本发明公开了一种水果表面清洁剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:瓜尔豆胶6‑10份、消泡剂1‑2份、植物精油6‑8份、姜汁10‑12份、竹炭粉5‑7份、椰油酸二乙醇胺4‑6份、丙二醇2‑4份、碳酸钠4‑6份、白醋12‑14份、皂角粉4‑8份、柠檬酸钠3‑5份、去离子水200‑300份,本发明成份对人体无毒害,无残留,去除效果好,能迅速的清除水果表面的蜡,使消费者可以放心的食用水果的果肉及果皮,减少了削皮的烦恼。

技术领域
本发明涉及水果清洗技术领域,具体而言涉及一种水果表面清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
水果含有丰富的人体所必需的维生素和矿物质,对人们的身体健康至关重要,因此,经常吃水果有利于人们的身体健康。有些水果,如苹果的果皮中也含有丰富的维生素和营养物质,但是农药的使用和对水果上蜡的行为使水果的安全食用受到一定的威胁。在食用水果的过程中,水果的清洗则是必不可少的步骤,尤其是像苹果和梨这两种水果的吃法争议较大,因为苹果皮的营养价值较高,所以有人建议吃苹果时要连皮一块吃,这样才能汲取更多的营养,但是也有人建议苹果不能吃皮,因为为了防治病虫害,果农在果树的生长过程中往往会使用多种农药,因此果皮容易有农药残留。其实一般的清洁剂都能将农药残留给清洗干净,但是,为了保持水果的新鲜,以及让水果外观更好看,经销商会在水果上打蜡,当然水果上打的蜡,是食用蜡,分天然蜡和人工蜡两种。人工蜡则是高脂肪醇和高脂肪酸合成的一种脂肪类化合物。这种蜡进入人体,是不会被吸收的,虽然理论上是安全的,但是吃多了还是对身体不好,也有不法商家用工业蜡对水果进行处理,而用工业蜡处理过的水果,就对人体有一定的危害。这些都让消费者很不放心,对于消费者来说,都希望在吃之前将蜡去除,但蜡是最难清洗的。现有技术都是针对怎么在苹果上上蜡以及怎么清洗残留农药,很少有涉及怎么清除水果上的蜡。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种水果表面清洁剂及其制备方法,本发明成份对人体无毒害,无残留,去除效果好,能迅速的清除水果表面的蜡,使消费者可以放心的食用水果的果肉及果皮,减少了削皮的烦恼。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水果表面清洁剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数配方成分组成:瓜尔豆胶6-10份、消泡剂1-2份、植物精油6-8份、姜汁10-12份、竹炭粉5-7份、椰油酸二乙醇胺4-6份、丙二醇2-4份、碳酸钠4-6份、白醋12-14份、皂角粉4-8份、柠檬酸钠3-5份、去离子水200-300份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:瓜尔豆胶6份、消泡剂1份、植物精油6份、姜汁10份、竹炭粉5份、椰油酸二乙醇胺4份、丙二醇2份、碳酸钠4份、白醋12份、皂角粉4份、柠檬酸钠3份、去离子水200份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:瓜尔豆胶8份、消泡剂1.5份、植物精油7份、姜汁11份、竹炭粉6份、椰油酸二乙醇胺5份、丙二醇3份、碳酸钠5份、白醋13份、皂角粉6份、柠檬酸钠4份、去离子水250份。
进一步:由以下质量份数配方成分组成:瓜尔豆胶10份、消泡剂2份、植物精油8份、姜汁12份、竹炭粉7份、椰油酸二乙醇胺6份、丙二醇4份、碳酸钠6份、白醋14份、皂角粉8份、柠檬酸钠5份、去离子水300份。
进一步:本发明制备方法具有如下步骤:
步骤一、将各原料按质量份数选配,备用;
步骤二、先在PH值为6—8的水中加入植物精油、姜汁、皂角粉、竹炭粉和瓜尔豆胶,加热至60—90℃时充分搅拌;
步骤三、保证充分的溶解和乳化,冷却至4℃时加入柠檬酸钠并充分搅拌,接着加入消泡剂并搅拌,最后加入白醋,保证白醋充分溶解;
步骤四、将剩余原料混合在一起,均匀搅拌搅拌速度100转/分钟,得到水溶性澄清液。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明成份对人体无毒害,无残留,去除效果好,能迅速的清除水果表面的蜡,使消费者可以放心的食用水果的果肉及果皮,减少了削皮的烦恼。

一种水果表面清洁剂的制备方法制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将各原料按质量份数选配,备用;
步骤二、先在PH值为6—8的水中加入植物精油、姜汁、皂角粉、竹炭粉和瓜尔豆胶,加热至60—90℃时充分搅拌;
步骤三、保证充分的溶解和乳化,冷却至4℃时加入柠檬酸钠并充分搅拌,接着加入消泡剂并搅拌,最后加入白醋,保证白醋充分溶解;
步骤四、将剩余原料混合在一起,均匀搅拌搅拌速度100转/分钟,得到水溶性澄清液。

5.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种水果表面清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将各原料按质量份数选配,备用;
步骤二、先在PH值为6—8的水中加入植物精油、姜汁、皂角粉、竹炭粉和瓜尔豆胶,加热至60—90℃时充分搅拌;
步骤三、保证充分的溶解和乳化,冷却至4℃时加入柠檬酸钠并充分搅拌,接着加入消泡剂并搅拌,最后加入白醋,保证白醋充分溶解;
步骤四、将剩余原料混合在一起,均匀搅拌搅拌速度100转/分钟,得到水溶性澄清液。
