Abstract

本发明涉及一种多效型防锈复合添加剂及其制备方法,本多效型防锈复合添加剂,包括硼酸、癸二酸、己二酸、二聚酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、特种胺、高级脂肪酸和偶合剂,余量为水。本多效型防锈复合添加剂的制备方法步骤为:(一)将硼酸、癸二酸、己二酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、特种胺按比例加入反应罐进行酸碱反应脱水;(二)将二聚酸、高级脂肪酸按比例加入;(三)加入偶合剂和水得到所述多效型防锈复合添加剂。本发明多效型防锈复合添加剂中不含亚硝酸盐,且能对铜、铝、锌和碳钢等都能提供防锈保护的能力,兼有一定的润滑性和极压性。

多效型防锈复合添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多效型防锈复合添加剂及其制备方法,属于有机化学技术领域。
背景技术
水性金属加工液在加工过程中通常具有良好的润滑性、冷却性以及防锈防腐蚀性,在加工过程中通常都会有工作液更好的保护,而工序间没有工作液的保护,金属工件更容易受到环境的影响而腐蚀。原因一是空气中的氧和潮湿会使金属表面生成氧化物造成锈蚀,二是残留在工件上的切削液中的添加剂里,特别是一些极压添加剂里,含有的硫化物、氯化物以及表面活性剂的环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷等都能加快金属表面的腐蚀。因此,金属加工液本身就需要具有优秀的金属保护功能,并能使工件在工序间也具备较好的防锈性。
而目前同行业中的金属加工液多使用亚硝酸钠,而亚硝酸盐浓度未知则更容易加速金属腐蚀,不能达到防锈的效果,还会对人体和环境有毒,会产生不利影响。并且目前的防锈添加剂不能多种金属同时适用,特别是针对不同金属、铜、铝、锌、碳钢等无法满足。也多为仅仅起到防锈功能,不能有多种功效。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种多效型防锈复合添加剂及其制备方法,其具体技术方案如下:
一种多效型防锈复合添加剂,包括硼酸、癸二酸、己二酸、二聚酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、特种胺、高级脂肪酸和偶合剂,余量为水,各组分的质量比例为:

进一步的,所述的高级脂肪酸为格尔伯特酸、异壬酸、妥尔油脂肪酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、聚异丁烯丁二酸中的任一种或任意种组合。
进一步的,所述的偶合剂为二丙二醇、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、三乙二醇丁醚中的任一种或任意种组合。
进一步的,所述的特种胺为二甘醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、异丁醇胺中的任一种或任意两种组合。
一种多效型防锈复合添加剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
步骤1:将硼酸、癸二酸、己二酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、特种胺按权利要求1中比例加入反应罐中,升温至60-80℃真空环境下进行酸碱反应脱水,至压强不再变化后,搅拌30~40分钟,得到各种盐、酯、酰胺混合物,即混合物a;
步骤2:将二聚酸、高级脂肪酸按权利要求1中比例缓慢加入到步骤1生成的混合物a中,温度控制为40~50℃均匀搅拌30分钟,得到混合物b;
步骤3:冷却至40℃,在混合物b中加入权利要求1中比例的偶合剂,再加入权利要求1中比例的水均匀搅拌30~45分钟,得到所述多效型防锈复合添加剂。
本发明的有益效果是:生成物中不含亚硝酸盐,且能对铜、铝、锌和碳钢都提供防锈保护的能力,兼有一定的润滑性和极压性。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例说明本发明所达到的有益效果:
空白对比例:未加入任何防锈添加剂下的金属加工件。
对照组:加了普通防锈剂的金属加工件。
实施例1:各组分的质量比例为:

制备方法步骤为:将硼酸、己二酸、癸二酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二甘醇胺按比例加入反应罐中,在60-80℃真空条件下加热脱水搅拌30-40分钟;将二聚酸、高级脂肪酸按比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌30分钟;冷却至40℃,加入偶合剂、水,加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃下搅拌30~45分钟。
实施例2
多效型防锈复合添加剂,按重量百分比计由以下组分组成:

制备方法包括如下步骤:将硼酸、己二酸、癸二酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、异丁醇胺按比例加入反应罐中,在60-80℃真空条件下加热脱水搅拌30-40分钟;将二聚酸、高级脂肪酸按质量百分比比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌30分钟;
冷却至40℃,将偶合水加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃搅拌30~45分钟。
实施例3
多效型防锈复合添加剂,按重量百分比计由以下组分组成:

制备方法包括如下步骤:将硼酸、己二酸、癸二酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、异丁醇胺按比例加入反应罐中,在60-80℃真空条件下加热脱水搅拌30-40分钟;将二聚酸、高级脂肪酸按质量百分比比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌30分钟;
冷却至40℃,将偶合水加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃搅拌30~45分钟。

由此表1可得,当没有使用任何防锈添加剂时,pH值偏高更易腐蚀,防锈时间短,最大无卡咬负荷较小;当使用了普通防锈剂时,pH值稍有降低,防锈时间也较短,最大无卡咬负荷仍然较低;用了本发明的多效型防锈复合添加剂后,pH值偏高更易腐蚀,防锈时间加长一倍,最大无卡咬负荷较高,研究表明,本发明中的多效型防锈复合添加剂具有能对铜、铝、锌和碳钢提供防锈保护的能力,兼有一定的润滑性和极压性的特点,具备较好的使用前景。

Claims (5)

1.一种多效型防锈复合添加剂,其特征在于:包括硼酸、癸二酸、己二酸、二聚酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、特种胺、高级脂肪酸和偶合剂,余量为水,各组分的质量比例为:
硼酸 1-15%
癸二酸 1-10%;
己二酸 1-10%;
二聚酸 1-10%;
苯三唑 1-10%;
噻二唑 1-10%;
单乙醇胺 5-15%;
三乙醇胺 5-15%;
特种胺 5-15%
高级脂肪酸 5-15%;
偶合剂 1-5%;
水 1-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多效型防锈复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述的高级脂肪酸为格尔伯特酸、异壬酸、妥尔油脂肪酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、聚异丁烯丁二酸中的任一种或任意种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多效型防锈复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述的偶合剂为二丙二醇、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、三乙二醇丁醚中的任一种或任意种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多效型防锈复合添加剂,其特征在于,所述的特种胺为二甘醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、异丁醇胺中的任一种或任意两种组合。
5.一种多效型防锈复合添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
步骤1:将硼酸、癸二酸、己二酸、苯三唑、噻二唑、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、特种胺按权利要求1中比例加入反应罐中,升温至60-80℃真空环境下进行酸碱反应脱水,至压强不再变化后,搅拌30~40分钟,得到各种盐、酯、酰胺混合物,即混合物a;
步骤2:将二聚酸、高级脂肪酸按权利要求1中比例缓慢加入到步骤1生成的混合物a中,温度控制为40~50℃均匀搅拌30分钟,得到混合物b;
步骤3:冷却至40℃,在混合物b中加入权利要求1中比例的偶合剂,再加入权利要求1中比例的水均匀搅拌30~45分钟,得到所述多效型防锈复合添加剂。
