本发明涉及一种新型橡塑保温材料,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:丁腈橡胶34‑46份、耐老化改性剂3‑15份、氯化聚乙烯33‑38份、耐老化增塑剂3‑20份、氢氧化铝12‑19份、氯化石蜡1‑3份、氧化镁为7‑8份、阻燃剂25‑40份、三氧化二锑16‑19份、耐低温增塑剂13‑19份、玄武岩纤维19‑23份、发泡剂10‑15份、氧化钙7‑12份、填充剂10‑25份、滑石粉为4‑8份、防老剂18‑29份、氯化石蜡21‑27份、炭黑12‑15份、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌16‑27份、空心微球21‑38份。本发明的优点在于:本发明采用丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶一种或两种的混合物作为耐老化改性剂,采用邻苯二甲酸二丙基庚酯作为耐老化增塑剂,防老化性能明显提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡塑制品技术领域,特别涉及一种新型橡塑保温材料。
背景技术
目前,NBR/PVC体系橡塑发泡保温材料已经广泛应用于空调、冰箱等家用电器和和室外管道保温等领域。现有的橡塑发泡材料在高温下易老化,丧失弹性甚至发生开裂现象,造成使用寿命问题缩短。
同时,随着欧盟对进入其市场的所有化学品进行预防性管理的REACH法规的出台,空调冰箱等家用电器出口时需特别控制其保温材料中短链氯化石蜡和偶氮二甲酰胺的含量不要超出REACH法规中的标准。现有的橡塑发泡材料中短链氯化石蜡和偶氮二甲酰胺的含量一般很容易超标。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能长期保持其弹性,不会发生开裂现象,增加使用寿命的新型橡塑保温材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型橡塑保温材料,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
丁腈橡胶34-46份、耐老化改性剂3-15份、氯化聚乙烯33-38份、耐老化增塑剂3-20份、氢氧化铝12-19份、氯化石蜡1-3份、氧化镁为7-8份、阻燃剂25-40份、三氧化二锑16-19份、耐低温增塑剂13-19份、玄武岩纤维19-23份、发泡剂10-15份、氧化钙7-12份、填充剂10-25份、滑石粉为4-8份、防老剂18-29份、氯化石蜡21-27份、炭黑12-15份、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌16-27份、空心微球21-38份。
进一步的,所述空心微球的平均粒径d=50-80um。
进一步的,所述阻湿层包括牛皮纸层和铝箔层,所述铝箔层对称设有所述牛皮纸层两侧。
进一步的,所述牛皮纸层的厚度是所述铝箔层的1.4-2倍。
本发明的优点在于:本发明采用的空心微球,能够有效降低本发明材料的导热系数,进而显著提高保温隔热性能。特别的,所述空心微球可通过本领域任一现有技术制备获得。
本发明采用丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶一种或两种的混合物作为耐老化改性剂,采用邻苯二甲酸二丙基庚酯作为耐老化增塑剂,防老化性能明显提高,能长期保持其弹性,不会发生开裂现象,增加使用寿命。
本发明配方使用氢氧化铝、氯化聚乙烯、三氧化二锑,氯化石蜡作为主要原料,不仅能阻燃,而且可以防止发烟、不产生滴下物、不产生有毒气体。

实施例1
本发明的新型橡塑保温材料按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
丁腈橡胶34份、耐老化改性剂3份、氯化聚乙烯33份、耐老化增塑剂3份、氢氧化铝12份、氯化石蜡1份、氧化镁为7份、阻燃剂25份、三氧化二锑16份、耐低温增塑剂13份、玄武岩纤维19份、发泡剂10份、氧化钙7份、填充剂10份、滑石粉为4份、防老剂18份、氯化石蜡21份、炭黑12份、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌16份、空心微球21份。
上述配方中,空心微球的平均粒径d=50-80um,阻湿层包括牛皮纸层和铝箔层,所述铝箔层对称设有所述牛皮纸层两侧,牛皮纸层的厚度是所述铝箔层的1.4-2倍。

上述配方中,空心微球的平均粒径d=50-80um,阻湿层包括牛皮纸层和铝箔层,所述铝箔层对称设有所述牛皮纸层两侧,牛皮纸层的厚度是所述铝箔层的1.4-2倍。

丁腈橡胶40份、耐老化改性剂9份、氯化聚乙烯35份、耐老化增塑剂11份、氢氧化铝15份、氯化石蜡2份、氧化镁为7份、阻燃剂33份、三氧化二锑17份、耐低温增塑剂16份、玄武岩纤维21份、发泡剂13份、氧化钙10份、填充剂18份、滑石粉为6份、防老剂23份、氯化石蜡24份、炭黑13份、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌21份、空心微球29份。
上述配方中,空心微球的平均粒径d=50-80um,阻湿层包括牛皮纸层和铝箔层,所述铝箔层对称设有所述牛皮纸层两侧,牛皮纸层的厚度是所述铝箔层的1.4-2倍。
