Abstract

本发明公开了一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂,属于防锈复合剂技术领域,其包括以下重量百分比的组分:磺酸钙70%‑80%;氧化蜡10%~15%;琥珀酸酐5%~10%;二环己胺2%‑5%。本发明还提供了一种无钡型防锈油的防锈复配剂的制备方法和一种无钡防锈油。本发明相较于现有技术具有以下优点:不含有毒的钡盐,对环境和人体友好;优异的防锈性能,能提供长效的防锈;清净性卓越,后道清洗易除去;优异的润滑性,后道冲压加工无需再涂油。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈复合剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂、制备方法及无钡防锈油。
背景技术
金属板材防腐是钢板生产厂家在生产,运输,储存等过程中非常重要的一个环节,高温潮湿的气候,大气中的酸性物质,粉尘等污染物都会对金属板材产生锈蚀,污染等腐蚀作用。在钢板表面涂覆防锈油能起到防护,环保及润滑作用。
目前,国内现用钢板防锈油大都使用含钡防锈剂,由于钡盐具有一定的毒性,该种防锈剂后道的脱脂时直接溶于脱脂液中,给环境带来严重的影响。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂、制备方法及无钡防锈油。旨在解决现有技术中含钡防锈油防锈性能不理想、不安全环保的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂,其包括以下重量百分比的组分:
磺酸钙70%-80%;
氧化蜡10%~15%;
琥珀酸酐5%~10%;
二环己胺2%-5%。
进一步地,上述的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:
磺酸钙含量在71%-75%;氧化蜡含量在11%-13%;琥珀酸酐含量在5%-8%;二环己胺含量在3%-4%。
进一步地,上述的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:
磺酸钙71%;
氧化蜡12%;
琥珀酸酐6%;
二环己胺3%。
一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)根据上述中任一配比,准备防锈复配剂的材料;
2)将各成分的所述材料进行混合,充分搅拌至少2小时,制得防锈复合剂。
一种无钡型防锈油,其包括以下重量百分比的组分:
基础油60N,90%-92%;
上述的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂8%-10%。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,发现几种添加剂的复配之后的效果,不论是防锈,还是清洗性能,都远比一种添加剂的效果好;此外,复配之后的添加剂包的添加量也比单一的添加剂用量少,相对而言,成本降低;另外,添加剂包中的添加剂,安全,环保。
2、本发明相较于现有技术,不含有毒的钡盐,对环境和人体友好;优异的防锈性能,能提供长效的防锈;清净性卓越,后道清洗易除去;优异的润滑性,后道冲压加工无需再涂油。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂,通过实验得出三种添加剂复配之后效果最佳,复配比例如下:
磺酸钙71%;
氧化蜡12%;
琥珀酸酐6%;
二环己胺3%。
还可以为以下范围内的其他配比:
磺酸钙70%-80%;
氧化蜡10%~15%;
琥珀酸酐5%~10%;
二环己胺2%-5%。
一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)根据上述中任一配比,准备防锈复配剂的材料;
2)将各成分的所述材料进行混合,充分搅拌至少2小时,制得防锈复合剂。
一种无钡型防锈油,其包括以下重量百分比的组分:
基础油60N,90%-92%;
上述的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂8%-10%。
本发明提供的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂、制备方法及无钡防锈油,主要针对防锈油的防锈性进行研究,发现几种添加剂的复配之后的效果,不论是防锈,还是清洗性能都远比一种添加剂的效果好;此外,复配之后的添加剂包的添加量也比单一的添加剂用量少,相对而言,成本降低;另外,添加剂包中的添加剂,可生物降解,环保。
因此,本发明相较于现有技术具有以下优点:
1不含有毒的钡盐,对环境和人体友好;
2优异的防锈性能,能提供长效的防锈;
3清净性卓越,后道清洗易除去;
4优异的润滑性,后道冲压加工无需再涂油;

1.一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下组分:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂,其特征在于,磺酸钙含量在71%-75%;氧化蜡含量在11%-13%;琥珀酸酐含量在5%-8%;二环己胺含量在3%-4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂,其特征在于,磺酸钙含量在71%;氧化蜡含量在12%;琥珀酸酐含量在6%;二环己胺含量在3%。
4.一种权利要求1-3所述的无钡防锈油的防锈复合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)根据权利要求1-3中任一配比,准备防锈复配剂的材料;
2)将各成分的所述材料进行混合,充分搅拌至少2小时,制得防锈复合剂。
5.一种无钡型防锈油,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
基础油60N,90%-92%;
权利要求1-3所述的一种无钡型防锈油的防锈复配剂8%-10%。
