本发明涉及纸管胶领域,具体涉及一种异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺。异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,该工艺的原料为聚乙烯醇、高岭土、玉米淀粉、甲醛、盐酸、氢氧化钠、塑化剂、过硫酸钾、乙二醇、自来水和异辛酯废水。优点是配方合理,工艺完善,通过吧异辛酯废水作为生产纸管胶的原料,解决了异辛酯废水处理问题,同时也解决了纸管胶原料问题,节省成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸管胶领域,具体涉及一种异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺。
背景技术
目前纸管胶生产需要大量原料,成本高,同时目前异辛酯生产过程中产生大量废水,废水回收处理也需要很多资金,我们目前研究一种工艺把异辛酯废水用来生产纸管胶。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,配方合理,工艺完善,解决了异辛酯废水处理问题,同时也解决了纸管胶原料问题,节省成本。
本发明的技术方案:
异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,该工艺的原料为聚乙烯醇、高岭土、玉米淀粉、甲醛、盐酸、氢氧化钠、塑化剂、过硫酸钾、乙二醇、自来水和异辛酯废水。
所述的聚乙烯醇:400kg,高岭土:1500kg;玉米淀粉:100kg;甲醛:50kg;盐酸:适量;氢氧化钠:适量;塑化剂:45kg;过硫酸钾:1.5kg;乙二醇:114kg;自来水:3500kg;异辛酯废水:4500kg。
所述的异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,该工艺具体如下:
1)首先在搪瓷釜中投入水与异辛酯废水,开动搅拌器,然后按顺序一次性加入聚乙烯醇与高岭土,搅拌30min后开蒸汽升温;
2)预先将过硫酸钾完全溶解在自来水中,反应釜内继续升温至75摄氏度后加入三分之二预先溶解好的过硫酸钾,然后继续升温至83℃加入剩余的过硫酸铵,保温20分钟;
3)继续升温至92~95℃,保温60min以上,直到聚乙烯醇完全溶解,反应釜中无不溶性团状物;
4)加入盐酸调节ph至2,再加入甲醛,保温半小时左右,加入氢氧化钠调节ph至4左右;
5)降温至80℃左右加入玉米淀粉,反应60min左右;
6)降温至55℃左右,加入塑化剂和乙二醇,搅拌30min左右,冷却至常温,过滤出料,成品。
本发明的优点是配方合理,工艺完善,通过吧异辛酯废水作为生产纸管胶的原料,解决了异辛酯废水处理问题,同时也解决了纸管胶原料问题,节省成本。
具体实施方式
通过丙烯酸和异辛醇在浓硫酸和阻聚剂的条件下生成丙烯酸异辛酯和水,再通过脱水塔把水分离出来,分离出来的水溶液就是异辛酯废水,异辛酯废水中含有丙烯酸0.05%,丙烯酸异辛酯0.01%,异辛醇0.01%,所述的异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,该工艺具体如下:
1)首先在搪瓷釜中投入水与异辛酯废水,开动搅拌器,然后按顺序一次性加入聚乙烯醇与高岭土,搅拌30min后开蒸汽升温;
2)预先将过硫酸钾完全溶解在自来水中,反应釜内继续升温至75摄氏度后加入三分之二预先溶解好的过硫酸钾,然后继续升温至83℃加入剩余的过硫酸铵,保温20分钟;
3)继续升温至92~95℃,保温60min以上,直到聚乙烯醇完全溶解,反应釜中无不溶性团状物;

由于异辛酯的生产过程中会产生大量废水,而污水的处理费用又比较的昂贵,遂就此废水后期的回收再利用推出此款纸管胶。此方法制备的纸管胶较解决了异辛酯制备过程产生的废水处理难的问题,废水中的盐成了填料,增强了纸管胶的强度,而且整个生产过程都没有副产物的生成,制成的纸管胶在相对于原配方固化速度、耐酸碱、抗老化等指标均有了相当的提升与改善。流动性以及压缩剪切强度均优于之前所生产的。可以完全替代原纸管胶工艺一并解决了多个问题。

Claims (3)

1.异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,其特征在于,该工艺的原料为聚乙烯醇、高岭土、玉米淀粉、甲醛、盐酸、氢氧化钠、塑化剂、过硫酸钾、乙二醇、自来水和异辛酯废水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,其特征是所述的聚乙烯醇:400kg,高岭土:1500kg;玉米淀粉:100kg;甲醛:50kg;盐酸:适量;氢氧化钠:适量;塑化剂:45kg;过硫酸钾:1.5kg;乙二醇:114kg;自来水:3500kg;异辛酯废水:4500kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异辛酯废水生产纸管胶的工艺,其特征是,该工艺具体如下:
