本发明公开了一种环保型轴承防锈油,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:70%~88%基础油,5%~10%成膜剂,2%~5%防锈剂,2%~5%二壬基萘磺酸钙,1%~3%高碱值石油磺酸钙,2%~5%十二烷基琥珀酸酐极其衍生物,0~1%抗氧剂,0~1%有机醇醚。本发明环保型轴承防锈油,其具有超强的防锈性、抗湿热、抗盐雾腐蚀性能和良好的人汗置换性能;且产品环保安全,不含有毒有害物质,可通过ROHS认证;产品成膜涂层还具有超薄、美观、易清洗等特点。

环保型轴承防锈油
技术领域
本发明涉及环保型轴承防锈油。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,当其它机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时,轴承可以降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数并保证其回转精度以及保持轴中心位置的固定。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。轴承在制造过程中清洗完毕后,需进行防锈处理,以达到防水、防潮、防尘、防冲击、维护轴承的质量和精度以及方便使用和销售的目的。轴承生锈会影响其精度等级,缩短其使用寿命,甚至导致其报废,或在使用过程中引发生产事故。因此,轴承防锈是轴承生产和使用单位都十分关注的一个重要问题。选择合适的防锈油是至关重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型轴承防锈油,其具有超强的防锈性、抗湿热、抗盐雾腐蚀性能和良好的人汗置换性能;且产品环保安全,不含有毒有害物质;产品成膜涂层还具有超薄、美观、易清洗等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种环保型轴承防锈油,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
70%~88%基础油,
5%~10%成膜剂,
2%~5%防锈剂,
2%~5%二壬基萘磺酸钙,
1%~3%高碱值石油磺酸钙,
2%~5%十二烷基琥珀酸酐极其衍生物,
0~1%抗氧剂,
0~1%有机醇醚。
优选的,所述基础油采用高闪点的异构烷烃溶剂。
优选的,所述成膜剂采用石蜡基基础油150SN。
优选的,所述防锈剂采用1-氧化石蜡甲酯化衍生物。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种环保型轴承防锈油,其具有超强的防锈性、抗湿热、抗盐雾腐蚀性能和良好的人汗置换性能;且产品环保安全,不含有毒有害物质,可通过ROHS认证;产品成膜涂层还具有超薄、美观、易清洗等特点。
与市面常规溶剂型轴承防锈油相比,本发明轴承防锈油全部采用环保型组分,且能达到常规钡型防锈油的同等防锈效果。
本发明还具有以下特点:
(1)本发明采用的合成异构烷烃,闪点高于60℃,几乎无味,不含芳烃等有害物质,干燥时间短。
(2)本发明采用不含钡、铅等重金属的高效油溶性缓蚀剂,盐雾时间可达到48小时以上。
(3)本发明环保型轴承防锈油的油膜薄,后续易去除。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
一种环保型轴承防锈油,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
70%~88%基础油,
5%~10%成膜剂,
2%~5%防锈剂,
2%~5%二壬基萘磺酸钙,
1%~3%高碱值石油磺酸钙,
2%~5%十二烷基琥珀酸酐极其衍生物,
0~1%抗氧剂,
0~1%有机醇醚;
所述基础油采用高闪点的异构烷烃溶剂。
所述成膜剂采用石蜡基基础油150SN。
所述防锈剂采用1-氧化石蜡甲酯化衍生物。
本发明环保型轴承防锈油的性能测试如下:
外观:清澈透明液体;
密度(g/cm3,15℃):0.7~1.0;
粘度(40℃,mm2/s):1.5~2.5;
闪点(℃)≥61;
酸值(mgKOH/g)≤0.5;
分水时间,分钟:<5;
油膜厚度,<3um;
盐雾试验,>48h;
湿热试验>500h。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
一种环保型轴承防锈油,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
88%基础油:高闪点的异构烷烃溶剂,
5%成膜剂:石蜡基基础油150SN,
2%防锈剂:1-氧化石蜡甲酯化衍生物,
2%二壬基萘磺酸钙,
1%高碱值石油磺酸钙,
2%十二烷基琥珀酸酐极其衍生物。
实施例2
一种环保型轴承防锈油,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
70%基础油:高闪点的异构烷烃溶剂,
10%成膜剂:石蜡基基础油150SN,
5%防锈剂:1-氧化石蜡甲酯化衍生物,
5%二壬基萘磺酸钙,
3%高碱值石油磺酸钙,
5%十二烷基琥珀酸酐极其衍生物,
1%抗氧剂,
1%有机醇醚。

1.环保型轴承防锈油,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
70%~88%基础油,
5%~10%成膜剂,
2%~5%防锈剂,
2%~5%二壬基萘磺酸钙,
1%~3%高碱值石油磺酸钙,
2%~5%十二烷基琥珀酸酐极其衍生物,
0~1%抗氧剂,
0~1%有机醇醚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型轴承防锈油,其特征在于,所述基础油采用高闪点的异构烷烃溶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型轴承防锈油,其特征在于,所述成膜剂采用石蜡基基础油150SN。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保型轴承防锈油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂采用1-氧化石蜡甲酯化衍生物。
