂还要有一定的油膜强度,有良好的平滑性。纤维生产及后加工过程中无毛丝、断头,尽量减少白粉、析出物,油剂还要能赋予纤维优异的抗静电性能等。近年来随着合成工业纤维的发展,涤纶工业丝的生产工艺具有纺丝速度快、拉伸温度高等特点,其中普通高强型的拉伸温度为200—220℃,而高强低缩型工业丝的拉伸温度达240~260℃。因此,要求油剂具有更高的耐热性,还具备优良的高温平滑性、集束性及后加工性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂及其制备方法,本发明的油剂具有优良的平滑性、耐热性、渗透性、集束性和可纺性,焦油化程度低,油剂吨位损耗低等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂2-4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2-6份、醋酸钠4-8份、平衡剂2-3份、抗静电剂1-2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6-8份、硬脂酸钠5-9份、调节稳定剂1-2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-5份、原油30-40份、三乙醇胺2-4份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂2份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、醋酸钠4份、平衡剂2份、抗静电剂1份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6份、硬脂酸钠5份、调节稳定剂1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、原油30份、三乙醇胺2份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂3份、油酸二乙醇酰胺4份、醋酸钠6份、平衡剂2.5份、抗静电剂1.5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯7份、硬脂酸钠7份、调节稳定剂1.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、原油35份、三乙醇胺3份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺6份、醋酸钠8份、平衡剂3份、抗静电剂2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、硬脂酸钠9份、调节稳定剂2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、原油40份、三乙醇胺4份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、将油酸二乙醇酰胺、醋酸钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯和硬脂酸钠混合均匀,温度为30~100℃,反应1~5h制得混合物一;
步骤二、将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、原油、三乙醇胺混合均匀,温度为30~100℃,反应1~5h制得混合物二;
步骤三、将步骤一所得混合物一与步骤二所得混合物二进行混合;
步骤四、将步骤三所得加入平滑剂、平衡剂、抗静电剂、调节稳定剂搅拌20~60分钟,混合均匀后既得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的油剂具有优良的平滑性、耐热性、渗透性、集束性和可纺性;
2、本发明焦油化程度低,油剂吨位损耗低等特点。

一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂2-4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2-6份、醋酸钠4-8份、平衡剂2-3份、抗静电剂1-2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6-8份、硬脂酸钠5-9份、调节稳定剂1-2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-5份、原油30-40份、三乙醇胺2-4份。
实施例二:
一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂2份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、醋酸钠4份、平衡剂2份、抗静电剂1份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6份、硬脂酸钠5份、调节稳定剂1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、原油30份、三乙醇胺2份。
实施例三:
一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂3份、油酸二乙醇酰胺4份、醋酸钠6份、平衡剂2.5份、抗静电剂1.5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯7份、硬脂酸钠7份、调节稳定剂1.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、原油35份、三乙醇胺3份。
实施例四:
一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺6份、醋酸钠8份、平衡剂3份、抗静电剂2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、硬脂酸钠9份、调节稳定剂2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、原油40份、三乙醇胺4份。
实施例五:
一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将油酸二乙醇酰胺、醋酸钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯和硬脂酸钠混合均匀,温度为30~100℃,反应1~5h制得混合物一;
步骤二、将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、原油、三乙醇胺混合均匀,温度为30~100℃,反应1~5h制得混合物二;
步骤三、将步骤一所得混合物一与步骤二所得混合物二进行混合;
步骤四、将步骤三所得加入平滑剂、平衡剂、抗静电剂、调节稳定剂搅拌20~60分钟,混合均匀后既得成品。

平滑剂2-4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2-6份、醋酸钠4-8份、平衡剂2-3份、抗静电剂1-2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6-8份、硬脂酸钠5-9份、调节稳定剂1-2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6-10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-5份、原油30-40份、三乙醇胺2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
平滑剂2份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、醋酸钠4份、平衡剂2份、抗静电剂1份、油酸聚乙二醇酯6份、硬脂酸钠5份、调节稳定剂1份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、原油30份、三乙醇胺2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:平滑剂3份、油酸二乙醇酰胺4份、醋酸钠6份、平衡剂2.5份、抗静电剂1.5份、油酸聚乙二醇酯7份、硬脂酸钠7份、调节稳定剂1.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、原油35份、三乙醇胺3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:
平滑剂4份、油酸二乙醇酰胺6份、醋酸钠8份、平衡剂3份、抗静电剂2份、油酸聚乙二醇酯8份、硬脂酸钠9份、调节稳定剂2份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、原油40份、三乙醇胺4份。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种原油型涤纶工业丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将油酸二乙醇酰胺、醋酸钠、油酸聚乙二醇酯和硬脂酸钠混合均匀,温度为30~100℃,反应1~5h制得混合物一;
步骤二、将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、原油、三乙醇胺混合均匀,温度为30~100℃,反应1~5h制得混合物二;
步骤三、将步骤一所得混合物一与步骤二所得混合物二进行混合;
步骤四、将步骤三所得加入平滑剂、平衡剂、抗静电剂、调节稳定剂搅拌20~60分钟,混合均匀后既得成品。
