Abstract

背景技术
当IV(静脉)接入装置被确认为“封闭的”或“整合的”时,一般指的是该装置构造成在导管插入期间防止血液从该装置漏出。一般地,这种IV(静脉注射)接入装置是通过将延长装置与导管适配器结合在一起来实现这一点的。

发明内容

具体实施方式
图2示出了根据本发明的一个或多个实施例构造的一种封闭的IV接入装置200的一个示例。接入装置200包括:导管适配器201、针座202、延长管203和夹具207,导管201a从所述导管适配器201向远侧延伸,针202a从所述针座202向远侧延伸,所述延长管203流体连接到导管适配器201的管腔,所述夹具207用于限制流体流过延长管203。鲁尔适配器204或者其他类型的适配器可以连接到延长管203的端部。还有,鲁尔接入装置205(诸如包括隔膜的鲁尔接入装置)可连接到鲁尔适配器204。

要注意的是,尽管针座400和针座500的构造不同于针座200的构造,但是针座200也可以构造成包括类似于桨状握把202b并与桨状握把202b相对的第二桨状握把。在这些情况下,针座200可以如上所述地发挥作用以将翼部201b和201c以倾斜方位定位。
在一些实施例中,即使导管适配器可以没有相应的翼部,针座也可以包括桨状握把。图6A和6B示出了以这种方式构造的接入装置600。在图6A中,针座602显示为连接到导管适配器601,而在图6B中显示为针座602与导管适配器601脱开连接。

图7A和7B示出了一种接入装置700,其包括与延长管在同一侧上的单个桨状握把和单个翼部。接入装置700包括导管适配器701,导管701a从导管适配器701向远侧延伸。导管适配器701还包括翼部701b和在与翼部701b相同侧上从导管适配器701延伸的延长管703。接入装置700还包括针座702和桨状握把702b,针702a从针座702向远侧延伸,桨状握把702b以一角度取向以使得当桨状握把702b邻近翼部701b定位(例如翼部701b之下)时翼部701b也可以以一角度取向。因此,除了针座702不包括类似于翼部602c的第二翼部之外,接入装置700与接入装置600类似。虽然没有绘出,但是可能的是接入装置700可以构造成使得延长管703在与翼部701b的相对侧上连接到导管适配器701。
总之,本发明总体上涉及接入装置,该接入装置包括针座,所述针座具有一个或多个倾斜桨状握把,用于将导管适配器的稳定平台的一个或多个翼部以倾斜方位定位。通过将翼部以倾斜方位定位,方便以低角度插入导管。
本发明的各个实施例还包括安全机构,所述安全机构构造成随着针座从导管适配器移除和分离而紧固导引针的锐利的远侧尖端。安全机构可以包括本领域中已知的兼容装置。在一些情况下,安全机构构造成与针结构相互作用,所述针结构诸如是插管上的环箍、槽口、卷边或隆起。形成于插管上的卷边或隆起形成了用于触发安全机构的微小向外圆形结构。在一些情形中,该安全机构包括臂或杆,该臂或杆被致动以将针尖端俘获在该安全机构内并且在安全处理之前防止该尖端露出。
所述安全机构连接到针的本体并且能够沿着针的长度滑动。在一些情形中,在插管术之前安全机构的初始或组装位置位于导管适配器的基部或近端部附近。对于一些构造,安全机构的组装位置在针座的近端部与导管适配器的近端部或稳定平台之间,其中安全机构不覆盖导管适配器或稳定平台。在一些情形中,安全机构的一部分位于导管适配器内,与位于导管适配器外部(诸如在针座内)的安全机构相平衡。在一些实施例中,导管适配器或者稳定平台的一部分从近端延伸以提供容纳安全机构的至少一部分的腔体。在一些情形中,在插管术之前,整个安全机构容纳在导管适配器或稳定平台的腔体内。
在一些实施例中,安全机构的组装位置使导管适配器的近端部位于安全机构的远端部与针座的桨状握把的远端部之间。在一些情形中,安全机构的组装位置使导管适配器的近端部位于安全机构的远端部与针座的桨状握把的近端部之间。在一些情形中,安全机构的一部分覆盖针座的一部分。在一些实施例中,导管适配器和桨状握把中至少一个的至少某一部分覆盖安全机构的至少某一部分。在一些实施例中,导管适配器或桨状握把的各部分都不覆盖安全机构的任何部分。
在一些实施例中,在安全机构与接入装置的至少一个其他元件之间设有可作废机械连接件。在一些实施例中,安全机构的远端部选择性地连接到导管适配器的近端部。在一个实施例中,安全机构在内部互锁到导管适配器的近端部。在一个实施例中,安全机构在外部互锁到导管适配器的近端部。在一些实施例中,安全机构的远端部选择性地连接到稳定平台的近端部。在一些实施例中,安全机构的表面选择性地连接到导管适配器、血液控制阀、延长管和稳定平台中的至少一个的至少一个表面。在一些情形中,所述机械连接件在针尖端紧固在安全机构内之后作废。
本发明可以以其他具体形式体现而不会偏离其如这里宽泛描述并且在下文中要求保护的结构、方法或其他必要特征。所述实施例旨在被认为在所有方面中仅是说明性的而并不是限定性的。因此,本发明的范围由所附的权利要求限定,而不是由前述描述限定。在这些权利要求的等价含义和范围内的所有变化包括在它们的范围内。
Claims (20)
1.一种静脉接入装置,包括:
导管适配器,导管从导管适配器向远侧延伸,所述导管适配器包括翼部;以及
针座,针从针座向远侧延伸,所述针座构造成连接到导管适配器使得针延伸穿过导管;
其特征在于,所述针座还包括桨状握把,所述桨状握把构造成当针座连接到导管适配器时邻近所述翼部定位,所述桨状握把以一角度取向并且构造成使所述翼部提升到相应角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述翼部是由柔性材料构成的,所述柔性材料在所述桨状握把邻近所述翼部时允许所述翼部从平坦方位枢转到倾斜方位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述翼部经由铰接连接件连接到导管适配器,当所述桨状握把邻近所述翼部时所述铰接连接件使所述翼部从平坦方位枢转到倾斜方位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,当针座没有连接到导管适配器时,所述翼部位于平坦方位上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述翼部是第一翼部,所述导管适配器还包括与所述第一翼部相对定位的第二翼部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述桨状握把是第一桨状握把,所述针座还包括与所述第一桨状握把相对定位的第二桨状握把。
7.根据权利要求6所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述第二桨状握把以一角度取向。
8.根据权利要求6所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述静脉接入装置还包括:
连接到导管适配器的延长管。
9.根据权利要求8所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述延长管连接到所述第二翼部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述桨状握把是第一桨状握把,所述针座还包括与所述第一桨状握把相对定位的第二桨状握把。
11.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述针座还包括在针座的近端处的闪回室,所述针的近端与所述闪回室流体联通。
12.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述桨状握把以一角度取向,当所述桨状握把邻近所述翼部时该角度使得所述翼部与所述桨状握把基本平行。
13.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述翼部是第一翼部,所述导管适配器包括与所述第一翼部相对的第二翼部,当所述桨状握把将所述第一翼部定位于倾斜方位上时所述第二翼部位于平坦方位上。
14.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述翼部向外延伸超出所述桨状握把。
15.根据权利要求1所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述桨状握把向外延伸超出所述翼部。
16.一种静脉接入装置,包括:
导管适配器,导管从导管适配器向远侧延伸,所述导管适配器包括翼部;以及
针座,针从针座向远侧延伸,所述针座构造成连接到导管适配器使得针延伸穿过导管;
其特征在于,所述针座还包括桨状握把,所述桨状握把构造成当针座连接到导管适配器时邻近所述翼部定位,其中,当迫使所述桨状握把与所述翼部接触时,所述桨状握把将所述翼部提升到倾斜方位。
17.根据权利要求16所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,在导管插入过程中,当在临床医生的拇指和其他手指之间挤压桨状握把和翼部时迫使所述桨状握把与所述翼部接触。
18.根据权利要求16所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述翼部是第一翼部,所述导管适配器包括与所述第一翼部相对定位的第二翼部,所述第二翼部结合有延长管。
19.一种静脉接入装置,包括:
导管适配器,导管从导管适配器向远侧延伸,该导管适配器包括从导管适配器的第一侧延伸的第一翼部和从导管适配器的与所述第一侧相对的第二侧延伸的第二翼部;
延长管,所述延长管在所述第二侧上连接到所述导管适配器;以及
针座,针从针座向远侧延伸,所述针座构造成连接到导管适配器使得针延伸穿过导管,所述针座包括桨状握把,所述桨状握把构造成当所述针座连接到导管适配器时邻近所述第一翼部定位,其中,所述桨状握把以一角度取向并且构造成使所述第一翼部提升到相应角度。
20.根据权利要求19所述的静脉接入装置,其特征在于,所述第一翼部和第二翼部构造成在共用平面内向外延伸,所述桨状握把使所述第一翼部相对于所述共用平面以一角度定位。
