Abstract

本发明涉及金属加工润滑剂,用作铜板带热轧或冷轧过程中的润滑剂与冷却剂,其具体涉及一种由铜板带轧制微乳液及其制备方法。该组合物是通过油酸、三乙醇胺、失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇200、石油磺酸钠复配而成的表面活性剂溶于加氢基础油中,再辅以特定的助表面活性剂、1,2,3‑苯骈三氮唑缓蚀剂和硫酸钠电解质溶液而制成轧制微乳液,用来代替传统乳化油具有原料易得,价格低廉且长期稳定不分层,并且由此微乳液加水稀释而成的乳化液具有优良的润滑性,抗腐蚀性,和存储稳定性。

Description

一种铜板带轧制微乳液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工润滑剂,用作铜板带热轧或冷轧过程中的润滑剂与冷却剂,其具体涉及一种铜板带轧制微乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属轧制液是指用于金属轧制加工过程中具有润滑和冷却作用的材料。在铜板带轧制行业中,由于对铜材各方面质量要求苛刻故对轧制润滑剂的选择也极为慎重。目前使用较广泛的冷轧轧制液为含有多种功能添加剂的纯油基产品,而随着轧机的速度和压下率的不断提高,以及多辊轧机的规模化应用,使得传统扎针轧制液面临诸多严重缺陷,例如冷却性差,易着火,脱脂难,废液难处理以及成本高等。因此,铜板带轧制液逐渐向水基化的方向发展,微乳化技术得到了广泛的关注。
由微乳化技术制备的微乳液是由表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油与水等组分在适当条件下组成的透明或半透明状、各向同性、粒径分布在1~100nm之间的均相稳定的热力学体系。而再由微乳液制备的的水包油型(O/W)轧制乳化液液兼具纯油性轧制油润滑性、易铺展性、防锈缓蚀性和水基轧制液的优良冷却性、清洁性,同时比传统乳化液更稳定,更易运输且成本更低,完全符合国内铜加工企业节能降本、绿色环保的发展方向,具有广阔应用前景。
发明内容
本发明是一种微乳液,目的是提供一种冷却性能、润滑性能、稳定性、抗腐蚀防锈能力优良且成本较低的新型冷轧轧制润滑剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种铜板带轧制微乳液,其特征为采用加氢油为基础油,以多种非离子型乳化剂包括失水山梨醇月桂酸酯(Span20)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-7)和聚乙二醇200(PEG200)、油酸、三乙醇胺与含30%~35%活性物的石油磺酸钠的阴离子型乳化剂复配得到合成乳化剂,并辅以助乳化剂,从而形成乳化性能优良的乳化体系。为改善轧制润滑和防锈性能,以硫化脂肪酸酯为极压抗磨剂,以1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑为缓蚀防锈剂;最终以硫酸钠的水溶液作为电解质取代传统氯化物以增强体系防锈性。各组分具体重量百分比如下:加氢基础油:20-25%、硫酸钠水溶液(0.03mol/L):17-28%、油酸6-8%、三乙醇胺:2.0-4.5%、Span20:8-12%、NP-7:7-11%、PEG200:3-7%、石油磺酸钠:8-11%、助乳化剂:7-10%、硫化脂肪酸酯:3-6%、1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑:1.0-2.0%。
进一步的,所述的加氢基础油优选10#加氢白油;
所述的助乳化剂优选正丙醇、正丁醇、正戊醇。
本发明提供上述铜板带冷轧微乳化轧制液的制备方法:
(1)按上述配方各称取一定量乳化剂Span20,NP-7,石油磺酸钠、PEG200、油酸和三乙醇胺放入反应釜中,在60~70℃剧烈搅拌10-30分钟得到合成乳化剂。将加氢基础油中加入硫化脂肪酸酯和助乳化剂搅拌均匀后再加入合成乳化剂,加热至40~50℃保温静置以除去气泡,然后冷却至室温,最终得到稳定的油相。
(2)称取适量1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑固体并使其溶解于一定量浓度为0.03mol/L硫酸钠水溶液中,得到混合硫酸钠电解质溶液。
(3)将上述制备好的电解质溶液缓慢加入到油相中,加入时快速搅拌,待混合溶液由最开始浑浊变澄清透明后,即得铜板带冷轧微乳液。使用时根据实际生产情况用水稀释至质量浓度8~15%。
本发明微乳液含水量可达17%~28%,在800r/min高速离心下不分层,分散均匀且长期稳定,易于存储和运输,避免厂家直接运输大量不稳定乳化液,有效降低生产成本。而由微乳液稀释成的O/W型乳化液能直接用于铜板带冷轧过程中,具有润滑性能优良,防锈周期长的特点。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行更详尽的描述,但本发明并不仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
实施例1具体各组分配方如下所示。

(1)按上述配方各称取一定量乳化剂Span20,NP-7,石油磺酸钠、PEG200、油酸和三乙醇胺放入反应釜中,在60~70℃剧烈搅拌20分钟得到合成乳化剂。将加氢基础油中加入正丁醇搅拌均匀后再加入合成乳化剂,加热至40~50℃保温静置以除去气泡,然后冷却至室温,最终得到稳定的油相。
(2)称取适量1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑固体并使其溶解于一定量浓度为0.03mol/L硫酸钠水溶液中,得到混合硫酸钠电解质溶液。
(3)将上述制备好的硫酸钠溶液缓慢加入到油相中,并快速搅拌,待混合溶液由最开始浑浊变澄清透明后,即得铜板带冷轧微乳液。按配方1得到的微乳液澄清透明,静置四周不分层。由此稀释至8%的乳化液分散均匀,析油析皂极少。对本实施例制备的乳化液的摩擦学性能,防锈性能和稳定性进行了分析,其具体性能参数见表1。
实施例2
实施例2具体各组分配方如下所示。
(1)按上述配方各称取一定量乳化剂Span20,NP-7,石油磺酸钠、PEG200、油酸和三乙醇胺放入反应釜中,在60~70℃剧烈搅拌20分钟得到合成乳化剂。将加氢基础油中加入正丙醇搅拌均匀后再加入合成乳化剂,加热至40~50℃保温静置以除去气泡,然后冷却至室温,最终得到稳定的油相。
(2)称取适量1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑固体并使其溶解于一定量浓度为0.03mol/L硫酸钠水溶液中,得到混合硫酸钠电解质溶液。
(3)将上述制备好的硫酸钠溶液缓慢加入到油相中,并快速搅拌,待混合溶液由最开始浑浊变澄清透明后,即得铜板带冷轧微乳液。按配方2得到的微乳液澄清透明,静置四周不分层。由此稀释至8%的乳化液分散均匀,析油析皂极少。对本实施例制备的乳化液的摩擦学性能,防锈性能和稳定性进行了分析,其具体性能参数见表1。

(1)按上述配方各称取一定量乳化剂Span20,NP-7,石油磺酸钠、PEG200、油酸和三乙醇胺放入反应釜中,在60~70℃剧烈搅拌20分钟得到合成乳化剂。将加氢基础油中加入正戊醇搅拌均匀后再加入合成乳化剂,加热至40~50℃保温静置以除去气泡,然后冷却至室温,最终得到稳定的油相。
(2)称取适量1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑固体并使其溶解于一定量浓度为0.03mol/L硫酸钠水溶液中,得到混合硫酸钠电解质溶液。
(3)将上述制备好的硫酸钠溶液缓慢加入到油相中,并快速搅拌,待混合溶液由最开始浑浊变澄清透明后,即得铜板带冷轧微乳液。按配方3得到的微乳液澄清透明,静置四周不分层。由此稀释至8%的乳化液分散均匀,析油析皂极少。对本实施例制备的乳化液的摩擦学性能,防锈性能和稳定性进行了分析,其具体性能参数见表1。

Claims (4)

1.一种铜板带轧制微乳液,其特征在于采用加氢油为基础油,以多种非离子型乳化剂包括失水山梨醇月桂酸酯Span20、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚NP-7和聚乙二醇200PEG200、油酸、三乙醇胺与含30%~35%活性物的石油磺酸钠的阴离子型乳化剂复配得到合成乳化剂,并辅以助乳化剂,从而形成乳化性能优良的乳化体系;为改善轧制润滑和防锈性能,以硫化脂肪酸酯为极压抗磨剂,以1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑为缓蚀防锈剂;最终以硫酸钠的水溶液作为电解质取代传统氯化物以增强体系防锈性;各组分具体重量百分比如下:加氢基础油:20-25%、硫酸钠水溶液(0.03mol/L):17-28%、油酸6-8%、三乙醇胺:2.0-4.5%、Span20:8-12%、NP-7:7-11%、PEG200:3-7%、石油磺酸钠:8-11%、助乳化剂:7-10%、硫化脂肪酸酯:3-6%、1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑:1.0-2.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种铜板带轧制微乳液,其特征在于所述的加氢基础油为10#加氢白油。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种铜板带轧制微乳液,其特征在于所述的助乳化剂为正丙醇、正丁醇或正戊醇。
4.一种如权利要求1所述铜板带轧制微乳液的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按上述配方各称取一定量乳化剂Span20,NP-7,石油磺酸钠、PEG200、油酸和三乙醇胺放入反应釜中,在60~70℃剧烈搅拌10-30分钟得到合成乳化剂;将加氢基础油中加入硫化脂肪酸酯和助乳化剂搅拌均匀后再加入合成乳化剂,加热至40~50℃保温静置以除去气泡,然后冷却至室温,最终得到稳定的油相;
(2)称取适量1,2,3-苯骈三氮唑固体并使其溶解于一定量浓度为0.03mol/L硫酸钠水溶液中,得到混合硫酸钠电解质溶液;
(3)将上述制备好的电解质溶液缓慢加入到油相中,加入时快速搅拌,待混合溶液由最开始浑浊变澄清透明后,即得铜板带冷轧微乳液;使用时根据实际生产情况用水稀释至质量浓度8~15%。
