Abstract

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性锤纹漆,包括水性底漆和水性裂纹面漆,包括下列组份:所述的水性裂纹底漆包含:水性氟树脂、水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂、颜料、分散剂、固化剂、光引发剂、去离子水余量;所述的水性裂纹面漆包含:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂、分散剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、增稠剂、去离子水余量。本发明使用的裂纹底漆为双重固化体系,裂纹底漆首先通过热固化,使体系聚合,是体系表干,然后在表干的裂纹底漆表面喷涂裂纹面漆,使面漆和表干的底漆复合,并在40‑80℃条件下固化,在固化完成后,进一步通过UV固化,使底漆进一步交联固化,从而将裂纹底漆形成的表干的表面进行拉伸,形成裂纹。

一种水性锤纹漆及其涂装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性锤纹漆及其涂装方法。
背景技术
涂料是现代生活中必不可少的装饰材料,涂料的应用给人以美感、触感、甚至给人以五颜六色的彩色视觉感,给被涂物体以美丽、装饰和保护。油漆是涂料的一种,被涂覆于物体表面后形成漆膜,使物体美观并得到保护,或者在物体表面形成具有其他特殊功能的膜类物质。近年来随着国民经济的发展和生活水平的提高,建筑装饰的风格日新月异,装饰中使用的材料品种越来越多,锤纹漆也悄悄地在装饰行业兴起,由于能形成好看的裂纹,对物体表面起到了保护及装饰作用,又提高了产品的附加值,所以得到广大用户的青睐,渐渐成为建筑装饰中常用的一种高档装修材料。
目前市场上用于木器及工艺品涂装的艺术锤纹漆通常以单组分硝基锤纹漆为主,是由硝化棉、颜料、体质颜料、有机溶剂、辅助剂等研磨调制而成的可形成各种颜色的硝基锤纹漆,也正是如此锤纹漆也具有硝基漆的一些基本特性,属挥发性自干油漆,无须加固化剂,干燥速度快,但是其有本身性脆,易燃,持续附着力差,耐老化性差的缺点,在温差较大的地区容易开裂,在南方暴露在户外一个夏季就可能发生变色甚至粉化的情况。另外,传统的锤纹漆制品存在环保性差、附着力较差、溶剂中挥发性物质多、气味较大等缺陷,长期接触会对人体健康造成伤害,另外,防水性及施工性不能满足要求,在使用的过程中表面开裂不均匀,不能获得理想的裂纹效果。
随着技术的进步和人们对环保性的重视,亟需一种不仅健康环保、性能优越、低气味无毒,而且在使用的过程中表面开裂均匀,能够获得理想的裂纹效果,较为环保的水性锤纹漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,公开了一种附着力好、耐磨耐洗刷、耐污染、干燥速度快、环保无污染的一种水性锤纹漆及其涂装方法。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种水性锤纹漆,包括水性底漆和水性裂纹面漆,按重量份计包括下列组份:
所述的水性裂纹底漆包含:
水性氟树脂 10-15份
水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂 40-60份
颜料 2-5份
分散剂 0.1-0.3份
固化剂 5-8份
光引发剂 0.5-2份
去离子水余量;
所述的水性裂纹面漆包含:
水性羟基丙烯酸树脂 60-75份
氨基树脂 16-25份
分散剂 0.1-0.5份
消泡剂 0.1-0.5份
成膜助剂 1-5份
增稠剂 0.5-1份
去离子水余量。
具体地,上述的水性氟树脂为全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
具体地,上述的分散剂为油酸钠、羧酸钠、硫酸酯钠或磺酸钠。
具体地,上述的固化剂为亚甲基双环己烷胺、异佛尔酮二胺和二乙胺基丙胺中的至少一种。
具体地,上述的光引发剂为2959。
具体地,上述的氨基树脂为甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂。
具体地,上述的消泡剂为BYK-024。
具体地,上述的成膜助剂为丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚或丙二醇苯醚。
具体地,上述增稠剂为硬脂铵蒙脱土或硬脂铵水辉石。
具体地,上述颜料为:钛白粉、锶钙黄、铬红、酞菁蓝或苯胺黑。
一种水性锤纹漆的涂装方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理工序:
将待加工的基材先用砂纸进行打磨,再进行去油、除尘处理,然后在40~60℃下烘干,得到预处理基材;
(2)喷涂水性裂纹底漆工序:
将按上述重量百分比调制好的水性裂纹底漆对预处理基材进行喷涂,流平3~5min,控制膜厚度在15~50μm之间,再于40~60℃下干燥3~5min至表干,取出冷却至常温,得到底漆基材;
(3)喷涂水性裂纹面漆工序:
用按上述重量百分比调制好的水性裂纹面漆对上述底漆基材进行喷涂,流平3~5min,控制膜厚度在15~80μm之间,于40~80℃下干燥10~20min至水性裂纹面漆完全干燥,取出冷却至常温得面漆基材;
(4)光固化裂纹工序:
将步骤(3)的面漆基材置进行UV固化,能量为500mJ/cm2,得具有裂纹效果的基材。
本发明具有的有益效果:
(1)本发明使用的裂纹底漆为双重固化体系,裂纹底漆首先通过热固化,使体系聚合,是体系表干,然后在表干的裂纹底漆表面喷涂裂纹面漆,使面漆和表干的底漆复合,并在40-80℃条件下固化,在固化完成后,进一步通过UV固化,使底漆进一步交联固化,从而将裂纹底漆形成的表干的表面进行拉伸,形成裂纹。
(2)本发明的裂纹底漆中的固化剂含量较少,能够有效保证裂纹底漆部分在裂纹面漆热固化时不会有较大幅度的固化,有利于通过UV固化从内部将表干的裂纹底漆拉伸形成裂纹。
(3)本发明的裂纹底漆在步骤(4)中的UV固化产生的固化热,有利于进一步的将裂纹底漆固化。
(4)本发明使用的水性氟树脂与水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂具有较好的协同作用,水性氟树脂具有较好的耐热耐候性,特异的表面性能,水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂提高了涂料在基材表面的附着力、柔韧性较好,相对于传统的硝基锤纹漆所用的树脂具有硬度高,耐黄变,耐水,耐磨的特点。
(5)其中氨基树脂采用甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂,能够使裂纹面漆的固化硬度比较高,更加有利于裂纹底漆在UV固化过程中收缩。

现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种水性锤纹漆,包括水性底漆和水性裂纹面漆,按重量份计包括下列组份:
所述的水性裂纹底漆包含:
全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物12份
水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂55份
钛白粉3份
油酸钠0.2份
亚甲基双环己烷胺6份
2959 2份
去离子水余量;
所述的水性裂纹面漆包含:
水性羟基丙烯酸树脂65份
甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂(牌号5303-98)22份
油酸钠0.2份
BYK-024 0.3份
丙二醇甲醚5份
硬脂铵蒙脱土0.5份
去离子水余量。
上述水性锤纹漆包含的水性底漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
先将所述全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物和水溶性环氧改性丙烯酸树脂置于搅拌槽内;然后在避光条件下,在搅拌状态下加入钛白粉、油酸钠、亚甲基双环己烷胺、2959和去离子水,并于800~1200rpm下搅拌15~30min;制得所述水性裂纹底漆。
上述水性锤纹漆包含的水性裂纹面漆的涂装方法,包括如下步骤:
先将水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂和去离子水置于搅拌槽内;然后,在搅拌状态下加入油酸钠、BYK-024、丙二醇甲醚、硬脂铵蒙脱土,并于800~1200rpm下搅拌15~30min,制得所述水性裂纹面漆。
一水性锤纹漆的涂装方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)前处理工序:
将待加工的基材先用砂纸进行打磨,再进行去油、除尘处理,然后在40~60℃下烘干,得到预处理基材;
(2)喷涂水性裂纹底漆工序:
将按上述重量百分比调制好的水性裂纹底漆对预处理基材进行喷涂,流平3~5min,控制膜厚度在15~50μm之间,再于40~60℃下干燥3~5min至表干,取出冷却至常温,得到底漆基材;
(3)喷涂水性裂纹面漆工序:
用按上述重量百分比调制好的水性裂纹面漆对上述底漆基材进行喷涂,流平3~5min,控制膜厚度在15~80μm之间,于40~80℃下干燥10~20min至水性裂纹面漆完全干燥,取出冷却至常温得面漆基材;
(4)光固化裂纹工序:
将步骤(3)的面漆基材置进行UV固化,能量为500mJ/cm2,得具有裂纹效果的基材。
实施例2-6与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于表1。
实施例2-6和对比例1-2的一种水性裂纹的涂装方法参照实施例1完成。

固化剂6-10份
光引发剂0.5-2份
去离子水余量;
所述的水性裂纹面漆包含:
水性羟基丙烯酸树脂60-75份
氨基树脂16-25份
分散剂0.1-0.5份
消泡剂0.1-0.5份
成膜助剂1-5份
增稠剂0.5-1份
去离子水余量;
所述的氨基树脂为甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性锤纹漆,其特征在于,所述的水性氟树脂为全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯共聚物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性锤纹漆,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为油酸钠、羧酸钠、硫酸酯钠或磺酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性锤纹漆,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为亚甲基双环己烷胺、异佛尔酮二胺和二乙胺基丙胺中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水性锤纹漆,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为2959。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种水性锤纹漆,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为BYK-024。

(1)前处理工序:
将待加工的基材先用砂纸进行打磨,再进行去油、除尘处理,然后在 40~60℃下烘干,得到预处理基材;
(2)喷涂水性底漆工序:
将按上述重量百分比调制好的水性底漆对预处理基材进行喷涂,流平3~5min,控制膜厚度在15~50μm之间,再于40 ~ 60℃下干燥3~ 5min 至表干,取出冷却至常温,得到底漆基材;
(3)喷涂水性裂纹面漆工序:
用按上述重量百分比调制好的水性裂纹面漆对上述底漆基材进行喷涂,流平3~5min,控制膜厚度在15~80μm之间,于40~80℃下干燥10~20min至水性裂纹面漆完全干燥,取出冷却至常温得面漆基材;
(4)光固化裂纹工序:
将步骤(3)的面漆基材置进行UV 固化,能量为 500mJ/cm2,得具有裂纹效果的基材。
