本发明的优点在于:本发明选用蜡类物质和树脂做防锈剂的成膜物质,其特点是蜡类物质本身具有一定的疏水性,树脂有一定的韧性或塑性,可使防锈保护膜具有一定的疏水性和强度,并使防锈物质与目标物件表面形成良好的吸附保护层,阻止或减缓酸、碱、盐物质对物件的浸蚀。选用咪唑啉铵盐类物质作防锈物质,因该类物质无毒或毒性小,对环境友好,使产品无毒无味。该防锈保护剂涂附钢铁金属表面上,可在目标物件上形成有一定韧性和强度的吸附防锈保护膜,克服了一般水基防锈剂对金属涂抹粘附困难的缺陷,又具有金属后处理时清洗方便的特点。选用脂肪酸与脂肪胺水溶液反应制成具有凝胶体性能的物质,再与其它油相物质乳化获得最终产品,可以保证该产品在高温下仍具有较好粘附性,可在金属、箔材和其它金属机械设备部件涂附时反复升温使用,克服了一般乳液产品或常用的防锈油产品在温度较高时不能涂附或不易涂附的缺陷。
本发明的防锈剂可以在设备表面形成一层防锈膜,附着力强,耐压性能良好,不仅防水防锈,而且还起到防腐的保护作用,也具有对设备形成良好的保护,提高设备的性能指数,延长了使用寿命。

本发明提供的防锈剂,能形成一层防锈保护膜,使其具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,配方经济、功能持久,防锈效果好,能满足防锈要求和市场的需求。
