本发明提供了一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂,由以下组分组成:癸二酸、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、低泡表面活性剂、高级脂肪酸、抗硬水剂、铝缓蚀剂、基础油、偶合剂、杀菌剂、水。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:可以制备出不含对人体和环境产生不利影响的亚硝酸盐等有毒化学品,不含磺酸钠,不含消泡剂,消泡效果良好,能保持较长的使用寿命,防腐防锈以及润滑性能极佳,适合各种黑色金属以及有色金属机加工的半合成切削液。

一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工液添加剂及其制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
半合成金属切削液的工作液具有像合成切削液稀释液一样的透明或者半透明的外观,有利于加工时观察工件表面状态,使用寿命、清洗性比普通乳化切削液更长;相比合成切削液,半合成切削液的润滑以及防锈性更好,因此半合成切削液综合了乳化切削液和合成液的优点,是目前切削液的重点发展方向。
然而半合成切削液中含有较少的基础油以及用到较多的表面活性剂,泡沫性能就比较差,添加含硅消泡剂虽能控制初始状态的泡沫,但是经过长时间的循环后,消泡剂的作用失效,对稀释液的稳定性也会有所影响,因此开发一款不含消泡剂而又能适合南北方不同水质硬度条件下的低泡型半合成切削液显得较为重要,我们也因此开发制备了一款不含消泡剂的低泡型半合成切削液的复合剂。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂及其制备方法,不仅可以在水质较软的环境下具有较好的消泡性能,而且在水质硬度较大的环境下也可以有较好的消泡性而又不产生过多的脂肪酸皂,并具有良好的硬水稳定性。
一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:

进一步的,所述的高级脂肪酸为异壬酸、妥尔油脂肪酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、二聚酸、聚异丁烯丁二酸中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的偶合剂为格尔伯特醇、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、三乙二醇丁醚中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的铝缓蚀剂为磷酸酯;所述抗硬水剂为乙二胺四乙酸、乙二酸四乙酸二钠、乙二酸四乙酸四钠的一种或两种以上混合物;所述低泡表面活性剂为直链、支链或者芳香族的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯、聚氧丙烯醚。
进一步的,所述的基础油为石蜡基、环烷基基础油中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述的杀菌剂为杀细菌和真菌的复配物,为三嗪、亚甲基二吗啉、苯丙异噻啉酮、甲基苯丙异噻啉酮中的一种或几种。
所述的一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
1)将癸二酸1-10%、三乙醇胺5-15%、单乙醇胺5-15%、水1-10%按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40分钟至固体溶解;
2)将低泡表面活性剂5-25%、高级脂肪酸5-15%、抗硬水剂1-5%、铝缓蚀剂1-5%、偶合剂1-5%按比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌均匀30分钟;
3)将余量基础油加入,在40℃以下加入杀菌剂,搅拌均匀30-45分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:可以制备出不含对人体和环境产生不利影响的亚硝酸盐等有毒化学品,不含磺酸钠,不含消泡剂,消泡效果良好,能保持较长的使用寿命,防腐防锈以及润滑性能极佳,适合各种黑色金属以及有色金属机加工的半合成切削液。

实施例1
一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂,按重量百分比计由以下组分组成:

制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将癸二酸、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、水按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40 分钟至固体溶解;
2)将低泡表面活性剂、高级脂肪酸、抗硬水剂、铝缓蚀剂、偶合剂按质量百分比比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌20分钟;
3)加入基础油,冷却至40℃,将杀菌剂加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃搅拌 20-25分钟。
实施例2
不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂,按重量百分比计由以下组分组成:

制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将癸二酸、三乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、水按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40 分钟至固体溶解;
2)将低泡表面活性剂、高级脂肪酸、抗硬水剂、偶合剂按质量百分比比例加入到步骤1 的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌20分钟;
3)加入基础油,冷却至40℃,将杀菌剂加入通过步骤2得到的混合物中,在40℃搅拌 20-25分钟。
对实施例1、实施例2的低泡半合成切削液复合剂按照重量百分比40%复合剂添加量+30%22#环烷基基础油+30%水配成切削液后进行了性能测试,性能结果见下表:实施例1添加铝缓蚀剂后可以用于铝加工。

三乙醇胺 5-15%;

高级脂肪酸 5-15%;
抗硬水剂 1-5%;
铝缓蚀剂 1-5%;
基础油 5-15%;
偶合剂 1-5%;
杀菌剂 1-5%;
水 1-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不含消泡剂的低泡半合成切削液复合剂,其特征在于,所述的高级脂肪酸为异壬酸、妥尔油脂肪酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、二聚酸、聚异丁烯丁二酸中的一种或几种。

1)将癸二酸1-10%、三乙醇胺5-15%、单乙醇胺5-15%、水1-10%按比例加入反应罐中,在50-60℃条件下搅拌30-40分钟至固体溶解;
2)将低泡表面活性剂5-25%、高级脂肪酸5-15%、抗硬水剂1-5%、铝缓蚀剂1-5%、偶合剂1-5%按比例加入到步骤1的混合物中,在40-50℃搅拌均匀30分钟;
